Great ...
Finally- a nice ... fit women with curves! I received these today and they are fantastic. For the ones who are concerned about the pockets being sewn shut- this is standard on any premium ... no matter where you buy them from. Just undo the stitching and you will have your full pocket. Also, they are a bit long but if you have a Banana Republic near you just drop in and ask them about hemming. Most Banana Republic's offer this service and they will pin them to your liking right there in the store and you can pick them back up in a few days. I have NEVER had them hem a pair of ... wrong and they are so much more reasonable than most local seamstresses. My only complaint is that they will hem Banana Republic ... free when paid at full price and they charge around $10 for their sister stores ... even when you pay full price. It would be nice if they would extend that courtesy to Gap as well. Overall, I am very excited to see a premium ... does not break the bank. I also love Banana Republic but will only buy their items on sale. Thanks Gap for making a wonderful selection of premium ... keep up the good ... Its nice to be able to buy casual and nice ... clothes at the same place.

Love These ...
I absolutely LOVE these ... mad rush to find some lightweight cute items to take on an overnight work trip to Austin. I normally stick to Banana Republic and Anne Taylor for office wear but didn't have much luck on my mall trip over the weekend. I saw a cute top in Gap, so I headed in just to browse. I am soo glad I stopped in! I found these ... which not only make my bum look amazing (I have a narrow hips, and a small, round bottom which looks flat as a pancake in most ... but my legs look long and I look tall and slender. In addition to a flattering fit, these ... soft and light. I HATE dressing up. Outside of work I'm a jean and sweats kind of girl. These ... feel so good I could keep them on all day. I plan to head back this month and get 3 more pairs of black and 2 pairs of grey. These have officially become my staple work bottom.

Luv these pants!
I wasn't sure what to expect with these pants since I read all the mixed reviews, but once I put them on I was sold! I love these pants! I like the material, the color (I got the gray), the rise,and the fit. I'm curvy, and these ... not only fit my curves, but flattered them. The waistband did gap a little bit, but not enough that it would be a problem. They are a little long to wear with flats, but perfect for the heels that I wear all day at work. They are a great addition to my work wardrobe and are cute enough to wear to happy hour as well. The first day I wore these ... work, I ordered the black ones. I wish Gap would make these in other colors as well.

Perfection!!!
This pant is the most perfect pair of work pants I have ever found. They are so flattering, the first day I wore them, multiple people asked me if I had lost weight. They are so incredibly comfortable, the material has the perfect amount of stretch. They are great for work because the rise is not low, they fall at the perfect place at the waist. I love these pants, I am so excited! I got them for around $40 on sale and they are such great quality. They beat every single pair of pants I have ever owned. I highly recommend them for anyone trying to build a great work wardrobe. I only wish they had more colors...MORE COLORS, GAP!!!! Love love love them! Never change these pants!

Great work ...
These are possibly the best fitting work ... have ever owned. Fits very well through my waist and hips with a reasonably high rise (as benefits work ... They are fairly flattering, with a good, basic cut. The fabric is a bit thin though, so be prepared if you are planning to wear it out during the winter (for example). In comparison to my $110 work ... Banana Republic, these are just made from a lighter fabric, but are otherwise as professional and clean cut as the more expensive ... fact, I like these so much that I have 3 pairs in my closet!

Perfect Work Pants
I am 5'11 and GAP is one of the few places that has decent work pants that are long enough for me. These pants are perfect! I bought them in a long (not tall) and they were perfect. I can still wear a 3.5" heel with it so it is great for work. They make you look slim and they don't wrinkle easily, which is great because I travel for work. Loved the gray ones so much, I went back and bought them in black! Sizing is typical of GAP clothing.

Love these!
I recently started working at a new job and was in search of the perfect ... Once I found these my search was over. They fit like a glove and flatter every curve. They are the perfect fit and look great with any top. I love that I can go from ... out on the town and never have to change ... They are very versatile and would look great on any body type.

Pricey but worth it
Yes these are a bit pricey....but coming from someone who has searched all the racks...on and off line...these are the best dress trousers for work. Like many, I have to dress up for work most days, and my biggest domestic hurdle is ironing! I hate it. Not only are these the most comfortable and stylish work pants ever, I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled them out of the dryer and didn't have to iron them AT ALL! I have both the black and gray...the gray is a very dark gray. Would love to see a brown color offered! Would have given them a 5 star, but feel that Gap can do some economy adjustments on their prices...so I gave them 4 star.

