Best Socks Around
I have purchased many socks from gymboree, carters, janie and jack, TCP, etc, and none of them stand up to the wear that my little toddler boy puts on them. During playtime these socks do not scrunch down into his shoes, boots or sneakers. They have kept their size and shape throughout many, many washings..plus, I have not experienced the awful piling that occurs after washing with a lot of the other brands. Now I do not waste time & money experimenting with other brands, these are the only casual socks I buy.

For us these ... must have. With 10 month old twins and a 2yr old toddler we have a lot of ... lives. Of all the brands we've had these ... wash + wear the best. (I regularly beg my friends to send them home to Australia.) We have them in every color.

good sock, great value
These socks are soft and well made. It is real hard to find socks for toddler ... bigger feet. These fit great and the price is the best I have found anywhere.

A little too thin...
The socks are nice, but they feel a little thinner than other styles and brands. I'm afraid they're going to wear out too soon after a few washes. I got them because it's hard to find gummies on the bottoms of socks in 4-5 toddler in other brands. I might have to save them for summer.

Gap Kid Socks are the best!
I now only buy Gap children's socks. I have learned that purchasing any other infant or toddler sock is just a waste of money. Gap socks are the only ... know that don't shrink so that your children can wear them for years, and even hand them down from child to child. Other brands shrink up so they cut off the leg circulation and they can't even wear them after a few months. I've even tried buying other brand ... bigger, but the proportions then are never right. You can count on a great fit all the time with Gap ... since they are stretchy enough to even fit after the e.g. 2-3 yr age size (my son is now 4 still able to fit into them). The non stick bottoms are also great for infants learning to walk. I also like that they can be pulled up in the winter to cover the calves or rolled down to be cooler in summer.

I love these socks. We have them for our toddler twins and baby. The twins learned walking on these socks. I love the length of the sock, so you can roll them down with no tight elastic or leave them up when it is a colder day.

These are great ... either a boy or girl. We use them for dressy outfits, not necessarily for everyday - though they could be used for that purpose. They are a higher quality sock than your typical all purpose sock and we like the roll which adds a bit of class. They wash fine and seem to be true to size. We have them in multiple colors for both boys (9mos and 2yrs).

Love them!
These are my favorite socks! I started putting these socks on my daughter when she was four months old and she just turned two! They are worth every penny. They fit nice and snug. There isn't any bunching or a think stitch at the toes. I also love the tracking on the sole that prevents slipping. The ruffle is simple and girly! These are the best little girl socks ever!

I have purchased these sock for my girl since she was 18mo to now wearing the 4-5 yr. These socks hold up great, look good, and most importantly have grippies on the bottom which I require for my very active little girl. I have purchased other brands and nothing has held up like the one from Gap. And essential wardrobe piece.

Best for 12 months and up
I LOVE these socks now that my daughter wears the 12-24 month size. The 0-6 and 6-12 month had no elastic to stay on! The smaller sizes were not meant for narrow feet or small ankles. I am so happy I tried them in the toddler sizes because now they stay on and Have Elastic! They are so cute, I wish they came in lavender or a couple of more colors.

I have had a difficult time finding baby pink socks for my baby!! All of infant girl clothes are pink, pink, pink, but no baby pink socks, just peachy pink! THESE ARE BABY PINK!! YEAH!!! I'm so glad I found these on gap.com & she wears them almost everyday. They're a great basic sock. Some of them faded very slightly on the lace only, but the pair faded together, so it made for easy matching (type A personality). I also recommend giving these socks to new, baby girl mommies, so they don't have to SEARCH all of the stores before finally finding them only @ Gap!!!

Perfect Every Day Socks
I am ordering new ones in the same size (2-3 years), because they have lost their stretchiness over the past year, that's why not 5 stars. They are not too lacy/frilly, so they are great for every day. She wears them with sneakers, mary jane style shoes, and they work with jeans, short, or casual dresses/skirts. They have some rubber on the soles, so they are not slippery. Definitely my favorite socks for a little girl.

Sooo Big!
I got these for my little girl hoping they'd fit during the winter months. No dice. She's almost two months and they are huge. She's about 12 pounds now, so I'd imagine they fit 6 months+. Maybe 3 months+, but I'm not so sure. The sock is cute and the quality is fine, however.
