Love these pants
Love the material of these pants, I just wish they came in more colors in my size (like navy, light gray, tan, loden) I have both the black and dark gray now and wear them often. Great for work! The size 2 x long fits, is long enough for heels (a real find for a smaller ... size) but just a little loose in the booty area. I used to order 4 talls but sizing seems to have changed. I recommend these pants!

PERFECT is right!
I ordered these pants in a 12 ... they are FANTASTIC! I also got the True Straights and the Modern Boot (which also fit great). I am SO pleased wtih Gap's new line of black pants!!! The fabric FEELS expensive and the Talls are the PERFECT length to wear with my high heels! I am SO happy with these pants!!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!! Thank you GAP for finally giving us ... women an option for true extra long lengths. With a 36" inch inseam, I have always had problems finding pants long enough. Since my one ... store option has gone out of business, I thought I was going to be stuck wearing skirts and dresses. When I looked at your website and saw you had true ... sizes, I figured I'd give these pants a try and ordered a size 12 extra long. These are truly the perfect trouser. They fit fantastic, are so flattering, and I actually feel thinner in them. The length is so perfect I can even wear heels with them. Since I've received the pants, I've ordered 2 more pairs and 3 pairs of the Long and Lean jeans. The next perfect thing would be to see your stores offer the extra long sizes too.

good fit
These are really good pants. I am a ... plus sized sort of girl. Plus size clothes do not fit me. These are able to handle a little curve and still were long enough for my crazy long legs. I approve of their fit and length.

Finally pants for ... women
LOVE these pants! Average women can buy pants anywhere, but no one hardly carries pants for us ... women and we are out here too. I am 6'2 and own several pairs of these pants and wear them to work all the time. They are not tight and hang nicely making them super comfy. I normally wear an 8 or 10 and went down in size... I own a 8 and 6 and they fit well since they run a bit loose. ... GIRLS WILL LOVE THESE!!!

... Career Trousers
Finally, ... trousers! Very stylish for the workplace. Very difficult to find talls that don't resemble "old lady" clothes. A style that sits at my waist. Fabric is a little lightweight, but I do like it. Suggestions: 1) more colors. i.e. Navy, Khaki, Brown. 2) a bit heavier fabric for all seasons. I would stock up if The Gap had more colors.

i recently went up a size in BR (but strange enough I'm still a 4 at the gap) so need to stock up on new clothes but don't have a big budget. i love these pants! they're affordable (w/ a coupon) and fit well. i'm 6' so i ordered a ... 4 and they cover my extra long legs at half the price of BR's pants. the 6'+ girls can take out the 2" hem if they need a bit more length. i wish they had these pants in a heavier fabric for the winter.

Not a Good Fit
Modern Trouser not for ... women who don't have alot of junk in the trunk and thighs. Just to baggy of a fit...pants give you that "Frumpy" look. Like the Modern Boot pants much better.

Poor Quality
It’s very sad that Gap has decided to use cheap fabric and manufacturing for their clothing line. This is the third time I have ordered something from Gap and thought I got it from Old Navy or some other mass production clothing line. These pants look like they wouldn’t last through one gently wash cycle before they came apart at the seams. I plan to return the pants immediately and find another store who knows that ... girls want good quality pants too.

Perfect Trouser
Love, Love, Love these pants.The fit was perfect and I am 6 feet ... so the 6 long were exactly right. Kind of "hides" my belly and made my very comfortable in "my clothes" at a meeting. Actually got a few compliments on them the first day. Now I have 3 other pairs. They wash well and are very versatile - Just but them, you'll love them!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE
The are the best, really love the fit, definitely not 'mom pants'. Nice low waist, no chance for any muffintop, very flattering of the rear. They don't bunch or pull, they fall nicely, good weight without being too heavy and only good for winter weather. Perfect fit with only one exception: I'm 6'2" and generally order the x long size since the long is simply not long enough. This is consistently just a bit too long (1"+), I had to have them hemmed up a little on the bottom and I do wear heels. I must say I don't know too many women taller than I am (and very leggy), so I'm a little surprised at the length, but I love love love them, and would happily fill my wardrobe with them.

A great dress pant!
Most women need a comfortable pair of dress pants and these are it! I have these trousers in the navy pinstripe, gray, and black and I find them to be a great fit and a complement to my wardrobe. I would say that I'm a curvy person and I feel that these pants do well as they flatter my curves while having a nice drape that looks great with a little heel or wedge. Because of the fabric, I do feel they stretch a little bit but I still get my normal size and don't feel that they stretch out of shape or anything. Good luck but if you are looking for a great dress pant at a reasonable price - try these! They are an especially great buy when there is a sale or special coupon going on :)

Perfectly Classy Lady
I love the perfect trouser pants. They are dressy and classy. I can wear them to work and to church also. These pants are perfect for the curvy woman. They are extra long for those ... ladies who love to wear heels. The fabric is not too thin and does not cling to your legs when wearing hose. Gap please make these pants in more colors. I can honestly say that I would get every color. I have a black and grey pair and now the navy pinstripe. And for those extra ... ladies, there is enough hem in them to get that longer length, but it is not needed. I am 6'0" in my heels, and the pants cover my shoes nicely. I get them dry cleaned; haven't tried washing them. Keep up the good work GAP!! It is so good to know that there are classy clothes for the Christian women in today's world.
