This is the best ... shirt I've ever owned. I've bought similar at [@] & they fall apart after a while. This ... shirt is hands down the best.

I am tall (5'10") and have a hard time finding ... shirts that are a little on the longer side. This shirt is the best - hits me mid hip. The sleeves are a little on the long side - which I love - but if you are shorter, may be a problem or have to push them up.It washed up great...got three colors and wish there were more colors to choose from....perfect with jeans or under a jacker. Favorite ... Shirt is the perfect name.

Don''t Sleep On This V Neck T
This T is the Truth. I got all the colors! It is worth the [$] and then some. I buy Favorite T's in XL and this fits me perfectly in XL. I have a full bust - DD and It accentuates my bust if you can believe it. Smaller bust for this is awesome too. My friend is a B and she rocks the heck outta this T. This T is for EVERYBODY! It is perfect in this weird weather here in Jersey too, I wear it under a Gap Denim jacket and a nice pair of pants to work and I am comfortable and look stylish when I pair the shirt with a silk scraf around my neck or a beautiful necklace. It fits all the curves perfectly and hides the tummy nicely if you need that. If you have a slim waist like my friend. It looks GR8. Buy it! Get it! Don't sleep on it and let it sell out! It will carry you straight through to the colder climates and is perfect for now, U can wear it with just about everything and U wil look well put together. The sleeves are a great length. I'm 5'7" not very tall and it hits me at the waist and the arm length hits on my hands but I like that a lot! Luv the long sleeves so much! They come in handy and look nice. I am constantly re ordering these ... shirts. The quality is great, they keep their shape, now I wish the v neck would come in a variety of colors. Love THEM!!

GAP comforts my world
I am always on the look out for clothing that adds style with softness to my world. GAP ... shirts always fit the bill perfectly, whether long sleeve or short, V neck or crew, when I want it to look good and feel good, I turn to the GAP. This shirt does not disappoint. I love that it comes in a Tall option, making sleeves that are always long enough, a body length that is always right, and an overall flattering fit that is both feminine and comfortable. It's the shirt in the closet I turn to again and again.

My Favorite ...
I'm 5'11 with very long lymns. My fingertips touches the top of my knee. With that being said i have a really hard time finding long sleeve shirts that go pass my wrist bone. AT LAST... I have now found a ... bunches up a my wrist and is SOOOOOOO comfortable! Thanks Gap for thinking about us tall lymned ... continue to by these shirts until pigs fly...

This is a fantastic shirt, just order a size smaller than you would for the favorite ... (if you are a medium favorite ... order a small). I have unusually long arms and this shirt fit perfectly. It did not shrink after a warm wash and dry!

So Comfy!
There is a reason this is called the Favorite Long Sleeved V Neck ... so comfortable and soft. Wearing it is like being wrapped in a hug. It's perfect with jeans and looks a step up from just jeans and a ... shirt. I have broad shoulders and a smaller chest so v necks are usually too deep for me to wear. The Medium fit my shoulders well and for my own comfort I paired it with a cami or tank top underneath. Highly recommend!!

LOVE IT!!
I love this shirt!! It is very comfortable and warmer than the normal long sleeved ... shirts. It is soft and stays true to size even after washing and drying.

This is a fantastic ... It's not a lightweight see through ... like most seem to be, perfect to wear alone on a Fall day with a scarf. The fabric is soft, didn't shrink in the wash either. I'm 5'6", 120lbs with an athletic build and the bottom hem hit mid hip on me. The sleeves fell about 1/2" below my wrist. It really fits like pictured. A great shirt but not enough colors!

AMAZING!
I've been looking for long sleeve ... shirts for a while, and I was afraid to buy these online without trying them on. I'm SOO happy I did! It's not easy to find a basic long sleeve ... but these are perfect for fall and winter. Unlike others I've come across, these are nice and thick. They feel like they will hold their shape through out the up coming season. I'm 5 ft and 135, the small fit me pefectly. I wish they had more colors besides the basics BUT i'm stocking up on more!

Favorite Ts
I love these ... shirts, both long and short sleeve. I can never have enough. Recently ordered a more expensive brand of this style ... Very disappointed. ... Favorite Ts will remain my staple. I would like a few more color options like we used to have.

