Great addition to your wardrobe
These are super comfortable leggings. The material is very soft. If you're trying to decide between two sizes, I recommend ordering the smaller size. These are thin so are best worn under skirts or dresses. I would not wear these as pants. Great product!

A MUST HAVE!!!!
I bought these leggings based on the reviews, stating that they were so comfortable and great, so I went ahead and purchased the black ones online. However when I went in store I saw these in varies colors and fell in love!!! They are truly sooooo soft and comfy!!!!! I ended purchasing the gray and navy blue ones in store[...]They are a must in every women's wardrobe. I've owned many leggings in my lifetime and these are by far the best ones out there. Can't wait to wear them with the Drawstring shirt dress I also just purchased from GAP!!

Would wear these every day.
I absolutely love these leggings. They are so soft and so comfortable, I would wear them every day if I could. I want them in more colors! They really are the perfect leggings, and I hope Gap doesn't stop making them. The only thing about them which some people might find to be a negative, is that they cannot be worn as pants alone, because the material is slightly see through in the butt. This is fine with me, because I don't think leggings should be worn that way anyway. Like I said, peeeerfect leggings.

very stretchy but hold their shape. nice and long but not too long. not too thin or sheer, can be worn alone as pants. love them.

Love these leggings!
I hate wearing tights, so I often wear leggings under skirts and dresses. A lot of times, I have trouble with the waist band, which often a.) is too tight, or b.) gets all messed up and twisted because of the way the elastic sits. I have several different brands of leggings, and these take the cake. They are SO COMFORTABLE and AMAZING! The waist band is probably about an inch wide and stays put with no trouble, though it is in no way tight. It also, somehow, miraculously, never gets twisted. I just bought my second pair of these and will probably buy a third. They look great- they can be worn to lounge or to go out, and they feel as comfy as pajamas. Just one thing to be aware of- they are a too sheer to wear alone as pants with a shorter shirt. They function more like tights (really. really. comfy. tights.)

could live for days and days in these!
These are SO soft and comfy. The fabric is not as opaque as i expected it to be, but sill ok to wear with a top, and thin enough to wear under a skirt instead of tights. I bought a Med, (usually buy size 8 in gap pants) which is what i would buy in sweats and they fit great. love these.

Great basic!
I love these. They are jet black and the modal keeps them super soft with minimal sheen (hopefully it will also keep them from fading and shrinking, which cotton leggings are prone to). I'm 5'5", 130 lb. and I got the Small, which fits great. The waistband lays flat and doesn't dig in. They aren't thick enough to wear as pants like with a short top, but work great with tunics and dresses. You can't see your underwear color through them but might show some panty lines. Let's face it, leggings aren't something that ever last a long time so I think for the price, these are a must have.

Good leggings, but not to go out in
These are very comfortable leggings. The waist band is slightly thicker and does not pinch at all. The material is nice, but not nice enough to wear out. These are great for around the house, or possibly to run an errand or two. Not good for working out since they are cotton. The material will start to ball after use and washes, they do attract and show lint (but this is fine with me since I just wear them at home). They stretch out slightly with repeated wears, but for the most part are ok. They were slightly longer than I through they would be (when pulled down, they go to the mid foot instead of the ankle) so they bunch just a little. I am a size 6 in pants, but got a size medium and small. The medium is obviously bigger, but by no means is it loose. The small is snug, but not too tight. I will be keeping both sizes.

Not what I expected
I had bought leggings from Gap about a year ago and the material is completely different. Of course, I attribute this to shopping online. Anyway, the leggings are bit see through which is a problem if you want to wear them with a longer shirt, as pants. There is also an element of sheen that makes them good to wear at night with a sparkly top. It's a very thin material and I'm not a big fan, so I will definitely not be buying any more of these. I'll be on the look out for the leggings I bought last year.

Leggings
These leggings are only for wearing under a dress, not to wear as pants under a long shirt. They are SUPER soft but a little see through.

not flattering
this was too shiny and too thin for me. more like bicycle pants. I have brushed cotton leggings and I really like that one so I was going to order some more but they were all sold out.

My favorite Khakis!
Apparently these aren't the most popular pants according to many of the previous reviews, but I ADORE them! I really haven't had much luck with Gap pants until recently; they were always big in weird places and not flattering on my silhouette. However, I totally scored with the "perfect khaki ... I'm 5'9", 130 lbs, 26 inch waist and 36.5 inch hips and my body type is lean; I purchased both the 2 REGULAR and 2 LONG (so true to size compared to what I typically buy). I like the regular length for when I'm casual in sandals and the long's when I'm wearing platform wedges. The ... hug my seat just enough (not too tight or loose) and are slightly relaxed through the hips/thighs and get more relaxed as you work your way towards the hem. I can see where ... more ample seats have an issue with these ... might be too tight if you've got a butt. But for those ladies with smaller behinds, these ... so flattering! I find normal Gap ... too baggy in the rear and it's so great these aren't.

