Good to wear under sheer clothing
I love the new white crochet / eyelet / lace shirt styles that are out now, but you cant wear them alone because they're usually too sheer or otherwise somehow see through. This tank is perfect to wear under them because it is thin, doesn't add bulk (which my other tanks do) and the material is smooth so the material of the over garment doesn't stick to it but rather glides over it and still drapes well. I also wear this tank under my office shirts and again its ideal for that for the same reasons. the air conditioning is always cranked up so high, it's freezing and I need to wear something under just so I'm not shivering all day. ( I really don't feel like wearing a suit jacket to keep warm - too formal for my office.). In either case, the tank is low enough that it doesn't show when wear lower cut shirts over it, and the straps on the shoulder are wide enough that they cover bra straps unlike many camis. All in all, I'll be buying more

Love it!
I love these tanks. They are very versatile and work with just about any outfit. In warmer weather, I wear them alone. But I also llke to wear them under a tee shirt, or under a cardigan. They even work under a blazer. They are comfortable, and wash and wear very well.

Best undershirt out there
OK so I've tried lots and lots of undershirt type tees to ... under a low cut or sheer top. These are the best. They fit perfectly, have a nice rounded neckline that isn't too high or too low, and probably the best thing about them is that they are totally light weight and don't make you feel like you are wearing a girdle around your chest!! Now THAT I really like!!!

My favorite tank
This is my favorite tank top. I usually wear a small or medium in shirts but I have to order these in an x small to get the right fit for a tank to wear under other things. These have a nice unobtrusive neckline for wearing under sweaters or low cut tops, and they are tight and thin so they don't make you feel too hot or create lines under your other clothes. They are a little too thin to wear by themselves.

BEST TANK EVER
Supersoft, lightweight, breathable, and ultra flattering. Beautiful choice of colors. Washes very well, I've washed mine so many times and they look like new. They are ultra versatile. Thin enough to layer, pretty enough to wear on their own. Can look chic if dressed up, but also good for exercise, lounge, and sleep. They provide a little bit of support in the bust. I am nursing and I've had a hard time finding a comfortable sleep bra. I switched to these tanks instead and they keep me comfy even though I'm currently a 36 D. Gap, please, never stop making these.

Perfect tank
I have at least 20 tanks because I've been looking for the perfect one that I can ... under all of my semi sheer tops. I am glad to say that I have finally found it! This tank is so comfy, doesn't hug too tight, is lightweight so it doesn't feel like I'm wearing two tops, doesn't add bulk when I need to tuck in the tops, isn't too low cut, has wide enough straps so my bra straps don't show...I have already put in my order for multiples of each!

Soft and comfy
These are awesome tanks! I took the advice of other reviewers and sized up from a small to medium and it fit perfect. I am 5'9" and 138 lbs and usually wear a small in tanks - so remember to size up. They cover the bra straps nicely and are very soft and comfortable and just long enough. Would recommend as a basic wardrobe staple for layering (the white is too thin to wear alone). The black and grey can be worn alone. If you like smooth tanks without ribbing, buy these! I wear casually during the day, to sleep, or layered under clothing. Perfection.

Perfect layering tank!
I love this tank. I tend to ... tank everyday underneath my shirts and sweaters, and have a few favorites. My biggest complaint about most of the tanks from other stores is that they are not long enough, and especially after a few washes, they are almost TOO short. I love how long this tank is! It doesn't ride up, it's not cut too low, love it. It is definitely a very slim fitting tank and not a very thick fabric, so I wouldn't recommend it for wearing by itself--especially the white one I bought--but it will be perfect for what I need it for. I normally ... XXL in gap clothes, and this fit just a little snug (just how I wanted it to as an undershirt). Will definitely be buying more!

Best tanks ever!
I love these tanks! Usually I buy one or two tanks at a time - but I bought one of these last spring and loved it so much that I ordered one in every color! I wear them absolutely everywhere! I wear them around town or I pair them with a sweater or jacket for work. They're so comfortable that I even wear them around the house, at the gym, and to bed! The cotton fabric is so soft and light, but still durable and not too sheer. I love that they are thin enough to tuck into skirts without a line showing. I've worn these tanks for 9 months now (I live in Texas so they don't even get a break for winter) and they've held up great - no pilling or fading! I just hope they come out with new colors this spring!

Love these tanks!
These tanks are great!! I wear them under everything. Usually shirts are not long enough and this is just long enough to wear under t's, sweaters, shirts, so that they do not look too short. The neck is also just high enough, if you want to be a little more modest when wearing low cut tops. I have a ton of black ones that I ... almost every day and a couple other colors to switch things up. LOVE THESE!!

