Great tee
This tee is ideal for undershirts for your polos. Often times you get tees that are too loose under a polo and end up moving all over the placer making you look sloppy. This polo (if purchased at your right size) will look put together when wearing a polo over it. When purchasing this tee..make sure you know the purpose and how you like your tees to ... relation with the rest of your overall look. If you want a perfect tee that sits unmoved underneath a polo, then get your exact ... size. I'm 6-1/225lbs I normally get a 3XL when ordering graphic tees..maybe a 2XL if they run big but when going with an undershirt I go a size smaller so it's usually XL or 2XL depending on the company ... guide. In this case I order a 2XL from Gap because they run smaller on all of their ... shirts, etc. It's not a tight ... it's just a ... doesn't compromise comfort when wearing a polo over it. This is a greatt tee for that.

Love It.
Why is everyone giving these t's a bad review?Sure it's thinner and a little more ... but who wants a big oversized thick and heavy t shirt? I love mine and will order more colors.

About my favorite T Shirt ~ Great ... works one size smaller
I'm almost embarrassed to say I wear this Gap T Shirt about as much as anything these days. Night out? Yep. Dinner downtown? Apparently so. The colored versions like the dark charcoal dress up or down with some slim ... cords and loafers. Wear under a V Neck or blazer. The fabric is not too thick, like a Hanes Beefy T, closer to the American Apparel style, which is far preferable. They are 100% cotton with some slight stretch and made well. I'm 6'3 and 195lb and can wear a LG and even go one size down to a Medium. Basically ... size, though but if wanting to go just a hair smaller, these work well. I have this shirt in Black, White, and Dark Gray and recommend them all. Of note, I would take care to only ... COLD TAP and avoid stretching out the neck, which can get too big if not careful. Of the big name stores, Gap makes about the best T in my view.

Love the color
I bought this for my husband. It's not quite red and not quite orange in color. He loves it and I love it. Size is good, bought a large He's 5' 9" and 195, (military works out everyday so big shoulders, chest and arms). The Gap tees work well for him b/c there not super tight on his chest and arms, so he doesn't look like he's wearing a shirt that is too small.Washes well and doesn't shrink.

Son Enjoying the T''s
My son is 6'5" and hard to buy tshirts for. When I learned these were Tall and soft, that ... bill for what he wanted. He's very pleased with the t shirts.

Getting lighter...
I purchased the similar product 2 years ago, and it was the very best. I hoped these would be the same so I ordered 5. The big difference is the weight has gone way down and the shirt while nice is just too thin. 100% cotton wears down and these will never make the same impression as the last ones. It would be nice if you made the same shirt in an ounce or two heavier. Otherwise feels good...

Too Small Shirts
Shirts were perfect out of the Box. Nice ... material was great but after ... they shrunk up big time. They are useless now. XL is really L. They should toss a warning about possible shrinkage.

Protect your neck
Like the cut, like the thin fabric, not feeling the neck is to big. It is a nice T shirt ,The new crewneck but not perfect, alot closer that before, keep trying don't get discouraged GAP you will get it right someday.

Pitiful, and obviously much lesser quality for the same price. The Perfect crewneck was perfect, why replace it? The new crewneck is flimsy and attracts and retains all lint. The neck is also too big. I have been wearing a Perfect T under my shirts daily and desperately need more!!! Will never buy this again, and I cannot imagine it will hold up in the ... all.

these shirts are falsly labled tall, i ordered a 2xl tall and the shirt ... like it was a medium, even if the size was right it was not any where near a tall.

I''m a girl & I love these ... (:
My boyfriend has a bunch of these ... various colors & they look very nice on him. This past weekend, I slept over at his place & needed to run some errands the next day, so I borrow one of his GAP v necks. OMG it felt so nice on me...SOOO SOFT. I think he wears a medium so it was big on me, but I tucked in the front a little & rolled up the sleeves. Since I loved this ... so much & my boyfriend refuses to let me steal it from him, I went out & bought my own!

