Great nursing shirt!
I am between a Medium and a Large. I went with Large since I didn't want anything tight fitting on my post pregnancy belly. I am SUPER happy with this purchase. I think a Medium would have fit me (size 4 prepregnancy and now about an 8 in Gap clothes as I'm losing the weight), however the Large makes it more of a casual tee and less clingy. It's comfy and soft. I love the convenience of nursing access. Sometimes, I feel like the shirt is too low cut, so I put a Medela Comfort Nursing bra underneath - it is a high cut bra and looks like a cami underneath this shirt.

My favorite nursing shirt
This shirt is my favorite nursing shirt. The Crossover T gives you constant belly coverage and allows "stealthy" access for nursing. Just under the crossover it gives you a sneaky place to pull the fabric apart in order to nurse without just yanking down the V neck like some other nursing tops I ordered. I have nursed everywhere and never felt like I had to be half naked to do so. I would order a size larger than you think you need (and this from someone who wears a size A cup and is 5ft tall). It has been my most comfortable shirt with postpartum belly because of the cut. I have recommended it to 3 other new moms I know and all of them ordered more once they had one. (All this from someone who thought she would always prefer the shirt inside-a shirt style of nursing tops due to belly coverage and not liking to yank the neckline down to nurse. Once I had this shirt it took the cake!) I do wear it with a nursing tank underneath but that's mostly because I live somewhere that's cold right now and I like the extra layer.

My Favorite Nursing Shirt
I like these shirts, the fabric is soft and washes very well. I am fairly large in the chest, size 36F before pregnancy but I have had no problem fitting into these shirts. I ordered mediums and they cover me well although the fit(on me) is a little different than the picture. I like to keep myself covered up so it shows a little more than I would like but what shirt, other than a crewneck, doesn't when you are that large on top? But I do not spill out of this shirt and I can wear it out without having "my goods" on display. It may be long for some people but I like the length. It is a little harder to maneuver the layers to nurse vs. their older design but not by much and I think I like the new design better.

Works for third trimester too
I ordered this top mid way thru my third trimester and have been able to wear it while pregnant. I normally buy a small but my breasts have gone from a B to a small D (so far) and I have a long torso plus my new belly and I found that a medium has fit fine. The top does cross a little low (like most nursing tops) so if you are modest about your cleavage you may want to add a tank top. The fabric is thicker than other nusing tops I have ordered from Gap but I have been able to wear it comfortably during the summer. I have washed the top twice and air dryed it and have noticed no shrinkage or pilling thus far.

Very fitted
This top is well proportioned but very fitted in the bodice. I wore it once and felt very self conscious about the fit. The crossover chest wasn't too low - which a plus, because I'm a little on petite side and they usually go way past my cleavage. Also - as a new nursing mother, I shouldn't have bought this in light pink. It shows every drop of wetness and food stains (your or babies!) I might wear this under other tops/sweaters, but not by itself.

These shirts are see thru
On the website they look just like the "gathered crossover nursing t" but the fabric is totally different. You couldn't wear this out of the house without something underneath, which defeats the purpose, and the stomach is oddly tight compared to the rest of the shirt, which no new mom needs. Definitely not worth the price - it's already on its way back.