Versatile tank
I love these tanks; I have them in navy, black, white, violet stone, and heather gray. They have held up well in the wash (wash cold/tumble dry) for the past 6 months that I have owned them - and I wear them frequently. In the summer, I wore them with shorts or skirts; and in the winter I wear them as a cami under sweaters or low cut tops. The white is more sheer, but the others are fine to wear on their own. I'm a 32D and have these in XS (size chart says I should be a S). They are fitted, but not tight which is how I like them to fit. The neckline is just high enough to not be revealing lots of cleavage. I'm 5'2" and the XS hits at my hip if it's a little scrunchy at the bottom - low hip if it's pulled down straight. This is such a great basic top, I plan to order more, especially if more colors become available.

Perfect!
But definitely order a size up if you are not comfortable with a form fiitting top. I am 5'9" and 130 lbs and athletically built. The MEDIUM fit me perfectly. The shoulders fit wonderful and the cut of the top is flattering and actually fits me like the pictures. I usually ... small... but it seems like if you want the top to fit like the models wearing this top then order a size up. The small would not be true to size, but the medium would be true the small size? I hope this was helpful!

Best shirt of I''ve ever found!
I marked this as too small, because you have to be familiar with the sizing of the ... line as a bit more snug than regular GAP shirts. Knowing that, I always order a large for it to be slightly loose, when I normally ... medium. These shirts are the perfect weight for layering, or summer ... I've noticed that the most recent ones are even a tad bit longer than last year's - the length has a very slimming effect. I'm 5'7", 125# with a long torso, so I love how long they are. The stretch in them is great (even when I just air dry them, the wrinkles from the wash go away immediately upon wearing), and I can even ... them all the way through pregnancy without it getting stretched out! I have a bunch and am anxiously awaiting more colors!! Thanks for such a reliable shirt, GAP designers.

Cute basic, but too tight
I purchased this t shirt to ... under all my winter sweaters, however it was way too tight and long. Gap use to make a geat t shirt to layer that was the perfect length, didn't roll and was a great mix of cotton and stretch and I thought this was it in lots of new colors, but it is not. I am short so maybe that can explain the length but the shirt was so tight I could not imagine wearing all day. I wish Gap would stick to the basics and stop trying to improve everything because sometimes it isn't an improvement! I gave it 2 stars because of the selection of colors and the quality, which was great.

Super Sexy T
I bought this online and it was so soft. I am a girl true to an XL shirt since gaining a few pounds and I have a longer torso at 5' 9' and this fit like a glove. It really made me look slim through my bust and waist. I had a lot of compliements. I could ... under a blazer. I could ... lounge pants, dress pants or jeans. It is really a nice T. You can dress it up or down. Makes me feel sexy. Thanks GAP!

Perfect casual v neck
I love this tee because it's suuuper soft, holds well after wash (great quality), and is flattering. I ... them literally every day around the house and to bed. I even pair the white and black ones under cardigans for work. I have a few in white, black, and gray. I'm usually an xs in Gap tees but I initially ordered my white ones in Small and they were too snug. I even have them in long sleeve with the same sizing problem, the Small is too tight but Medium is perfect. I do have a fuller bust and a small waist so I was not surprised it was tight in the chest but at how snug it was around my waist. The next batch I ordered I got them in size Medium and they fit just the way I like them to - a little looser for a more comfortable fit. Now I'm hooked and don't want to ... another tee! I just wish Gap would come out with more colors! Come on guys, you only have 3 basic colors that I already own. The new blue and purple color is ridiculous. Make them in pastel pink, green, blue, etc. I have to say though that white ones are see thru, which isn't a problem if you're wearing them to bed, but if you plan on being around people you need a nude tank underneath.

Great Tee
Soft, comfy thin tee. Great for daily lounging, or ... out for a casual look. Fits snug, stretches out a little as you ... but washing shrinks it back down. Definitely recommend.

This is THE perfect tee!
I love this tee shirt! I have shopped everywhere for just this. I ... various colors I got all the time. They are GREAT for wearing under slip dresses, etc because they are form fitting and flatter the look while allowing you to ... these kinds of dresses year around (I actually prefer ... these dresses with them vs not even in the middle of summer). Someone at work actually said to me that my tee was the perfect tee! They are also good for small busts ... very flattering.

Great Super Soft, casual t shirt
Super soft, comfy T shirt. Highly versatile from lounging around the house to casual ... I've bought a ton of these and also the PureBody crew neck style. Love them! The only downside is these are a slimmer fit. So, if you want a bit of a looser shape to it, go up one size. With that said, though, they keep their shape rather well and don't stretch out too much.