It is a nice V
I'm 6'8" tall 210lbs. I generally wear tall sizes, but with a lot of the gap clothing like T's or short sleeve button downs, I generally stick with the regular sizing (unless I plan on tucking it in). I love the Essential V. I purchased a couple a while ago and just picked up some more. They hold their shape really well and retain their color after several ... (if cared for properly).

Very comfortable ... my husband is 6'3" about 200 pounds and the Large Tall ... him perfectly.

Finally! The perfect V neck Tee
I never write reviews for clothing. In fact, this is my first one because these ... perfect. Before buying ... had bought a LOT of different v necks from different stores, and I was still searching for a great tee. I wanted a nice ... am tall, so some mediums would be too short, but large would be too wide. ... me pefectly. I also didn't want too deep of a v neck. Many others I've tried are too deep. Also, some that I've tried the neck is too wide. ... again, are perfect. Lastly, many that I've tried, the fabric is too thin, and they don't hold up well after ... great. I will be buying every color!

Works for just "tall" guys after a ...
My boyfriend is very lean and tall. His torso is quite long, which makes it difficult to buy clothes that ... him length wise and aren't too wide. I ordered his regular size, M, and it ... little loosely on him (I didn't pay attention to it being not only "tall" but a "BIG and tall" ... but he could get away with it being an everyday shirt. But after ... shrinks to a more ... nicer ... material also feels much softer. So I recommend tall, lean guys to try it out and judge it after ... say the same thing for the big and tall V neck.

Even if I feel is a little bit big to me I love this ... really love it. I am a small person so I will try with the XS but is a great value for the price!

The White T is great but....
I order these tees all the time, and generally I love them. I am tall and Gap/BR are my go to for fashionable tall tize clothing. There is one strange thing about these tees though, the white ones are a great, solid, smooth material and hold their shape on the arms. The colored ones (especially the black) are thin, flimsy, loose in the arms and feel like a different material. I even put them on a digital scale and the sure enough, the white ones weigh more than the black!! I will still continue to buy them but I find the difference frustrating.

Not so great...
Ladies, if you are shopping for your Big and Tall man...(emphasis on Big) than these shirts are probably a miss. My boyfriend wears them as undershirts due to the thin material. This is a great look but I have found that the shirts don't truly hold up to my guys level of wear and tear. Holes have appeared in various parts of the torso area and seams have unraveled after only a few weeks. Then again I would never pay full price for this item, I've only purchased them on sale. And one other thing: if you have a larger midsection I would definitely, definitely opt for the Tall. I got my guy the 3x but realized afterwards that I would have preferred the 3xT to ensure that shrinkage would not prevent these from being wearable as a top shirt. They shrunk considerably length wise but at least they still accommodate my guys massive shoulders. I will say that he does get a lot of use out of them as undershirts though. The colors are nice and the material is soft. Just don't expect amazing quality.

Tighter than I hoped for
I couldn't pass up these ... saw them on sale. With the additional discount I received, the ... came out to [$]each, a superb deal. The shipping was free (always a bonus) and quick, less than 4 days. I opened the package and two of colors were not what I expected and didn't match the web page but I decided to keep them. The ... little snug but I'll wear them uder other ... so no real big deal. Overall, good ...

American Apparel eat your heart out!
I just bought 7 of these badboys to replace my American Apparel v neck collection! I am 6 foot 1 and weigh 165lbs. In AA, i was wearing a size XL because their Large size was too tight and too short. Now that gap has this "deep" version- even though its only like a regular v neck version of the AA shirts, it comes in Large Tall; which is the PERFECT ... am glad these aren't as deep as the AA's Deep version... Because those are just over the deep end.

Excellent ...
I am a 6'5" tall man with a 42" athletic chest. I prefer the ... shirt style and these are the prefect deep v neck t shirts for me. The Large Tall ... me like I was measured at the tailor. The fabric is not as thick as the Old Navy v neck t shirts. If you like a loose ... could order one or two sizes higher than your usual. I love these and they will forever be my number 1 destination for deep v neck t shirt.

I have a difficult time finding shirts for my husband. He is 6'4" 180 lbs and likes ... clothes. The medium tall size ... perfect!

bought these for my tall, skinny son. he loves them. has always worn shirts wide due to his height (6' 6") and being so thin. found these. got him medium talls, and he is thrilled. he likes the deeper v also.