They are the Perfect Pants...
...for work. I have two pairs of these pants one in the black and one dark gray and I alternate them day after day for work. I wear one or the other at least three times every week, sometimes four. They don't stretch out with repeated wearings so I do not need to wash them all the time. Bonus, you don't have to get them dry cleaned either. After I got the first pair, I went to the store and tried on all the lengths and sizes until i got the perfect one for me. I got lucky in that the ankle length is long enought that I can get away with a small heel but not so long that they drag on the ground when I wear sneakers or flats on my commute. I hate spending money on work clothes but I also like to look nice and be comfortable and these pants help me achieve the balance of not alot of money but still looking good. I'd give them 5 stars but they are for work and nothing work related gets 5 stars.

great work pants
these pants are great for work, they are comfortable a little loose fitting so more conservative- which works for me. the length is great, the waist a little to big. Material is workable- can be a little itchy at times (I have very sensitive). I would recommend for work and work outings.

LONG ... ALERT!
I ordered three pairs of premium ... GAP for ... quality and fit were fine, everywhere except the length. All three pairs were way, way, way, way tooooo LONG! I ordered the regular length and am 5'7" and still probably 4-5" too long. I buy many clothes from GAP, especially for ... but they really missed the mark on the length of these ... WOW! I saw other reviewers had commented on the length but I thought with my height and heels they would be fine, WRONG! Luckily, they were on sale so I can afford to take them to the seamstress to get hemmed but very disappointed and a huge inconvenience.

A great dress ...
Most women need a comfortable pair of dress ... trousers in the navy pinstripe, gray, and black and I find ... great ... complement to ... wardrobe. I would say that I'm a curvy person and I feel that ... do well as ... flatter ... curves while having a nice drape that looks great with a little heel or wedge. Because of the fabric, I do feel ... stretch a little bit ... still get ... normal size and don't feel that ... stretch out of shape or anything. Good luck ... if you are looking for a great dress ... reasonable price - try ... especially great buy when there is a sale or special coupon going on :)

Missed the mark
... did remind me of what you could buy at the ... few years ago for ... however, I didni't like the overall ... seems like recent ... made for women with no curves. As a women with curves, I like a tailored ... not tight around the butt. ... had everything except ... were too tight looking around the butt. Tailored ... do not cling to your bottom. Too bad, I had to return ... did try a bigger size and ... were just too big overall. Bring back the tailored ... clothes that you used to sell. Some people do still ... look professional; and the last few years, the ... has offered nothing for the profession woman. The quality has gone downhill as well as the style.

OMG.... I LOVE ... own like 8 pairs of ... paints between the grey and the black. ... cute. The cut is nice, the sizing is pretty true, and the gray color isn't too dark (I hate when I buy gray clothes and ... look black). I like that the lower leg is slim without being painted on. But boy, does the upper half stretch out! When I first put ... were tight - obscenely so, showing lumps I wish I didn't have. I kept ... because I had planned to wear a longer cardigan with ... anyway. I wore ... first time I got up from my desk, the ... were quite a bit looser. I was happy, thinking that I would be able to wear ... shorter tops as well. Nope. Way too long for ... length
Ok first off, ... things are way, way too long. I tried ... store, after eyeing ... online for months. I though about buying ... online, but I'm glad I looked at ... store first. The material is like a super thick, stretch khaki twill material. I guess I was thinking the fabric would be more of a cross between Banana's wool ... ON's essential ... Wrong. ... aren't dressy (to me, I couldn't wear ... all). They're pretty much black khakis that stretch. Anyway, ... seemed to ... me fine - the rise was a bit higher than I would've liked, and though ... hips, there was a lot of excess fabric in the waist (that's normal for me though, my hips are bigger than my waist in most clothes). Everything was going good until we got to the ankles. The listing for ... ankle reads 30 inches. This is completely exaggerated. I normally wear a 30.5 or 31 inseam (I'm 5'2), and I would've needed at least 3 inches off the bottom for ... tolerable, more if I wanted a straight line with no bunching up around the ankle. I was really bummed. It's hard to find ... my length, disappointing to see that measurements listed are not accurate. I was hoping ... would ... because due to my ... stature, I want slimmer leg dress ... so my frame isn't overwhelmed by lots of fabric. keep on lookin...

Had Higher Hopes
When I tried ... store, I loved them! This morning I put ... go to ... looked great. After sitting in my car for the 40 minute drive to ... didn't like my ... anymore. ... had bagged out in the rear and in the knees. As the day went on, ... got even worse. ... had grown a whole size! I was so uncomfortable all day at ... couldn't wait to get home and take ... off. I am hoping Gap will take ... back, since I will never wear ... again. I also bought a pair of the bootleg ... hope ... better ... wear those, I will bring a change of clothes to ... me!!

