Purchased the Chino Beige (Ivory) and Black (which is incorrectly listed as Ivory Beige Frost) in M Tall because I wanted it a bit longer in the torso. I found it true to size if a touch snug, but I think it needs to be in order to stay up confidently and fit close to the body. I have broad shoulder...s and it was perfect with no pulling or gapes. I would personally not size down. The black was comfortable and soft. It was neither too thick nor too thin. The ivory was slightly see through and a bit itchier (I returned). Both were longer in the arms just like the photo. If you're tall, you'll be very happy with that. The style is classic, gently sexy without being obvious. I just saw When Harry Met Sally (1989) and noticed Sally wearing this sweater at a NYE party
This looked so beautiful – why did it have to have very itchy wool in it? The minute I put it on, I felt unbearable itching. Save the wool for something designed to keep you warm – what's the point when this exposes your shoulders anyway! If you can handle the wool, order up a size – I needed a S, ...and I'm always normally XS in a sweater.

This style of off shoulder can be tricky because most will ride up and become a U neckline and this top does do that. It can be unflattering to have to keep adjusting throughout the night. Also, the material is itchy but i got used to it after about 10 minutes. I'm hoping it will get softer with washes. The top does seem to be made well and that is what i'm giving points for. It does run small i would def size up one size.