Everyday T shirt
Finding ... tall T shirts in a store is next to impossible. Ordering online is the only way. The knit material on these T shirts is lightweight, almost feather weight or underwear weight. The older Gap T shirts we own are made from a more durable knit, but this light knit is great for hot summer weather. I will buy more.

Perfect Shirt for long, lean and lanky guys!
My guy is 6' 3" and weighs 190 lbs. Needless to say he need to buy Tall sizes but often the shirts are baggy and puffy. This shirt ... him like a glove. Stays tucked in and looks great untucked too. He looks hot!

Great shirt!
I wore it to work at the bar where I work and got lots of compliments. It's long enough so that when I have to reach for something on a high shelf, it stays tucked in. It also stretches slightly and the sleeves are the perfect length. I like that it's ... really like the tall sizes that GAP offers.

GREAT SHIRTS EXCEPT FOR ONE!
So I bought all the nice colors which are sportscar blue, blue river, optic white, true black, new vineyard, and fossil blue. They are all nice colors, but it looks like FOSSIL BLUE is ladies choice. I tested both from the gap lady on the phone and a friend of mine. Fossil blue seemed to be their favorite and it's true. When I wear it, I can see women's eyes land on me and I just smile when they do and they smile back lol. They are all nice. I will say one thing is that the blue river shirt is very nice, BUT the collar and the sleeve wrist are big. The length is fine, but the collar and the sleeve opening is about and inch too big. I can easily slide my hand in and out VERY easily from the sleeve because the opening is so loose. I don't really like that. I still keep the shirt because I love the color and generally it ... okay, I just wish it ... like the other shirts. One more thing I will say about the sportscar blue. I just got it today and it does not look like the picture. It's not really that bright of a purplish color. It's much darker. It's looks like dark blue and dark purple mixed together. They would look okay with dark ... So these are very nice comfortable shirts except for that blue river one. It's ... just the openings ran big so i can't tell you to go a size down because if you do, it might make the openings smaller but it will shorten the length of the shirt and your wrists will show threw and it will look too tight. So it's not the ... just the odd collar and wrists. Well, I hope I was able to help. :)

Gap shirts do it again! ! !
These shirts are great. Gap gives you all the colors, that you can't find anywhere. Once again, pay attention to you size. I wear a large tall, Xl tall in slim, 2xl in xslim.

Nice but too long
I'm 6' 3" tall with a long torso. I've been buying gap XLT slim ... stuff for some time now with decent success. This shirt was by far the longest XLT I've purchased.. Since I intended to wear it untucked, the extra length was a big problem. I ended up returning it at a gap store.

Very Slim!
I had ordered this as a gift for my husband to go with the tailored pants. He wears a Medium and usually has no trouble. The torso of this shirt ... AWESOME. However, the arms were a bit too slim and thus, we could not keep it. My husband isn't huge, but he does work out on a consistent basis. I was bummed that our local store did not carry the true indigo and we ended up just returning it rather than sizing up. My husband didn't seem to mind as much as I did. I think he liked the idea that he had to return a shirt because his muscles were too big. Figures.

Finally, ...
Finally found a pair of ... my husband. He feels comfortable in them and they look great on him. Usually they are too big in the legs and "rear". We hit the size and length on the nose..... He's happy that I am not complaining, "those ... too baggy."

Great costumer service
I originally bought my husband a size 36,but they were too big. He used to be a 34 but gained some weight. I we t back to the store to get a 35 but they only had them in short lengths. The salesgirl, ever so helpful told me I could get the longer length online. She didn't stop there, she called the online store and handed me the phone to order the exact size I needed, as well as refunded me for the wrong size I purchased. Five days later the 35 ... arrived and they ... my husband perfectly. He says they are comfortable and he looks hot in them.

Perfect for a tall man with taste!
I buy these for my husband, I order 2 at at a time since these are the only ... he loves! They last forever, very high quality. My husband is 6'6 and struggles to find a slim ... "tall" ... most big and tall are so baggy they look tacky. These are great all around! I hope Gap never discontinues these or I think we might be screwed, ha ha!

