Comfort in a new fit
I have tried some of the other fits (hiphugger, boyshort) and they didn't quite fit me well. But THESE are amazing! I hope they get more prints to select from because I want to buy more! I am 5' 7" with a slight frame and many panties just seem to not fit my bottom or hips. These are cotton, come in solids and prints and are just so pretty. They have a soft thin leg elastic and soft waist band with a silky fabric tag (it never bugs me). They are machine washable but I tend to wash all my under garments by hand. They sit about 1.5" to just about 2"s below my navel. Give full coverage on my bottom and the leg openings are just about at my hip bone. I don't feel like I'm wearing matronly panties or anything - I feel pretty and comfortable in well fitting panties with a great cut to them. And if you are picky about prints being aligned on panties (which I am, I got some in stripes) they do a splendid job of cutting these just right with prints.

Just what I wanted...
These panties don't ride up, are comfortable in every way and last a long time. I have some that are several years old and they look about like my new ones. I rarely dry them in the dryer...maybe that helps them last.

Yes to GAP High Cut Underwear, No to VS High Cut
I Love the quality and the fit of the GAP high cut underwear. The cotton is soft, not cheap looking and they do not look like Granny panties. I used to only buy VS high cut underwear. No more VS as their quality is not what it use to be, they fall apart real quick and I love the GAP fit and quality much better. Thanks GAP!!

Perfect Cotton Panties

ATTN Gap Designers--bring back the old style
I wore the old style for years (wider and less flimsy lace sides, cotton crotch), and when I needed replacements, these were a poor imitation. I have tried options at any number of other stores, and nothing compares to the old Gap cotton lace thongs. Please bring them back, I need new panties!!

Old Style Blues
I bought a couple pair of this new Lacy thong and now only use them for emergencies. They are way to flimsy and the lace rolls into an uncomfortable little strip that cuts into my hips. Not flattering at all. Ladies, I don't think Gap can hear us here. I have been wearing the Sexy Lacy Thong for 9 years now. The OLD STYLE was by far the best panties I have EVER owned and I have tried more brands then I care to mention. I only wear thongs because it is the only style that really works for a girl with booty! Lucky for me I bought around 50 or so pair just before GAP discontinued them. They are all I wear and I am finally beginning to worry because my collection is dwindling. Yes I do take very good care of them because they are all I have got. We all need to kick it up a notch and start blogging on the Gap Facebook and Twitter pages. If we yell load enough, they will bring them back because I know for a fact, Gap does listen!!
