I really like these ...
I'm a big guy, and i always figured the skinny jean would look quit akward for my body type. I usually wear a 42 waist everywhere I go, no matter the store. I don't like the loose style because it's a little sloppy in my opinion. I really like the fit of the jean. The ... slim, but the leg from the knee down is straight, which makes these ... look less girly. I usually cuff my ... ankle for that cropped look and slap on my penny loafers and call it a day. The waist is a little loose, but I can live with that, just in case I want to have a hardy meal. The ... definitely darker than the images on the website; if you can scroll down on the page and look at the video of the ... they look like those. I usually like the dark wash... these have a little too much whiskering onthe jean for my usual preference, but I can live with that as well. All in all, these ... great for many shapes and sizes. I'm going to order the Selvage Skinnies next.

Every few years Gap puts out the perfect item for ... crewneck, hoodie, its been ... lots. This year its these skinny ... top to bottom these fit how they should, look how they should and move how they should. The whiskering is perfect, the weight of the denim is great... These are the new everyman jean, for better or worse. Theyve been on the website for about a year now but the new run is labelled as Holiday 2010, which is very nice because it leads me to beleive the fit has been redone slightly since its first run. I tried them on back then and I can say that they have been altered slightly. The images on the site are also inaccurate, but like its been said before, if you view the video of the ... correct image. If you can try these on in store, the deal will be sealed.

These ... were pretty much as advertised. They are rather tight in the leg, and I liked the rise. They are low, without being too low. A nice jean for casual were. The fabric is fairly thin for ...

Great for a big man with skinny legs
My husband is a 44 waist with a 30 inseam and VERY skinny legs. All other ... have a mass of excess fabric in the butt and back of the legs, making him look very short and much larger than he is. These are the best ... we have ever found. They fit perfect in the waist (we had to order a size smaller 42 because that is the way Gap ... without all of that extra fabric in the legs. He looks GREAT in these. They are very slimming and look tailored to fit. If you are a large man with no butt and skinny legs BUY these ... After ordering two pair of skinny ... we have ordered two more pair. I have searched the web for other brands that carry a big man's skinny jean and have not found a one. Maybe a small nich market - but one that he fits into.

Perfect fit!
These are a great pair of ... if you want to look modern without looking like an emo kid. The ... slim enough to be current, but not too skinny that you can't breathe. The wash is a solid indigo color and the dye rubs off where the jean naturally creases or folds--it's a nice touch giving it a worn look. The color is slightly darker than the image presented online. I have gotten several compliments from ... bars and my rear has never looked better. If you have an athletic build like me, you can rock these ... These are my third pair, and I hope Gap continues to make them in different colors.

Finally a jean that fits!
I'm athletic, 6'3" 245lbs and everywhere I shop for ... they always seem to be too short until I tried these. I have big muscular thighs and these "skinny" ... weren't too tight at all. They fit true to size and like a pair of quality ... SHOULD fit like. The "baggy" look it out and the more "fitted" look is in. Thanks GAP. My only recommendation would be to carry taller sizes in the stores.

Good ... better service
I'm happy with the ... but more satisfied with the service at the Tysons Corner mall GAP. Your assistants helped me find the right size and when they didn't have the wash I wanted they put me on the phone with your online staff who found my ... facilitated the sale (w/store discount and no shipping charges). Couldn't be happier.

Not bad, but not for me
Base on the pictures and the description, I was expecting these ... somwhere between a true skinny jean and a straight leg. Wrong. They are quite skinny. That's not a bad thing, but it wasn't what I was going for. The straight leg Gap ... fit ended up being more what I wanted. As far as the quality goes, they seemed fine.

Not Really Skinny...
Thigh and calf are almost slim enough, but the lower leg/cuff area is quite loose and almost seems to flare out a bit. If you're looking for a true skinny/slim jean , go with the Extra Skinny versions, which are like other store's standard skinny/slim ...