I do love the ... but the waist runs too big. I need to get a new one. I wear 30 waist, but these ... bit bigger than the other straight ... Anyway, overall is great.

A little big
I have several pairs of the new Straight ... different ... sizing has been very consistent. This particular ... however is much looser around the waist and slightly larger overall than my other pairs. I did notice that this ... manufactured in Guatemala and my others were made in China, this clearly accounts for the variance in size. I tumbled them dry thoroughly and this helped shrink them a little, but I suggest you try them out in a store before ordering online. You might want to consider going one size down. Otherwise this is a great looking ... fabric is very substantial.

... tall thin teen
I have a teenager that is 6'2" and very thin. We can't find him ... pants anywhere but here. These last pretty well compared to one other brand we could find. They look nice and they come in 29" x 34" which is so hard to find. If you have a husky son, there are a lot of options. But if your child is tall and thin, there are fewer options!

Looooong
I agree with most that these reviews, that these pants run very big. Usually I'll order my Gap ... long so I can ... them ONCE and get the perfect ... (im between a 32L and 34L) But these suckers are way to long. I'm walking on them all day. The color and everything else is spot on. Nice dark denim.

Too big in everything, this is the third time I buy ... online at gap and by far the worst.

Definitely satisfied
Although they ... little bigger than what I had expected, overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. They're a nice looking pair of ... boot cut is good for my tall/slender body type. Like I said, they ... little big on the waist and in the leg...and they're a little long. But as a tall person, I'd much rather have the ... too big than too small. Good buy.

So close to being so much more
I really love this ... material and ... great. Unfortunately the waist crotch, rear and leg were a little too big.I even sized down to a 31x32 ( I wear 32x32 in Levi's 527). I'm 6 feet tall and athletic/lean at 170 pounds. Maybe I'm just too lean for a regular ... If you're not in shape ... might be perfect though.

Disappointed
On the plus side... they had ... my TALL, LANKY son - very hard to find... and they ... him like a glove... down side - only had one style... so he has 4 identical pair of ... others their ... were way too baggy and not flattering. They took them back to the store to exchange with their gift receipt, which did not list the price I paid. The sales person (both times said they had to give the lowest price (which was WAY less than what I paid) ON A CARD. When they said, they would just keep them, since they were getting less... they were told TOO LATE, it had already been rung up, and they took their pants. One son made out okay, since they were having a sale, he was able to get another pair of pants. The other one, not so lucky. I don't plan on buying on line any time soon!

This ... runs larger?
We had previously purchased the darker ... my husband and he LOVED them. They ... so well and he's such a hard to ... guy (very tall and thin). So we thought why not get them in other colors. Well, the medium ... arrived and the waist was easily 1-2" bigger as was the entire ... waist down. Very disappointed and had to return them.

not true to size
i've ordered several pairs of ... but i've had to return all of them because they've all been at least a size too big. i'm a 28/32, but the waist on ... 28 is more like a 29 or a 30, which means they end up too loose in the seat and leg too. i had hoped the inconsistency in sizes that gap is notorious for would work to my benefit, and i would eventually end up with a pair that wasn't too loose or too snug. that didn't work out well; they all ... too loose. if they would make ... true to size, like they've started doing with their t ... then i'd buy a couple pairs to kick around in until they bring back the old bootcut ... which i'm still pining for.

My husband tried on reg length at mall gap. And we went home and ordered same size in tall 36*36. they're perfect. my husband is 6'4 and they are plenty long.

So happy to find them long enough
Got these for my teenage son who is very skinny and tall. He has been wearing another brand in bootcut 28 or 29W and 32 L, but they're getting short (but unfortunately, not much tighter in the waist.) That brand requires you to go up to a 30W to get longer than a 32L. Happily, Gap has 29W 34L in bootcut, so these ... him well and are plenty long enough. He loves the Dark Star Indigo ... quality is what you expect from Gap and I'm sure they'll hold up well.

