Gap Perfect ...
My 18 year old daughter just got a job at a restaurant as a hostess where she has to dress in black dress pants with a button down black long sleeved ... It's hot and humid in Virginia and I didn't think I would be able to find the correct ... (we have plenty of black dress slacks). Well, I went to Gap.com and found The Perfect ... - wasn't sure of her size so I ordered 2 XS and 2 Smalls. She fit perfectly in the XS, so I returned the 2 Smalls and ordered 2 more XS. She is 5'8" and 123 lbs - ... lanky and the ... great. And I got 30% off so the price point was perfect! I am telling everyone at the restaurant where she works to go to Gap.com for their shirts!

Fits my bust!
I don't usually write reviews, but after trying this ... wearing it for a day, I feel particularly compelled. I have a large bust - 40DD, and a comparatively small waist. This means that most button down shirts that I try on are too tight in the chest, resulting in gaping holes between buttons, OR they fit like a sack with no definition for my waist. This ... does neither - it covers my chest and is very flattering overall. I ordered an XL ... because I wanted to make sure it would be long enough to tuck in. I'm not sure how the regular compares, but I am very pleased with the length of the ... **If you've never been pleased with the fit of button down shirts, give this one a try!

It IS perfect!
I'm 5'10" 150 lbs and the ... large fits perfect. These shirts change a little from year to year but they are always reliably a good fit and black is always my choice. No one else offers a consistent choice for talls like GAP.

Love the Small ...
Love this ... order more...at 5'9", size 6 with lengthy arms, it's hard to find dress shirts that are long enough in the sleeves without being too big in the 'body' - no more worries with this ... Thank you GAP and BR for the ... size!

Pretty ... but boxy
This is a really nice ... but it cannot be called "fitted". I am tall, slim, with looong arms and it is so hard to find shirts with long enough sleeves. Tall Gap shirts usually fit me beautifully. The sleeves on the ... perfectly long enough, the shoulders fit beautifully, but the body is so big! It is unfitted through the body, which I guess is the style now: wear pants that are low on the hips and tuck a slouchy ... I've ordered the next size down in the ... so hopefully it will be slimmer. It's a gorgeous ... but it's too big to wear unless it's under a huge sweater.

Excellent qulaity and fit
I have trouble with dress shirts for work as I am 5'7 and slim with wide shoulders and long arms. They are always too big through the body by the time I get the shoulders and arms to fit. I ordered a small ... had to return it for a medium ... one fit great. Nice quality craftsmanship.

Nice ...
I really like this ... bought two -- one was a ... one was not. The regular ... (not ... fit better then the ... am 5'10", kind of busty). The ... not large enough in the chest, I have to wear it open with a cami underneath so that I don't offend anyone. I'm going to keep the shirts because they fit very well in the waist/arms/length. The ... tapers nicely in the waist so it gives it a very feminine look. It looks great with a pencil skirt or dress pants. I think you could dress up a pair of jeans and boots with the ... well. It really is an overall nice ... but you truly have to be 'shapely' to make it fit correctly.

Eh, not so perfect
If you are wanting a ... wear under sweaters, this will do the trick. I wouldn't pay full price for it though for what it is. I originally ordered this ... size, because I am 5'10" and have a problem with long sleeved button down shirts having way too short of sleeves (including an older version of this Gap ... own). Well, the ... way too long in the sleeves and awkward in the fit. The bust fit great, but it was baggy in the midsection, then tight in the tummy/hips area. I decided it was because it was cut for a much, much taller person. I exchanged it for the regular size and the sleeves are just long enough, and the overall fit was improved somewhat. The bust is a little snug, and it is still a bit tight in the hips/tummy, but that shouldn't matter under a sweater. So, if you have a larger chest and hips, you might want to order a size up for a more comfortable fit. It's really just a plain white ... so that's why I gave it 3 stars. I wouldn't wear this by itself.
