Love these ...
My 9 year old is very picky about her denim but she loves the look of these ... She is a bit big in the tummy so we sized up 2 sizes and she wears them with a belt. The leg is almost more of a straight cut than ... which we both prefer. Better ease of movement but they still look great tucked in to a boot. They are a true cotton demin -- not the cheap polyester blends I keep seeing popping up.

My daughter is between sizes right now. She's prepubsecent and has gotten a little thick around the middle in the last month or so and her regular 12's are too tight. Know that 14's would be way too long, I ordered 12 plus however the 12 plus were HUGE. So I ordered 10 plus and they are perfect. The length is great, the have that ... jean look and easily tuck into boots, and the extra room around the waist accomodates what I expect may be only a temporary weight gain. I ordered several other pairs of pants from Gap in 10 plus for her with the same success as well.

Great purchase
Good pricing, good fit, cute and quick shipment. Can't beat that! They are slim leg without being super ... so work well tucked in boots, or with a flat shoe without making my tall slim daughter look like a peg leg like some of the ... bit long, which is perfect for us, but may be too long for some.

Nice ... but different washes have different fits
We bought the 7 slim in faded wash and dark wash for my daughter. They are nice quality and have worn well, but the different washes fit very differently. The dark wash fits like a true super ... jean, but the faded wash is much roomier and more like a regular straight leg jean.

Overall great ... but more like a ... not a "super ...
I bought these for my very slender daughter and they fit more like a regular jean, not a super ... jean for sure. Other Gap super skinnies seem to fit a little better. Overall good basic jean but not the skinniest fit.

Super ... regular gals
These "super ... fit my daughter well (tight, but comfy). Her solid frame is too big for the Gap embroidered straight leg ... though - go figure. The rise is low, as mentioned by another reviewer. But as she will not be wearing belly bearing tees any time soon, I think it's fine.

Loved the slim look...but I ordered a slim size for my extra tiny daughter and they were SUPER ... just as described! Should have ordered a regular instead of a slim.

Gap needs to rethink plus sizing for girls
My daughter is not really heavy, but she's short and average build. I was hoping the 7 plus would give just a little more in the waist and hips, but be about the length she needed. Instead, as another reviewer stated, the waist was WAY TOO BIG. I called Gap and asked what the equivalent "normal" waist size would be for a 7 p;us, it measures 26.5 inches - about what a size 12-14 would be! That's excessive. A normal size 7 has a 23 inch waist and an 8 has a 23.5 inch waist, supposedly. I WISH Gap would consider having a 7 plus fit more like a 10 with a shorter inseam, OR consider sizing their girls ... waist and inseam (short, regular, tall), OR do a plus sizing that isn't so dramatic, and maybe a double plus sizing for those who really need that much extra room and a shorter inseam. Sadly, the only remaining choice is to by jean that are too long but fit otherwise and cut off the bottom. Don't mind this on some styles, but in others, it totally changes the fit/look of the jean. There have to be more of us out there who need more choices in sizes and lengths of ...

Good skinnies for your thin ... girls
My 11yo daughter has become extremely particular about her ... These passed her test. She likes the black wash, and they are tight enough for her, but she can still bend her knees. She needs a 12 in length but a 10 in the waist, so I appreciate that they still offer the elastic waist "pulls" to adjust.

great jean for petite women!
i purchased these ... after reading about them online. they are perfect for short and thin women. i am 5'3, 100lbs and fit the size 12 perfectly, much more so than some of the expensive designer brands. they seem durable and have just the right amount of stretch to be really comfortable, but still look like and feel like ... have not washed them, so i dont know if they will shrink or start to stretch out. my only complaint is that i ordered these ... 3 different colors and the lengths were in consistent between the three. i returned two of them because one was too long and fell below my foot, and the other was too short and barely reached my ankle. if you are picky about length, you may want to consider trying several pairs of the same size to find the perfect pair for you!

Perfect Skinny Jeans
I bought these jeans in size 14 Plus. I am a 5'1, 95 lb mid 20's woman and it has been so difficult to find jeans that actually fit length wise as well as flatter my ... These skinny jeans are my holy grail! I really wish that they made more colors with this style and fit. The jeans are comfortable and not too skinny but very flattering to someone who is not stick skinny. The length is perfect and I couldn't ask for more! I tried some other "super skinny" jeans in a Gap store but they were baggy and not skinny at all. Glad I found these and hopefully Gap makes more similar to these in different colors!

Best ... super skinny girls!!
Only Gap can get the super skinny jean right. Till now my poor girl had to wear baggy horrible pants.. These are the only ones that fit a truly skinny girl and look fashion smart too. Keep them coming and we love the dark color. Kudos Gap!!!

Love them!
These are just like the women's 1969 skinny jeans in terms of quality and fit. I bought the size 14R (I'm 5'1", 98 lbs, 24" waist, 33" hips, 27" inseam). I've owned a pair of 1969 women's skinny jeans in 00P since they first hit the shelves, but this kids pair fits much better. The women's pair fits well in every way except inseam (much too long; wear cuffed) when it comes out of the dryer but as the day goes on they become a little too loose in the waist and baggy in the ... so that they fit more like a straight leg. Sometimes kids sizing and styles just do not work for an adult, but these are stylish, comfy, and best of all fit right out of the package. I may have to hem the bottom, though, if they don't shrink a bit in the wash. These actually fit so good as is, I'm a little afraid that if I wash them they will shrink and be too tight. Love that 1969 has a kids line! I'm eying the kids ponte pant now, and hope Gap will come out with a "fitted" straight leg or just skinny (not super skinny) that is between their current super skinny and their current straight leg (which looks way too baggy, more like a boyfriend jean cut).

true skinny ...
I love these ... because they truly are "skinny" ... my daughter. These ... have the adjustable waist (unlike the ... must have for my petite daughter. She is 7, and the size 6 fits her perfectly. So cute!

Perfect ... school
My daughter has been wearing these over the last 2 years. She is a skinny 5 year old (41 lbs) and I got her the size 6 because she likes to wear things a bit big. Because of the super skinny leg, they don't look too baggy on her. They have enough stretch that she can run around and still be comfortable. She's picky about the comfort of her clothes, so if she likes something, we stick with it.

lovely ... like the color and the fit. Loose fit for my 5-year old girl so that she can wear it in more slim fit next year.

Great for Petites!
I am 13 and extremly petite, I way about 65 pounds! And these ... fit so well!!!! I wore them about 5 times, and I had no problems, however the waist is a little loose for me, and I bought my regular size 12, but if you use the adjustment they are fine! I usually buy abercrombie skinny ... but these ones are so cute I just had to buy them! I like how its real denim not blue dye like Abercrombie puts on their ... wouldnt call these supper skinny, because they aren't really glued to my leg, I would probably call them skinny instead. Overall I love them! Great Quality

Closest to true skinny jean
These run closest to a true skinny jean for my daughter. She is really thin (I'm talking 0 percentile here) but the slims actually look like skinny jeans on her. I had problems finding skinny jeans for her that didn't run baggy, even in some of Gap's other washes for super skinny (grey and purple). These were best. Waist was still a little roomy. Recommended for anyone with a thin kid looking for a true skinny fit.
