Just Buy Them
These are PERFECT. And thank goodness, they are comfortable. You gotta have the stretch, right? I am curvy so the boot cut and dark wash is a good look. Ever watch What Not to Wear? They always recommend the boot cut and hate the faded ... Everything about these ... slimming. The double button waist band pull you in where it counts. I was a little worried about the tight fit in the thighs, but I am losing weight and they seemed to stretch out a bit. LOVE the perfect boot cut ...

Trumps [...]!
I had been a faithful customer of [...]particularly for ... since the Express Bleus and begrudgingly through the elimination of that line and the lines since, settling in with the Stella ... cut ... after all the product changes. Their ... started buying them were $44.50 but could be bought on sales for ball park $30 ... anyway. So the price has gone up, and up, and up, and I've stayed with them until recently. I have thought for awhile now that the quality of their ... has been on the decline. Recently I picked up two pairs of Stella ... - for $120 - and no joke, when I went to wear the second pair later that same week after I had already taken for granted that I could throw away the receipt - the button popped clear off the front! Hadn't even worn them! Bears mentioning I DO buy my correct size too. I don't mushroom over. So I went in to get another pair - didn't even bother attempting the exchange because the receipt was lost - and I found that the ... had just bought had been jacked up in price again and were marked as $98.50. Seriously?!?! They are NOT worth that. So I walked out. Went to the Gap, because I had heard from my girlfriends that the Gap is great for ... anyway. Tried on the "perfect" ... cut jean, and true to name, it was. Crazy good. Couldn't believe the tag, at just under $70 - I mean yeah, that's not cheap either, but for what the ... do, it's SO worth it. Much better quality. I can run outside at the park with my kids in them, I can look good at work in them, and every wash they bounce back and look just as good out of the dryer as they did in the dressing room in the store. SOLD - I've been converted, I'm a Gap ... girl now. And thank you, Gap, for picking up the ball [...]dropped.

I love these ...
I tried these ... store and loved it. I am 5'1" and needed an ankle length but there were none in the stores. Went online and found them - even got them during a discount program. They fit very well and makes me look really slim and tall. I tried other ... cut ... no other were made as well or fit as well. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for ... cut ...

Great ...
I just want to start out saying, I have other pairs of ... Gap and these are a HUGE improvement over them. They are so much softer, stretchier, and not as stiff. I am 5'0" and got a size 0 peitite. They were still a little long, as I suspect size 0 is made for 5'2" and above, but it fit really well everywhere. The ... leg ... bit wider than I remember, but I tried them on with a pair of boots and the looked great.

I Like these ... just wish they were thicker.
I Like the perfect ... long and lean. I have both. The color does not wash out. I've had these since August. The only thing I don't like about the perfect ... long and lean is the material is SO thin that on a cold day you will feel how cold it is. And after you sit in them for a little while, the seat sags.

Close to perfect
These jeans are close to perfect. They fit great and don't get as loose as the Sexy Boot ... after using a few times or hours after getting washed. I bought an ankle length, size 2. On only 4'11" but the length works for my 4" wedge boots. I love the dark wash because it makes my legs look slimmer and the slightly higher waist does not create muffin tops and makes my rear look great! Although I still love the original Boot Cut that Gap had before they made all these boot cut options, this is pretty good as well. Way better than the Sexy Boot.

My New Favorite ...
I've always been a fan of GAP ... but these are definitely my new favorite. The last few years I've worn the Long and Lean. I tried on a pair of the Perfect ... Long and Lean and I immediately put the Long and Lean aside. PROS:I'm 5'9" and about 165 pounds (especially around the middle) and these ... fit really well right off the rack. The wide waistband is flattering and not too low (you won't have to tug up your ... hug my butt and thighs but are not too tight. The length is LONG. Even with my height and 2 1/2 inch heels the hem slightly dragged the floor (before washing). Not complaining though because it's hard to find a true long length (Old Navy "longs" are about 4-5 inches shorter). The fabric is soft and stretchy, but not too stretchy. CONS: As another reader mentioned, these ... eventually shred on the inner thigh. I've had it happen before with the Long and Leans and it's because the fabric is thinner (hence softer). Also, I don't feel this is a true ... cut". It's still a little wide - closer to a flare cut.

Just "OK"
I was hoping that this denim would have a more nicer, expensive look being that they were the dark wash color. They're ok...a little more thick or heavier denim fabric than I thought they would be. I'm 5'2", 120lbs and the size 2 ankle fit. The ... cut is on the wider side and for being short, I think this cut makes me look shorter. The Sexy ... Cut ... slimmer and more flattering I think.

These ... sized WAY too small
I ordered the same size in both the Perfect Boot Jean and the Curvy Jean. Curvy fits very true to size, but the boot felt two sizes too small through the waist, hips, seat and thighs. Not to mention their petite length fit like regular. I am very unhappy with the Perfect ... Nothing perfect here!!!

not the same gap ... anymore
Don't like these at all. I have worn classic gap boot cut for years and loved them.....they are no longer available so I tried the replacement "perfect boot cut". Sorry, but it's a completely different fit. Huge gap in the waist in back, tighter in the rear, and the denim is really thin. I'm sadly returning these. Now I have to find another pair of go to ... another store. I'm sad because I loved the old classic boot cut. Bring them back:)

Bring back the Classic ... Cut
I have worn Gap's Classic ... Cut ... years. They came in the x long that I need being 5'11 1/2" tall and the size 8 fit perfectly. So I was disappointed to find them no longer available when I needed to purchase new ... purchased the Perfect ... Cut as I was told it has replaced the Classic. I was very disappointed in the fit and weight of the fabric. Although the length was plenty long enough, the gap in the waistband was huge and the thigh area was skin tight. The denim material is very thin and lightweight, and stretches out fairly quickly causing bagginess. I returned all 3 pair and now are on the search again for quality x long ... fit.

