Great go to ...
This is a really cute pencil ... has detailing on it that makes it unique and less ordinary. It is very slimming. I love the length because I don't wear skirts that are shorter than knee length. I am 5'6" and 132 pounds, pear shaped and the size 6 fit me perfectly.

Great closet staple!
I love this ... comes just below my knees, so it looks very classy for work or going out. The ... high waisted, but looks awesome because it is stretchy, so it doesn't gape at the waist. As a pear shaped lady, I've had a lot of problems with this; in order for skirts to fit both my hips and waist, they have to be stretchy otherwise I have extra room in the waist area and that looks awful with shirts tucked into it. Great ... very form fitting, but in a good way. I've had difficulty tucking in some tops (because you can see where they are in the ... but I'm not just using tops that are shorter and thus require less me tucked into the ... wish the Gap would make this ... more colors (I'm thinking bold, brights.) I'd buy them up in a heartbeat!

I'm about 5'3" and 130 lbs. I normally wear a size 4/6 in regular women's clothing, and bought this ... petite 4 and it fit PERFECTLY. You need these types of skirts to fit like a glove or they look ridiculous, and there is some stretch to this one, so if you're not sure which size to order, I'd order one size down. Overall, a sexy and versatile skirt...LOVE IT!

I love this ... am not one for dresses and skirts but I love this ... because it comes in a tall length. This works great for me because I don't like to show my legs. I am 6 ft tall and it comes to right below my knee.You can dress it up or down and can be worn in all 4 seasons. Pencil skirts never go out of style and add a classic piece to any wardrobe.

Best pencil ...
I have a hard time finding pencil skirts that I like. I prefer them just below the knee, a more retro Mad Men look, but since I am 5'8" most hit about 2" above the knee on me. This one hits just below the knee. I am also very curvy and other pencil skirts tend to look great when I am standing but the seams practically burst when I sit down. This one has just the right amount of stretch that I do not have that problem.

I wore this ... work on my birthday and wore it later for happy hour. Most pencil skirts I've had in the past were an inch or two shorter than this, but I am happy this one was longer. Also the ... has a built in tummy tuck :) which might work perfect for mothers that recently gave birth, or pregnant woman who don't find maternity clothes flattering. I am a plus size hourglass shape which I normally wear a size 14, however I purchased a size 16 since it was an online purchase. Now that I have worn it once the waist has stretched out quite a bit so I will have to get the it cinched before my next wear. With that said I would go a size down if one is on the petite side. This ... great paired with a lacy top or sheer top. To all of my belt lovers out there I would add a wide belt to wear this with a sleeveless satin top; preferably with high heels... Overall this ... great buy, and the rice was pretty average considering the Gap.

Great Staple
I really liked this ... like skirts that cover my knees and this one hit just right. I also like that I could wear a lot of different types of tops with it.

Perfect for those with a behind!
I can rarely wear pencil skirts because I have a larger than normal backside. I'm 5'7 ~140lbs and got the size 6. It fits perfectly! Usually pencil skirts fit me only in the waist but are too small in the butt. This one hugs your curves in all the right places. Its stretch enough so your side profile does not make your butt look huge. Some CONS: Does wrinkle a lot for a stretchy ... did not have any problems with the ... riding up.

So close!
LOVE the fact that GAP makes skirts in Tall sizes and everything about this ... perfect except that the fabric is too form fitting. A size up wold be swimming on me but this is too tight in the butt for me. A little less stretch would do wonders. So bummed!