Great Jeans - PERIOD
These jeans look and feel great. I'm 6'8" tall and the 36" inseam ... perfectly on me. ***My only complaint is that I wish GAP would come up with a better measuring system. I find a lot of inconsistencies in waist and inseam. As a tall guy that does a lot of online shopping, it would be nice to have a pretty good idea about ... without having to buy multiple pairs of pants and returning the ones that do not ...

Big Improvement
Gap finally got their jeans back to the way they used to be... for the cut at least. I started buying their jeans back in '05. I'm vertically challenged so to find a 30/28 is next to impossible. But then something bad happened... their jean cuts were going downhill fast. It was so bad that in '09 when I bought a pair I put the jeans on and the ... sucked! I took a tape measure and found that the real cut was 31/31 when in fact I ordered 30/28. Anyway, I ordered this boot cut jeans a few months ago based on the reviews which were generally positive. Well, the cut is back to '05. It's excellent. However, I did give this 4 stars for a reason. The indigo blue is ok but I would prefer a darker color (they used to have an authentic vintage). But my biggest beef is with the lines/creases/whiskers that are all over these jeans. I hate them. They're so fake and contrived. You can't even iron them out! I would rather achieve the real deal through regular wear and tear. If they could get rid of these 'lines' I would give five stars. And if you really want to bring '05 happiness back, put the cloth hooks back on the inside of the jeans so I can have the jeans hang dry from them after I ... them. Gap should know what I'm talking about and anybody who's bought their jeans back then. Anyway, thanks for bringing quality back.

Confusing
My son is very hard to find jeans for. He is very tall and thin and this was one of the few places we could find this size. The jeans took quite a while to arrive but when they did we got a surprise. The indigo ... jeans ... perfectly. We also ordered the exact same jeans in the black ... they are HUGE on him. How could the same jeans ... so differently? I now have to reorder jeans and return one of the 2 pairs we ordered. I don't like the inconsistency.

Nice ...
Bought 4 pairs of these jeans for my 14 yr old son. He is very thin with a 27" waist, and about 5'11" tall. It is difficult to find jeans to really ... him well. The waist is still a little big - but workable. I suggested a belt, but he does not use one - and they aren't falling down on him! :) As far as quality, it depends on the color you choose. We initially tried the blue black ... knee split open 2 weeks after we purchased them - and that was with regular wear, no harsh activity or crawling on the floor. All 4 pair he uses now are indigo ... which seems to be a better quality (a little heavier) jean.

Nice mens jeans
Both my husband (49) and son (17) have these jeans. The ... fabulous on both. We are so happy to find a dark denim that isn't a skinny ... overly distressed. (Neither work within our classic Southern style.) My husband's only complaint is in the distressing. Though it's only minor, he feels like it's a bit overdone. Wish GAP would go back to it's roots and offer traditional khakis and dark ... undistressed jeans. There is a market out there!

Dissapointing Quality!
This will be my 3rd pair of jeans to return for the same issue. I previously bought 2 pairs of the 38x36 bootcut 1969 jeans on 1-16-13 only to return both pairs due to the button falling out on the fly. These jeans are actually a size too big for me as ideally I would wear a 37x36. Upon putting my pant on the buttons simply came out of their hole before I put tension on them! Same thing happend on 1 of the 2 replacement pair of jeans on the first ... didn't even get a chance to wear them!! My previous pairs of the same style/size i have had for more than 2 years are hold up still (though they are ratty looking)!!!

Great jeans
The Gap Standard ... jeans have become my favorite jean. Previously I always bought Levis jeans but when Gap came out with the Authentic ... jeans a year or so ago I bought a pair. I liked them so much that I switched to Gap for my jeans instead of Levis. When the Authentic ... jeans were discontinued I bought a pair of the Standard ... jeans. I liked them so much that I bought additional pairs. They ... well and look good. The legs are straight cut, not too tight or baggie. I'm tall and slender and find that these ... compliment any type shirt that I wear from pressed, casual, polo or t shirts. These ... can be worn casually or with a sport jacket.

These ... very well! They are made with quality materials and are well tailored to my tall frame. I would recommend these to everyone!