Horrible quality and ...
I was never writing a review for clothes until now as I feel I have to warn everyone about ... so called perfect ... Gap has been a great dissapointment for me and I was very loyal to ... over the years. I have had a bad luck with their ... lately! It is the third pair of ... buy that does not last a day of wear, what is wrong with you, ... well once u try ... store but after just two hours of wear ... become loose and stretch out and look baggy, no shape whatsoever and just hang on you, absolutely horrible, such a waste of money! ... disposabe! Do yourself a favor and buy great ... elsewhere for the same amount of money. It is with great sadness I have to part ways with ... great company until lately.

Fabric Stretches 3 sizes in 2 hours
... perfect in the store HOWEVER By lunch time at ... stretched from a size 12 to a size 16. ... were literally falling off my body, I had to safety pin the waist to my shirt to keep ... until I got home from ... knees stuck out three inches and the butt looked like I was wearing a diaper. This after ... perfectly in the store! I took ... back and the store manager would not refund ... because I'd already worn ... I'm not the only one. I was horrified to come online and read all ... reviews from a hundred other people who cannot wear their stretched out defective ... GAP should refund everyone who purchased ... Two other women in my large corporate office had also purchased ... same GAP store (near our office) and had the same stretching problem, and all were refused refunds also.

LOVE these ...
I really love these ... after reading all the reviews I am glad I bought them a size smaller than was comfortable. They do stretch out but not too much. What annoys me the most is that I am 40 years old and weigh the same as I did in high school, in high school I wore a size 4 or 6, I haven't changed but now I wear a double 0 at the gap, I don't get it? Why does the gap keep making their clothes bigger, I find it so annoying!! I don't usually shop at the GAP but I have to admit that these ... great! Great value for the money. I think I will buy a second pair.

After Five Months of Wear...
I have to say, ... have really been delivering. Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I sucked food in like a Hoover vacuum and the ... although a bit on the tight side for now, still looks great. Thank you Gap for the perfect amount of stretch. I also have ... cropped version and am extremely happy with both. The ... have been through the washing machine (albiet NOT the dryer as I air dry most of my cloths) many, many times and have not faded in the least.Please keep ... your regular roster--don't discontinue them and don't change the fit.

I don't like the feel of too tight ... so I get the look of a jegging without feeling like I'm dressing in my daughters cloths. I would recommend these for anyone looking for a great comfortable pair of ... wear with boots or flats.

I Love These ...
I bought a pair of these about nine months ago and have worn them to ... nearly every day since. They finally ripped yesterday, and I've come here to buy 2 new pairs and marvel at their majesty for all the internet to see. I am a restaurant manager and so am hard pressed to find clothes that will a) stand up to tons of daily abuse, b) be super comfortable as I run around all day, c) look great. These ... have just been perfect. I generally wear skinny jeans and have been unwilling to switch over to duller, roomy slacks for ... style strikes a great balance between professional and fashionable. I am 5'11" and finding ... actually cover the length of my legs is also such a welcome change. Plus they make your booty sing. Give these ... some love.

I've bought 3 in total over a span of a year and a half because I use them so much. They're super comfortable and versitle. You can dress them down or up. Oh, and I'm size 18 for all those women with curves, ... great.

Skinny ...
This is my second pair of these ... wear them to ... everyday. I'm shorter and not a thin waif and I hate the traditional wide legged type of ... like every pair of my skinny jeans but done up for ... They are perfect for a 20 something who works in a professional setting and doesn't want to succumb to the tired corporate look. Fit pretty true to size. I'm 5'3" and wear an 8 and they ... perfect. No need to hem. they also stay really nice even if you wash at home although I do try to dry clean from time to time.

Not sure if it is business professional attire
I bought these to add variety to my ... clothes. I am a 24-25 in ... ordered the 00P since I am small. I am 4 feet 11 inches and the length was ok (maybe long by an inch or so), but they were pretty form fitting. These would be appropriate for a night out but I'm not sure if this is something I would wear to ... since they are tight and seem 'painted on' as if they were tights/leggings. I will be holding on to these for a few days and decide on whether or not I want to keep them.

I bought these ... during the Memorial Day Sale, and I absolutely love them. However, after buying them, I noticed a big hole in the seam of my left leg, which I consequently sewed up. I have only worn the ... two or three times and have washed them on the delicate cycle. Today, while getting ready for ... noticed the seam at the bottom of the ... undone, so I had to fold the seam back under. Also, there was another hole starting to open in the right leg seam. I am so incredibly disappointed with these ... returning them. Maybe it is just a defective pair that I bought, but I would like to know if this has happened to anyone else. Most of the reviews seem good, however. Other than the terrible quality of my ... they are great for curvy women and look super cute with just about everything!

