Perfect ... school
My daughter has been wearing these over the last 2 years. She is a skinny 5 year old (41 lbs) and I got her the size 6 because she likes to wear things a bit big. Because of the super skinny leg, they don't look too baggy on her. They have enough stretch that she can run around and still be comfortable. She's picky about the comfort of her clothes, so if she likes something, we stick with it.

Perfect skinny ...
My daughter thinks these are the perfect skinny ... She is very slender and often has difficulty finding ... fit her well. GAP's Super Skinny ... have been the answer for her 2-3 years in a row now. We love the "dressed up" look of the dark saturated wash- they look great.

Perfect Skinny ...
I bought these ... size 14 Plus. I am a 5'1, 95 lb mid 20's woman and it has been so difficult to find ... actually fit length wise as well as flatter my legs. These skinny ... my holy grail! I really wish that they made more colors with this style and fit. The ... comfortable and not too skinny but very flattering to someone who is not stick skinny. The length is perfect and I couldn't ask for more! I tried some other "super skinny" ... Gap store but they were baggy and not skinny at all. Glad I found these and hopefully Gap makes more similar to these in different colors!

Best ... super skinny girls!!
Only Gap can get the super skinny ... right. Till now my poor girl had to wear baggy horrible pants.. These are the only ones that fit a truly skinny girl and look fashion smart too. Keep them coming and we love the dark color. Kudos Gap!!!

Love them!
These are just like the women's 1969 skinny jeans in terms of quality and fit. I bought the size 14R (I'm 5'1", 98 lbs, 24" waist, 33" hips, 27" inseam). I've owned a pair of 1969 women's skinny jeans in 00P since they first hit the shelves, but this kids pair fits much better. The women's pair fits well in every way except inseam (much too long; wear cuffed) when it comes out of the dryer but as the day goes on they become a little too loose in the waist and baggy in the legs so that they fit more like a straight leg. Sometimes kids sizing and styles just do not work for an adult, but these are stylish, comfy, and best of all fit right out of the package. I may have to hem the bottom, though, if they don't shrink a bit in the wash. These actually fit so good as is, I'm a little afraid that if I wash them they will shrink and be too tight. Love that 1969 has a kids line! I'm eying the kids ponte pant now, and hope Gap will come out with a "fitted" straight leg or just skinny (not super skinny) that is between their current super skinny and their current straight leg (which looks way too baggy, more like a boyfriend ... cut).

Not TOO skinny, thankfully!
I was afraid to buy these because of the word SUPER in front of skinny, but I couldn't find regular skinny ... my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised, as they do not look painted on...they actually look comfortable and fit perfectly! Bonus, she loves them.

Closest to true skinny ...
These run closest to a true skinny ... my daughter. She is really thin (I'm talking 0 percentile here) but the slims actually look like skinny ... her. I had problems finding skinny ... her that didn't run baggy, even in some of Gap's other washes for super skinny (grey and purple). These were best. Waist was still a little roomy. Recommended for anyone with a thin kid looking for a true skinny fit.

Good skinny jeans!
I wouldn't call these super skinny. They fit well, without being too tight over the calf and knee area (like Old Navy super skinny jeans). These will be a winter staple for my daughter...they fit into her boots nicely. Haven't washed them yet, so I can't say how they hold up.

Not so super skinny. These needed to be pulled in at the waist for my daughter. They are nice jeans - much darker than I expected but not super skinny.

my 8 year old is a bigger boned girl so it is hard to find pants that fit good. I have found them at GAP!! these pants are stylish and fit great along with being super cute.I bought the 8 Plus. ... tall - slim girl
My daughter is 11 but tall and slender. Size 12 fits in the waist but is way too short. These 14 super skinny size slim were th perfect find after months of looking.

These are NOT Super Skinny. They''re AWESOME.
I read reviews before my purchase. The dark ones may be skinner. I bought the medium and then came back for another pair. My daughter, 11, IS super skinny at 5' 2 1/2 inches and 90 pounds, but we hate skinny ... cling, make it hard to move and are so tight in the ankle you have to point like a ballerina to get them on or off. She LOVES these ... slim, size 16, they are not too tight and also they aren't baggy. The ankles are more fitted but not hard to get on or off. We bought two other gap ... 16 slim, in the same batch. She thinks they're ok, but she will always wear these first, so I came back for another pair.

No need to order larger just because it says "super skinny."
My daughter is a perfect fit size 5 SLIM in the straight leg and I worried that a 5 SLIM in "super skinny" would be to tight for play. So I ordered her a 5 REGULAR in this style. Daughter is SWIMMING in them. Yes, they do have the adjustable elastic and at the very smallest setting they do fit her waist and stay up, however they are hilariously baggy...like clown pants. I will return them to the store where I can try the 5 slims on her to see if they fit more like they are supposed to. I hate to reduce stars because I ordered without consulting the size chart so I will give 5 stars for quality and cuteness and because the waist is adjustable (something we still prefer).

Great purchase
Good pricing, good fit, cute and quick shipment. Can't beat that! They are slim leg without being super skinny, so work well tucked in boots, or with a flat shoe without making my tall slim daughter look like a peg leg like some of the skinny ... bit long, which is perfect for us, but may be too long for some.

Excellent ... my daughter
I have a tall, slim, almost seven year old daughter, and these ... such a great fit for her they might as well be custom made. I checked out the size chart, grabbed my tape measure, and went ahead and ordered online after measuring her. The 7 slim, super skinny ... have an adjustable waist, but the size chart is was so on the money that I don't think I even had to fiddle with the elastic. My only worry was how the distressed wash would look in person - and that turned out well also. Cool, not over the top fading and distress marks.

Cute ...
Loved the slim look...but I ordered a slim size for my extra tiny daughter and they were SUPER SKINNY just as described! Should have ordered a regular instead of a slim.

Super skinny ... regular gals
These "super skinny" ... fit my daughter well (tight, but comfy). Her solid frame is too big for the Gap embroidered straight leg ... though - go figure. The rise is low, as mentioned by another reviewer. But as she will not be wearing belly bearing tees any time soon, I think it's fine.

Overall great ... but more like a "skinny" not a "super skinny"
I bought these for my very slender daughter and they fit more like a regular ... not a super skinny ... sure. Other Gap super skinnies seem to fit a little better. Overall good basic ... but not the skinniest fit.

Nice ... but different washes have different fits
We bought the 7 slim in faded wash and dark wash for my daughter. They are nice quality and have worn well, but the different washes fit very differently. The dark wash fits like a true super skinny ... but the faded wash is much roomier and more like a regular straight leg ...

Skinny but not super skinny
My 12 year old is a big fan of Abercrombie Super Skinny ... so I was eager to try something similar and of better value. However, these ... did not meet her super skinny standard. I thought they were cute but if you are looking for the kind of ... tight to the skin then you probably have to try these on to make sure they fit the bill. Also, my daughter is thin and she found that these ... had extra material sitting around the crotch area making her look lumpy. Another reason to try these on is that I purchased 3 pairs in different washes all the same size and they did not all fit the same. She's making me take her to the store this time to try them on (I had thought to save time by using the Internet).