Strange sizing...
I've ordered these jeans for my husband. Actually these are first Gap jeans I've ordered for him. His parameters are 5'6'' - so rather short than tall. I measured his old jeans to check the size and my calculations shown 29/30. Then I've checked feedbacks and noticed that many of them state that length is not true, so I ordered 29/32. Glad I ordered longer ones - they are of desired length, so 30 would have been too short for sure. At the same time waist 29 is too loose - more like 30 or even 31, same I can say about thign - they are very loose. Belt can fix loose waist and thign are not very critical, but overall I expected better ... Also shade of blue is much darker than in picture and fading is hardly noticable.

Time to move on :-(
Two weeks ago, I purchased a pair of 1969 Standard ... jeans from my local store. I have been wearing these jeans for many years and was always happy with the overall ... comfort…despite a few changes over the years. After purchasing the new jeans, I noticed that the denim was much thinner than my older jeans, but I was still happy with the overall ... store only had one pair in my size, so I ordered three more pairs online. Big mistake! According to the label on the inner front pocket, the store bought jeans were made in China, but the online jeans were made in Vietnam. As it turned out, the Vietnamese jeans were completely different (i.e. size, ... color, stitching, everything). I am extremely disappointed! I am tall and slender and it’s not easy to find jeans that ... well. So, when I find a perfect pair, I stay loyal to the brand. Not anymore. Goodbye Gap.

I ordered these for my boyfriend. He is a big guy, 6'3" and big built, and he loves them. The color is nice so they can be worn with a nice sweater or button down. Also, the length is perfect for his height. I would recommend these for all the big teddy bears out there. :)

Perfect ...
It is very difficult to find ... my tall and very lean body (29 x34) - I often resort to bespoke ... These however ... comfortably, were long enough and the quality was good. I liked the dark ... black shirt.

I really like these ... hesitant to buy a new pair of Standards, because I love my old one's so much and these looked so different. But, they are just as comfortable and already feel broken in. The ... pretty dark, but dresses up nearly any outfit I match them in. Only complaint are the pocket designs- if I could change anything I would get rid of them. But, they're subtle enough that it's not that big of a deal. Great ... nice comfort, everything I expected!

Have several pairs of these ... various degrees of fading. Dark for work, light for weekends. I like them since the length is longer than most 34" so i dont have to buy "tall" 36". When i do they tend to be too long. I also bought a size smaller in the waist, The rise in the front is good but in the back it is about 1/2" to 1" to high. This looks and feels odd. I have tried low rise, but they are not for me .In my opiinion, if the rear rise of the standard ... modified, the ... would go from good to great!

Horrible! Sizing of 1969 ... has been inconsistent.
I purchased a standard pair for my boyfriend last year. Given that they have worn well and have managed to stand the test of time, I purchased another standard pair in the same size. I ... them and he wore them one day, only to discover that they were a complete disaster! By the end of the day, the ... looked aweful!Way too big and he was uncomfortable all day long. I will address this issue with The Gap.

Great ... I'm a big guy and they ... perfect.

6 foot 1 inch, 33x34, these are the only ...
I hate buying ... If I find a pair I like, I'll wear them for a year and then go back to buy more and they won't ... same. That doesn't happen with Gap ... I've also found that since I'm size 33x34, that many brands aren't really 34 and they end up too short. Again, with Gap that's not a problem. I'm avoided Gap in the past because of the cost, but since I know they are the only ... me right I just watch the online sales until a good one comes along (30% off!). Right now I have 5 pairs of these ... my drawer. The only negative thing I have to say about them is that they are not durable in the pocket seams, they can tear easier than other brands (however, I'm pretty rough on things). It's not a big enough issue to avoid buying them though. If I want massive durability for a task at hand I'll throw on a pair of Carharts.

Bad sizing made right
I previously owned two pairs of these ... wore every day. When they finally wore out (one pair about a month before the other), I went online to purchase the same ... same size (I have to buy online because I wear 29W28L, not typically available in the store). When they arrived at home, I put on a pair and they were much too big. I tried the other pair and they were similarly too large. I laid them down on the bed on top of my old pair and they were clearly at least an inch too big in the waist and at least an inch too long. Clearly, they cut incorrectly or from the wrong guide. Bummer! So I took them into the store (#06806) at West Town Mall in Knoxville, TN. Susan S. found another pair of 29W28L from an internet return that ... great (luck!). Then she spent about half an hour helping me to evaluate other sizes and ... which I haven't done in a few years. I ended grabbing a nice pair of cords as well. The expertise and customer service effort of the staff, especially Susan S., is why I continue to buy Gap ... year after year.