Favorite long sleeved ...
I haven't bought shirts from Gap for years and our local store has closed so when I saw the ... shirts on sale online and read reviews I ordered the gray and brown in Petite Small. I am 5'1 and 104 lbs., around a 34B. With other brand ... sleeves and length are too long, the they're too snug, and the material is too stretchy. I was prepared for the same. The ... seemed tight in the sleeves and a little snug overall but after I wore it awhile it relaxed to a perfect fit. It is around hip length which is where I like it. I wore the gray with an inifinity scarf that is navy with silver sparkles. It actually looked dressy with my dark jeans. It's not too tight in the bust so I can wear it alone if I like and feel comfortable. The brown is a deep chocolate and fits equally well. So I ordered the navy and white, the only colors left in PS. The navy is great. I have washed the gray and brown shirts and dried them on tumble medium heat ant they came out great. I have yet to wash the navy and white but assume they will be fine too. I agree with another reviewer that the white is way too thin. I can see my skin through it. Definitely can't wear it alone. It is strictly for layering. I was disappointed because white is such a versatile year round item and especially nice in the spring. Come on GAP, please give us a white ... heavier cotton. That's the only reason I rated the Favorite ... 4.

Now that''s a long ...
I'm 5'11" and while most of my height is in my legs, I find shirts can be too short in the arms. I have the regular ... shirts in XL and they can be snug especially after washing, so I ordered a Tall XL in this style. The arms are good and its nice to have something long. However the body length is too much. I'm not even sure I'll be able to tuck it in with all the extra fabric. I may need to get it cut. Chest area is too roomy as well. I already washed in hot water and hot dryer, but its still too big. It will be fine for around the house, but I don't think I'll be wearing it out. The materials don't feel like the short ... Why the difference?

Pointers for Tall Fit
So glad I finally tried out these ... tall favorite shirts! It took two tries to get the right size, but I can live with that. The return/exchange was totally hassle free. The price had gone down during the process, and ... even honored that! The quality of the ... way better than I expected; not tissue thin like everything seems to be these days. Soft, comfy cotton of a perfect weight. If you're a tall woman like me, not sure what size to order, know this: if you have broad shoulders or are busty...go bigger! I read someone else's review that said they are cut for Olive Oil and I agree! :) I am 5'11", about 165 lbs, typically a size 12, and fairly busty (D cup). The XL was a perfect fit. Thus, if you are a plus size, you probably can't (or shouldn't) wear these shirts comfortably. Sleeves are very generous as is the torso length...both shrink with washing but not too much (length after washing is perfect for me...my height is in my legs more than my torso). All in all, I am thrilled to find a inexpensive long sleeve ... comfy and- most of all- FITS! My "favorite ... now, too!

big hole
After buying many ... shirts from gap that get holes after one washing a ... clerk suggested the favorite ... received my shirts and one had a huge hole where the arm seam had not been sewn. I like the ... but did not like sewing my ... tired of returning shirts to ...

Hit or Miss!
I ordered 4 of these ... tall size large. All 4 fit differently. I got one in Mocha and LOVE IT! The fit is fantastic and it's so soft and comfortable. After my success with the Mocha ... order 3 more in navy, black, and grapeaid. I first tried on the grapeaid. It was WAY TOO TIGHT and the fabric seemed kind of thin. Returning. Then tried on the navy. It was a little snug, but wearable. Keeping. Then I tried on the black. It fit similar to the mocha ... then I was excited I found a great new black ... Then I checked myself out in the mirror and noticed a hole along the seam under my arm. Returning. Overall, if you find a ... fits you well, you'll be extremely happy with this purchase, but I would get ready to return it as the shirts don't appear to be made consistently.

Gap - we are so disappointed!!
I recently ordered 4 favorite t's for my daughter, who is a M Tall. We have been ordering these favorite t's for about 4 years now, and my daughter wears them all the time. She is 5' 10" tall and is very slim. These t's look FANTASTIC on her, and she dresses them up or down, depending on the occasion. They fit snug, but not too snug, and are the right length all around. It is so nice for me to depend on the quality merchandise that we have found with this ... place my semi annual order. Because of her height, it is oftentimes hard for her to find the right fit. HOWEVER, when we received the recent order, the ... too loose in the waist and bust. While they look the same, they are NOT the same favorite ... we have been ordering for the past 4 years. The fit is completely different. GAP - why do you change your formulas/suppliers on items you carry from year to year? We are so disappointed!!!! Now we have to start all over again, because I am sure the Small ... not fit my daughter properly. Also, we have had the same issues as a previous reviewer has noted - the hem unravels or gets tiny little holes. Go back to your original supplier, GAP, or you will lose many unhappy (and long time) customers because you have changed this ...

