These are really versatile! I have three pairs now (one is grey -- I wish they were still available in this color) because I work out every day and need to have a clean pair ready at all times. I commute by bicycle to work and these capris are perfect for cycling. When I arrive at work I am not shy to walk through the lobby of my office building wearing this workout clothing because the fabric is thick and opaque and offers good compression. But they're not so tight that you can't move freely -- there is complete freedom of movement. In the summertime I sometimes put a skirt on over them for a really cute, sporty look. I love my Gfast capris!!

Great!
I'm 5'11" and these hit me about 2-3 inches below my knee...just where I thought they would. I ordered a large, where I usually get mediums in Gap clothes, because of the tighter fit. They fit perfectly and make my rear end look GREAT! There is also no...shall we say...toe of the camel in the front..sorry to be crass...but there you have it. They are flattering in every way, shape, and form. I love running in them on chilly mornings. I've washed and line dried them a couple times now and so far they're still like new. I do wish they had a hidden pocket like the longer tights do, that's the reason for only 4 stars.

when will they get these right?
i have been trying to like the workout clothing from gap for a while, but, sadly these aren't helping the cause...these were too tight in the leg, and too large in the waist, and also felt like high waisted jeans!! i sent them back, and will continue to search for pants that fit....

Good at first, but...
I loved these as first. Super cute, and extremely flattering to my thighs/hips. I went up a size (bought a small when I'm usually an XS) due to the all over tight fit. Even in a small, they were kind of a pain to put on, but they looked great - no lumps or bumps and not sheer. So good in fact, I bought 2 pairs. I wore them for a 2 hour bootcamp type workout and by the end they were totally stretched out in the waist - I had to keep pulling them up. After washing (same way I wash all myworkout clothes, which hold up nicely and retain their shape) and drying on low, I compared them to the unworn/unwashed pair. The waist was suddenly an inch larger when layed flat (so closer to two inches bigger in total). Totally stretched out after a single wearing and washing? No thanks - these are going back.

My all time favorite
I'm 5'4'' 110lb. Got these in XS Regular and they are perfect. The size is perfect and the length too. I am not very tall but I guess my legs are a bit on a long side because everyone seem to be complaining about these pants being too long. Not in my case. They just go over my shoes and I am not dragging them on the floor when barefoot either. I was so tired of ON yoga pants that run either too short or too big. These GAP pants are just super comfy, very flattering. Initially my husband got me these in black 3 years ago. I am still wearing that pair and they wash really well, hold their shape. I wash them in hot water and toss them in a dryer with my kids' clothes. I've wanted to get a new pair of the same pants for a long time but they are always pretty expensive even on sale. Well, until now. Gap had the grey for [$]after coupons and I got myself 4 pairs to last me long just in case. I love grey ones just as much as the black one. For those of you who are not sure, don't be afraid to order - exchanges are free.

So great!
My daughter is 5'11" tall and has a really hard time finding sport pants that are long enough for her. These were long enough plus a little extra for possible shrinkage in the wash. She hasn't stopped wearing them since I gave them to her! Love it!!!

Nice pants
I bought these pants to workout in and I have not been disappointed. The fabric is comfortable and I appreciate having pants that are long enough for me even though I did have to take the hem up. Some brands or lines of clothing even do not have a tall size and they are too short for me. Thank you for pants that are long enough.

Great lounge pants
I really love these pants. They are super comfy. They are good for lounging around the house or going out for casual activities like grocery shopping or playing sports.

Perfect for on the go days
These pants will be my go to pants especially for travel days or sporting events. Extremely flattering, comfortable, and warm. I've washed them once and have not seen any shrinkage or fading. Can't wait for the next sale so I can stock up! I also got the g dance pants in XS and they have an even slimmer silhouette than these but they are a bit longer since i ordered regular length. I'm 5'2 and 92 pounds and these gflex pants fit perfectly in the ankle length. Awesome pants!!

This pants are awesome! I got them while black friday shopping for my teenage daughter at the GAP! I am a larger women, 5'9" . Tried on the XL long and they fit perfect. Beautiful stretch and wore them to work today (I work in a professional setting) with a long sleeve thin top and a lightweight vest with small heals, and got many compliments on the pants! I was advised my " butt looks real nice" in these pants. (By my female co workers) Will definately purchase another 3 right away, however they are out of stock today :( Great pants...am very happy to have been shopping with my daughter there!

WOO HOO!!!! pants for tall girls
love these ... fabric is nice quality, color is great- you can tell it will hold up to washing. i got the grey ... long. 5'11, long legs. hips at widest are 37.5 inches, which puts me in a small, but the med long fit really well (no long small on clearance). i do wish they were a little lower rise. pet peeve is tall ... super long crotch lengths, maybe they work for women with longer torsos...oh well, can't win them all. but these ... awesome, totally recommend. yea gap!!!!

great for tall women
5'll , usually need a 34 inseam for flats. these worked great. hubby liked the rear view :-) the flare at the bottom is noticable. depending on how tight you want them you could size up. at your size is more compression, a size up is still tight but not as compression......only thing is there is a glitch in the system recently. i ordered the lilac banded black ... but got the black ones. they tried to send me the right ones but i got the all black ones again. as of 9-5-11

Awesome!
These pants are awesome. The fit is great and provides great wicking for that sweat! Keep on making great workout clothes Gap. It would be even better if we had more color choices besides black and gray - I keep coming back for more.

Why did you change these!!?!
I have worn these pants for years. I LOVE them. Just ordered 2 pair for spring yoga classes and the thighs are so tight and tiny I could not get them up and the material is not as stretchy as it used to be. What the heck Gap! I was hoping this was a fluke so I went to the store... nope, they changed them. Even a large would not fit. These are for women with toothpick thighs. Bummer Gap... please bring the old fit back.

Nice styling, but poorly made.
These pants fit well, and the lines are flattering. But after wearing them just a few times, I noticed that the waist seam had pulled apart in back. Luckily I have basic sewing skills, but I would rather not have to mend an item of clothing within weeks of buying it. I don't know if mine are defective, or if this is a general problem with the making of the pants.