Was in love with them until I washed them
I was in love with these ... first got them. I am 5'9" 128 lbs. Got the 6 ankle length - wanted a skinny cropped look. Wore them twice and then I washed them following the instructions - inside out on cold and lay flat to dry. I wore them yesterday and they were "OK" at the start of the day. By day's end, they were falling off me, horribly saggy back/butt area. I am glad I had a long top on. I couldn't wait to to take them off. So disappointed in the quality of Gap clothes these past few years. Don't know if I will ever wear them again. I may try drying them to see if they shrink back up a little. Would not recommend these!

love the shape and feel of ... Can be dressed up with a evening top or casual sweater and versatile for ... evening. For those women like me ... comfortable with skinny jeans yet, this is a great alternative and ... nicely inside boots without creating bulk around the ankles. Being short (5 ft), the regular size actually ... like regular ... rocks paired with high heeled platforms!

I'm giving 5 stars for ... cut, 4 stars cos dust bits seem to stick to the fabric (I bought black).

... like a great ... run pretty small, and sizing up for me meant too much bulk in places where I don't want it. I think ... might be better for less curvy women. Quality is nice, which is why I gave ... 3 stars.

Sizing has become ... inconsistent at ... had high hopes for ... were too tight ... going back. The lables "curvy" "slim" straight" "really straight" "always straight" just aren't very descriptive of the ... just aren't cut well for regular women with regular bodies who want ... comfortable. Buying ... has become a game of chance.

perfect ... tall, chesty girl
I am 5'9" and most sleeves are too short, ... sleeves were the perfect length for my long arms. Also, I am a plus size and have a large bust. Normally I have a problem buttoning my shirt over my bust, it will ... perfectly everywhere else, but it's too small in the chest and gaps. This shirt does not gap AT ALL on my bust, buttons perfectly I would strongly recommend this for any tall women with long arms like me, or anyone who has a larger bust and has an issue with gapping in the bust area. LOVE IT!

Finally!!
I am really excited to finally have found a button down shirt that has sleeves that are long enough. The rest of the shirt fit is a little loose but I'll take it just for the fact that the sleeves that actually hit where they are supposed to. I really appreciate that the Gap recognizes that tall slim people need to wear clothes that ... too. Please keep making this shirt in the small tall size.

Perfect shirt indeed!
The basic white shirt I've spent three years looking for. A looser fit without the ubiquitous front darts that make white "shirts" into tight blouses. The back darts give as much shape as I'm looking for -- but I like my clothes loose, and am old enough to remember ... shirts that resembled men's. Perfect casual look with jeans, capris, and ... generally. Not for those who want a more "shapely" fit or want to tuck in, but perfect for me.

Just what I was looking for
I had been looking for a nice black shirt to go with a couple skirts I own, but it's so hard to find one that's flattering and comfortable. This shirt does the trick. The fit is feminine and flattering, but very ... appropriate. The overall fit is still a tad looser than I would like (and I'm not someone who tries to wear skin hugging clothes), but all in all it's the best option I've found.

Typical Gap
If you haven't shopped Gap before, you should read the size chart. But if you don't like those, let me summarize. All Gap items: run about a size large; have narrow hips; have broad shoulders; are made for smaller busts. In other words, they are shaped like juniors' clothes but sized like ... me, that's perfect. But curvier women (and I don't mean overweight, I really mean CURVY, no matter where your BMI is) may find the bust tight, the hips narrow, on anything. This shirt is typical Gap: classic, basic, and good quality.

Not a Good Fit
It didn't have a good fit for a woman. I would suggest having a bit of a flare in the bottom towars hip area. It wasn't the perfect fit for me at all, plus it had wrinkles when it got to me which makes me think it wouldn't wash well... ending up requiring to much attention with an iron. I don't want to spend my life taking care of my clothes. I like GAP for the simplicity of the ... took this shirt back because it didn't fulfill what I would of needed from it.

gap''s sizes changed
I am sorry to say gap has let me down, Every article of ... owned was from gap, Now I'm going to have to find a new store, gap changed their sizes and the clothes just don't ... me like they used to.

Cheaply Made
I am very disappointed with this shirt. I bought it several months ago and after the second wash it had holes in it. I finally thew it out as it was falling apart. The fabric was weak. I bought several shirts a year ago and each of them tore at the elbow within a few months of purchase. I thought it was a bad batch as their clothes are usually of a better quality but I had the same problem with this shirt. Way too expensive for the cheap fabric.