Although this shiirt is thicker than the tissue weight products out there it still developed small holes in only 2 washings. I don't understand what is going on here. I've never been hard on clothes and have ... shirts that date back decades. The last few years since tissue weight ... shirts have become the fashion most of my shirts and sweaters from Gap, Old Navy and Target develop holes in the front. I've covered my seat belt with lambswool and checked the zippers and buttons on my jeans but can't figure this out. Being able to wear a ... only a few times is just not worth the money. This one got holes while wearing knit pants with no zippers in front. I wish someone could explain this. Help!

super easy but cute
I was looking for a casual ... could just throw on with a pair of jeans or dress up and accessorize for a night out. It's perfect and a very soft material and not too heavy feeling. I'm 5'8'' so i usually just order regular but this time i bought the tall version so that it would be a little longer, so i could also just wear it with leggings. This is one of my favorite shirts yet and i plan on ordering it in other colors. LOVE IT

Perfect Fit
I am full figured. About a size 14. I have a terrible time finding ... shirts that are not too baggy or too tight. I have bought this ... black, brown, and navy. If they offer more colors, I will buy them also. Perfect for spring, summer and fall weather!

Great ...
Gap's ... shirts are the best out there right now. Whether it's the crew neck ... V neck, short or long sleeve, these are great layering items and look super on their own as well, a staple for every wardrobe. The quality of the knit is the best I've found, really nice and soft, and the price is incredible...especially if you can get them on sale, which appears to happen frequently. They wash wonderfully, don't appear to shrink much, if at all, and the sizing is pretty true. I'm a very satisfied buyer and have bought quite a few of these lately.

Best ... Ever!
This is the best ... have ever owned. Comfortable yet classic. The length is perfect not too short as most T's are for me. I can wear it under a suit or with jeans. It is very versatile and easy to wear. It will be my ... choice for the future.

Great T''s, but order a size smaller
These are great T's for the price, especially if on sale. Not too heavy or thin. If you want a more fitted ... order a size smaller. They are 100% cotton so they tend to stretch out a bit.

I have always loved their ... shirts. I will continue to buy from them. It is not too tight or loose, just right.

Favorite ...
Finally a ... made of substance that fits great. Lately Gap has been making thin, flimsy ... shirts that after one washing do not hold their shape and honestly can't be worn again. So this ... wonderful surprise. It not only fits great but the fabric is perfect and it holds up after washing. Gap needs to design more of these fabric ... shirts and bring them out in a full range of colors because the are a classic staple that doesn't go out of style. With the economy we are in right now we need more clothes designed that can last longer, remain in style and hopefully retain a price point that is affordable for everyone.

Nice ...
I like the Gap ... shirts and this is the first time I ordered the v neck. I like how the cut of the neck doesn't show off all your goodies seems like every v neck ... have seen lately is way too low cut and requires a tank or cami underneath. These would look cute with a cami, but they are thick enough and not so low cut that you would absolutely have to have one. I like it!

Glad I read the reviews first - I am a size 34F but wear a size 8-10 & I bought a Large. It was great to find a ... somewhat fitted but not TOO tight. It is a little long on me but OK. I bought two of each color because it is such a bargain. I DO wish the ... shirts were a little thicker; the white is still alittle too sheer but can't find better.

Cute ...
Decent cut, decent price. Not see through so easy to run errands in. Only down side is, recently I find most tshirts are made with cheap fabric, so after a few washes the color fades, and they have to be thrown out. I can't find ... shirts that can last me thru one season. So I buy a bunch on sale till they wear out.

Too Long!
3 years ago I bought this 'favorite ... Gap and now it's time for me to buy another supply of 'T's to last me for another 3 years...3 years ago the XL Petite was perfect for me...The length, the fit etc. were all perfect so when I ordered this ... all the colors & lots of white, I was so excited but when I got them and tried them on :( the fit was good but the length was wayyyy toooo lonnnnng! I have to return all of them...