Perfect ...
I am big guy and finding ... perfect is hard sontimes. Thesese ... perfect I buy gap ... all the time now havent been disappointed yet.

These ... really have a terrific ... overall, once you figure out the size that's right for you. As with a lot of GAP pants, the sizes tend to run large (I wore 30w for ever, and now 29 is often too big... and I weigh at least 5 more pounds). I think these are a terrific antedote to all of the baggy, over sized ... currently out there, but still look well cut and modern. Definitely not "old guy" ... My 21 yr old son loves them. If you don't have much in the butt end, however, these pants may hang a bit.

I don't know what it is about the 1969 Standard Vintage ... version of these ... 34W x 36L were too big and the 33W x 36L ... just fine. Maybe just a hair long, but I expected that. The resin and ... versions 34W x 36L ... just fine. Weird. With all that in mind, these ... look great. These are the best ... have found in a long time.

I was very happy with the quality of these ... Other reviews said they ran a bit big, so I ordered my husband's normal size and one size down. He kept the smaller size. I just wish the shorter length was available in stores.

My husband likes this style of GAP ... but this particular one that I just ordered runs big. I ordered a 33 waist, but it really measures the same as some of his old 34 waist standard ... I'll return it and try either the 32 waist in the standard or maybe the 33 waist in the authentic style.

Good all around
Had to get these ... my big pre teen guy whose husky ... waist but were way too long. These look nice, have a nice finish and ... well. Only the rear/pocket area is a little "off", the pockets are a little low but maybe that is just the way they are for a young guy vs. an older teen/man. Not bad though, my son always liked Gap ... since he was a young kid.

Really like these.
I bought these for my son as a gift. He is 6'6" tall. They ... perfect but I am concerned about shrinkage after they are ... They can't lose any length. The material is good quality and looks like they will hold up. The color is also good. I'm glad I can get these online in the 36" length because it is impossible to find it in the stores. Overall, very satisfied with purchase.

Better than expected
I read lots of negative things about these ... but it was the absolute last style that might possibly ... my husband. He plays soccer and bikes and has thighs that are much bigger than his waist. None of the other GAP styles ... all and these seemed like they might be too tight in the leg but as the day went on they got cuter and cuter. They might run a bit short in the length as the 32 ... my husband perfectly even though he normally would need a 31. Overall it's the best thing we could find for a big legged man who isn't a big man.

Easy ... not so easy
I've been buying easy / relaxed ... Gap ... well past a decade (I still miss the button fly option). I usually buy four at a time and reorder as those wear out every few years. My most recent batch has been "updated" for the worse, in my opinion. Gone is the nice simple light ... plain rear pockets made from sure denim being replaced with trendy, weared ... God forsaken "whiskers" in front and stitching on the rear pockets. Oh, Gap, why do you hurt me so! The sure and quality denim has been replaced with a thin, stretchy denim that makes me feel weak inside. I could get over the stitching on the rear pockets, no big deal... But, it would be nice if the pockets weren't sewn on halfway down my butt. I may be on the "bad" side of 40, but I have money and am a loyal customer. I guess those things don't matter any more. Why can't trendy products stand next to the tried and true? Thanks anyway, Gap.

Beautifully taylored Jeans
I've been working out for a long time so a lot of jeans don't ... me right because my waist is slim but my legs (thighs really) are big. The standard jeans have been my go toos but recently have been too tight because I've been increasing my weight training for my legs. Yeah, they are getting pretty big! Its been very hard for me to find nice ... jeans without something not being right. I started training again last year and I used to wear the Standard style jeans from gap when I was a fatso. I was 34/30 and 215lbs. I am a mean and lean 280 lbs now and the best jeans that ... my thigh area and waist are the easy ... need a 33 waist in standard just to ... fine on my thighs but the waist is ridiculously too big! Buy these jeans if you have a thin waist and big thighs! They ... BEAUTIFULLY!!

