Fits true to size, very comfortable and warm. It does stretch and take on the shape it's stretched to quite a bit. When I first put it on, the sleeves were a little uncomfortable, but after a few minutes it adjusted itself and hung much better. Although becuase of that, you should be careful hanging it up so you don't stretch it out with hooks/hangers. #sweepstakes

I own this in several colors, it's perfect for a business casual office. The yellow is bright and sunny. The fabric is soft and warm.
