- A $6 return fee applies to returns by mail from nonmembers
- Items shipped & sold by third-party sellers are eligible for free returns.
- Items purchased on third-party sites or apps are subject to the return policies of those sites.
- Use a prepaid return shipping label or third-party drop-off QR code
- 30 Days to Return or Exchange
- From delivery date for online purchases, or
- Purchase date for store purchases.
- Some Encore Members have extended return windows:
- Premier Members have up to 45 days to return; All-Access Cardmembers have up to 60 days. Returns after 30 days will receive a Merchandise Return Card (MRC).