LOVE these ...
So after seeing all the other bad reviews, I do feel I should admit that I have a straight figure with slim hips, thighs, and butt. I am about 5'7, 140lbs, and wear between a 4-6 in gap ... normally. That being said, I LOVE these wide leg ... never thought I would wear wide legs since I usually like to wear skinny ... show off my legs, but I have been convinced otherwise after trying these on at the store. It made my silhouette look overall leaner and my legs longer! I got the ankle length, which is perfect to wear with flats or a small heel. It looks great with a tucked in blouse or button down shirt--very classy. If you have a straight or slim lower half like me, these are the perfect wide leg pant for you!

Perfect Petite Fit
I LOVE these ... am petite ... 5'1" and just under 100 pounds. I ordered several sizes based on all the reviews I read, and was nervous to see how they would fit. The 00 short leg fits perfectly. I normally wear a 0, so for me, I needed to go down a size. It is definitely a leg lengthening pant and fits well through the hip and thigh. The inseam is 29 1/2 inches on the 00 short leg. These ... perfect with a heeled shoe ... I do not need to get them altered. Completely ignore GAP's size chart, which indicates it fits a 23 inch waist. Come on GAP! My waist is 27 inches and I can still get a couple of fingers in the waistband. My advice would be to order a size up and down from what you normally wear ...[...]

SO EXCITED ABOUT THESE ...
I am 5'9 and about 142lbs and I have always had trouble finding casual ... fit well and are long enough. But these ... AMAZING! They are long enough and hit the bottom of my stacked wedges and they look great with everything. I am far from flat in the rear and I think it defintely fits my curves. If you are looking for ... fit and are NOT high waters, this is DEFINITELY the pant, I even think if you are taller than me you can still purchase these ... GO FOR IT!

AMAZING!
I wrote a review about the khaki pant JUST LIKE THESE, but I had to write here as well bc I bought BOTH, and I am soooo glad I did. I am 5'9" 142lbs and I bought a size 2 and they are perfect! Long enough to touch the bottom of my wedge heels and great with work attire and casual weekends! I think if you are wondering will these ... like the "normal" long ... stores, that really are never long enough, that is SO not the case. These ... long enough and fit AMAZING!

Great casual ...
Love these ... look better in a pant that drops straight off the hips, and doesn't taper. These look really nice. I am 5'10 and can easily wear heels with these ... they are too long for flats. The longer lengths in the regulars is a newer trend over the last few years, and it is nice to have the opportunity to hem if needed. I bought the gray in these ... looks really nice. a modern color and great neutral to build outfits around.

Like these ...
I think these ... true to the description given, but have to agree with the other reviews to order up on the pant size. I am a size 8 in everything I order, and sometimes even a size 6, but I am a 10 in these ... ordered both an 8 and a 10 to see which would fit and the 8 was beyond tight. The 10, however, fits great and I absolutely love the look it gave with a sweater. The ... long for a regular, but I'm 5'8", so I found them perfect!!

Yes, a close to perfect pant
For the past several years GAP ... designs/styles have not worked for me. I have had a little luck with the CURVY ... majority of the ... way too big in the waist. Others are too tight in the thigh area. These ... remind me of the Gap ... 10 plus years ago! Big improvement but still needs a little tweeking. Thank you Gap!!

Cute work pant!
I purchased these ... two colors. I am slightly disappointed in the weight of the fabric (light). The ... more flared than wide leg, but overall, they're a good fit. They are sharp enough to wear in a formal work environment.

Size does matter
I think these would be great ... if they fit. Unfortunetly they didnt fit me. I normally wear a 6 Long and thought that a 6 Regular would be ok with flats for work and representing in the court room. The 6R just didnt work for me and these ... dont come in long. I really wish that the specialty ... seasonal ... came in a longer size as the standard... it is much esier to shorten a pant than to lengthen it.

Love then or Hate them???
I am on the fence on these ... always wear a size 2 tall in Gap ... My closet is literally all Gap ... they are the only ones long enough for me so I LOVE gap ... reference I'm 6'-0" tall 130 lbs. These ... very strange. They are so cute on the model and I was excited about a wide leg pant again. These are tight in the seat and the thighs like everyone else is saying. They end up looking more like flare ... 90's. I can't decide if I will keep them or not. I got the pavement and the khaki color. Fabric and colors are nice but the thighs are so tight. I'm banking on them stretching out but that might be wishful thinking. I ordered the 2 tall and 4 tall. Oddly enough the thighs were equally as tight in both sizes. I would have just kept the 4 tall but the waist was huge so that was out. I have a skinny leg khaki coming in the mail so maybe that will be better!!