I love these ...
These are the best ... had been buying the sexy ... didn't like that they sat so low on the hips so I decided to give these a try. I love that they do not sit as low on the hips as the sexy ... seems like the leg opening is not quite as flared either. The no ... waist band is my favorite improvement from ... They really do ... like a glove and I don't have to wear a belt! The sizing is true to size. I'm a tall girl ( 5'10") and weigh 140lbs--I ordered the size 8 long and they ... perfectly. The size 8 Tall were just TOO long! They definitely lengthen the legs and enhance the hips/rear. They can easily be worn with heels. I have 2 pair and would definitely recommend these to anyone.

Finally a pair that fits & very slimming!
I really love these ... They fit and look great! I'm a size 14 and I'm 5'4". I purchased the ankle length. The ... very slimming. Finally a pair that doesn't stretch out on my butt and thighs which end up looking all saggy like my old Levi's. No, these ... show that I have a behind back there! The thighs are not baggy. The length is just perfect and the ... not overwhelming. The color is just right in the lighter blue and I also got the darker pair as well. I would highly recommend these ...

Just as I hoped!
I was a little worried ordering the ... since i have not ordered them for a long time. The ... had purchased at least 5 years ago were starting to wear out, so I decided to order another pair. I was worried becuase of the name change to ... style was changed. ... almost the same, and I really liked the length and the details on the ... were much better. Thank you so much for not losing the style.

Perfect fit. Not too low, perfect rise. Great ...
I am petite (5'0") and around 106 lbs. I definitely carry a little more in my seat, and often go between size 0P and 2P at Gap and other petite stores. I ordered these in a size 0P, reluctantly, but they are a perfect fit. While these do stretch out after a few hours wear, mine made it at least 8-10 hours before they stretched to a sort of looseness, but they weren't bagging off of me too horribly. And the higher waist in back is awesome as it allows the low rise without having to constantly worry about the rear peep show. If you're undecided between 2 sizes, probably try your smaller size. The ... slimmer fit through the legs is a close second to my favorite ... flare leg--these have a decently wide ... Probably won't work with some sandals, but perfect with boots or heels for going out. The length is perfect--despite my height, I usually can go to a 30" inseam. Probably would want to air dry these though to avoid shrinkage.

my legs are long!!
even though I always buy TALL or LONG in my ... they are never long enough for my heels or boots. Not any more, I even told my kids thats what I want for Christmas!!! Too bad it took me til I'm 44 to find out I can get a 36" length in womens ...

Disappointed
I purchased the same size and length in both this color and the dark. The dark fit and retained their shape. These stretched out in the waist and sagged in the rear. They ended up looking like mom ... after an hour. Another thing I didn't like is that the ... does not increase proportionate to the jean size. On the model, the ... really look like ... but when I purchased my size, size 6, they ... more like a straight leg or skinny jean. On the upside I'm 5'3 and I am able to wear flats with the Ankle length which is not typically the case with ... Based on my experience, I would not purchase this color again.

I thought that I was the only one in the world who dislikes spandex in ... but after buying the ... wearing them twice and reading these reviews, I realize the contrary! I miss the 100% cotton original flare, low rise jean from Fall, 2006. I bought several pairs then and after 4 long happy wearing years, I was forced to Jean shop again. The only jean I liked was the ... wish it were a richer fade of wash, and no spandex. It would really be a cool ... because the ... length is fantastic. I was so desperate to find my oringal 100% cotton low rise flares that I went on E Bay. Please, Please Please as so many here have asked, bring on the 100% cotton!!!

It was ok.
I like the Sexy ... alot better. Didnt realize the waist was this high, thought it was low rise like it said but its not. The ... alright, just wish the sexy ... stock.

Disappointing after wear
I decided to try Perfect ... after some disappointing issues with the Sexy ... version (the denim wore out quickly, and the rise was a bit too low, especially for a mom who's often on the floor with her kids). I liked that the Perfect ... came in short, which meant no need to go to the tailor. The rinse and the price point were also favorable. Unfortunately, after wearing the Perfect ... few hours, the butt sags and the waist is too large (when I tried them on at the store, the ... fit fine). I'm constantly pulling them up - even with a belt. If I were to order again, I would order a size down. However, this time I'm going to give Old Navy ... try. I'm hoping the fit stays true after wear.

Disappointing ...
The ... these ... has changed a lot in just a few years. I went online to replace my old ... which I love (but don't ... anymore after having a baby...). The new ... has wider legs and the hips and waist are straight and lower and are not flattering at all ... straighten out your curves rather than hugging them). I was so disappointed... I returned them and will have to try the curvy ... instead. As for length, I am 5' 9" and ... more than adequate in the regular long size (as opposed to the tall size). There is room left over to wear with heels as well.