NIce, long ...
I've had to get rid of all my old ... shirts because they're just too short for current styles. And it's been surprisingly hard to find replacements that fit well, are comfortable AND are long enough. These Pure Body ... shirts meet all those requirements. (In fact, they're almost too long, but that's OK, longer is better. And I'm sure they'll shrink up over time as ... shirts tend to do). They're a bit lightweight to wear on their own, but they're great for layering. I bought several colors and I plan to get some more. I'm submitting the same review for the long and short sleeve versions of this ... because I bought a few of each and feel that the fit is virtually identical.

Old time fav
I love the great lycra cotton ... shirts, long sleeve and short. I have one in every color. Great for layering or by itself. It is like putting on a pair of old comfy slippers for me. They last forever. I have a pink short sleeve Ive had for at least 20 years!! Still love it and wear it!! I hope that The Gap dosen't take away this grand staple of their wardrobe.

Absolutely Perfect - Even after a million washes
Absolutely as other's previously described in their reviews! I've washed my black T's about ten times now - NO fading NO stretching NO shrinking! The most wonderful perfect long sleeve ... usually run between a medium and large. I chose large and I'm very happy! You can't go wrong with this ...

My Favorite Soft ... - Ever
My local Gap phased out "Gap Body" and my heart sank. When I discovered that I could find many of the items I loved online in "Pure Body," I was thrilled. I wear one of these every day, either to work out, run around, layer in cold weather or sleep (because they are so soft). Please be aware that my review comments on fit are only relative to my working out the sizing issue noted by other reviewers. This is one really snug fitting ... women's regular sizes run snug in body/arm, with longer than normal overall length and sleeve length. I order one size larger than true size. For a petite girl, with broad shoulders, large bust and fuller arms, I'd recommend going to women's regular size or order up even two sizes in petite. I order it in all colors and am very pleased; however, the lighter colors might be too transparent for some people to wear alone. These wash/dry well, even if they make the unexpected slide into the hot water wash. I try to baby mine in Woolite, though. These are the best value for money, especially when Gap runs a "two for" sale. The best thing: this ... does slenderize. I think the snug fit and longer length are why. This Stella definitely feels her groove when she's wearing one!

Smooth!
I love the feel of this entire line. I've got pants, a cardigan and night shirts as well as this long sleeved ... two colors. Very very comfortable in every article. The tops do run slightly small, so I would order up one size. This entire line is a winner.

Great ... wear alone or layer. I wear a small to medium in Gap t's. I needed a medium in this one. I got a black and grey. Good stretch ...

great anywhere, anytime ...
Ordered 4 of these ... shirts and love them all. They are body fitting and very comfortable. I love the fact that they contain some spandex. I wear them for casual and for dress. The only negative comment is; the material is a little thin, especially in the white. You would definitely need to wear a cami underneath.

Color
I love this long sleeve ... It's a tighter fit than the ones I had in the past from Gap, and I like that for some reasons. Looser sleeves would be a bit nicer than these snug ones. The fit is overall fine, but my complaint is with the color! After checking different computer monitors against one another and the true color of the shirts, I have found that the computer representation of the colors here on the website is just wrong!! This is true for the two I purchased - Smokey Violet and Light Heather Gray. They are much darker in real life than in the website pictures. The "Violet" is really a smokey DARK violet, or purple, with a touch of slate gray in the color. The Gray is just a good deal darker over all. I kept the shirts, but was quite disappointed as I was hoping for the lighter colors shown in the web pictures.

good for layering...
it's tighter than other layering tops, which is nice, think that's the bit of spandex. Overall, I like how soft it is, I got this in pink and baby blue, and I use it mostly for work, for layering under scrub tops. Also great for layering under too short t's that I still want to wear but no longer want to show a little belly. Thank god long lengths are back in. Tired of looking at other women's muffin tops.

Nice ...
I was nervous after ordering this ... large after reading the reviews. My typical size in Gap shirts is usually a medium, but I went up to a large ... some reviews stating it was tight. I am 155lbs, 5'41/2, 36B. The large fit very comfortably. It accentuates the bust, but doesn't look too 'painted on.' I got it in the pumice grey. The color is more grey (less of the blue hint) than the picture on the model. Overall, I look forward to wearing this ... fall, and layering for winter. I would recommend it.