Great pair of jeans! I dont buy many jeans normally, I usually have two pairs I switch between for a couple of years so I'm a bit hesitant to buy them online. They have to be multi faceted and these ... bill pretty good, just a tad bit too big. Might be my own fault, not really big on measuring myself so I went off my last pair of jeans and I went with the same number not realizing "hey maybe I lost some weight in two years". Go figure.

Far too big
I recently bought this same style of jeans in a different color which, while not perfect, at least ... reasonably well. This pair is much larger in every respect. The waist and length are at least two inches larger than the stated size, the rear and legs are too baggy, and the leg openings are wide enough to be bell bottoms. It's as if it's a completely different size and style than what's labeled.

Sizes are random
I had been waiting for months to buy these new jeans, and every week I was going into my local Gap for the sales person to say "we will get a shipment in next week". Finally I decided to just purchase online [...] since the 1969 loose seemed to be available. Well the months of waiting was all for not. These jeans have been the biggest let down. I ordered 3 pairs of these jeans and only one of them ... yet all of them were the same size. What is the difference you might ask? The difference is that they are manufactured in different countries. Two of the jeans were manufactured in China and one was made in Guatemala. The jeans made in China were too small all around. They were tight enough in the waist that I knew if I ... them once they would be too tight to wear. The length also was a full inch shorter than I would have liked or that my other older Gap jeans are. As for the one pair that was made in Guatemala, well those jeans were almost too big. I figure a couple of ... they will be perfect. I am planning on returning the two pairs of jeans made in China and keeping one one pair that ... do think it's disappointing that you can't buy jeans that are consistent anymore. For as much money as Gap put into this new jean campaign I would think that they would have locked down some of the basics like making sure sizes are what they say they are. "America's best ... jean"? Well, you are only 1/3 right Gap. FAIL!

Husband''s Favorite Pair Of Denim
We went to the San Francisco Flagship store and my husband tried on multiple pairs of denim styles and almost walked out of the store empty handed. We decided to ask a sales associate what was the best cut which had the loosest leg and the sales associate recommended the 'loose' ... My husband is a big fan of slightly ... some looseness at the legs and these ... perfect. The was wasnt too light either which was another plus.

These are great ... jeans for my build. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a good jean at a good price that needs that extra room to move. I have been looking for loose ... jeans or a while that has room in the thigh for my big legs. I am not into the tight for close ... jeans. I need room to move and room to put things in my front pocket. Now I do have to say being so happy with these that I then ordered a the pale blue ... ones and was disappointed that it did not seem true to the same size as these vintage one. I was a little short and tighter.. I am not giving up hope.

FINALLY!
I bought 2 pairs of these jeans - each a different color just to start off with. FINALLY!!! Jeans that ... These 2 pairs of jeans were literally the 21st and 22nd pair of jeans I have ordered over the summer for my son who is 6'6, 270lbs and is a football player who works out continually. His thighs are so muscular and he doesn't like anything form ... tight on his legs. It's been a struggle but these finally do the trick for him. The waist is a little big, but I've been ordering a size bigger than his actual waist so they could ... his thighs. I think i'll try the next waist size down to see if they ... perfect! THANK YOU!

I was disappointed to have my husband try these on and to see that the waist was much larger than a 34, we ordered the 33x36. We ordered the 33 thinking that would be a great size since tha is what he gets with other brands. It is much too big and this style of pants does not come any smaller in the waist if we want the 36" inseam. I wish it would. if it did we would be buying more of this style in other colors. We had to return both.

finally pants that are long enogh for my son
My son is 6'1", it is nice to finally find khahis that are long enough for him. No one seems to carry pants or jeans that you can order in a 29x34 length. They were a little larger in the waist and seat than we wanted but, so grateful for a pant that has the proper length and he can just use a belt for the waist. They seem to run a little big but, not by much. Thanks for the longer length.

Nice khakis with a ... nice. Like the vintage relaxed feel of the fabric. Not to "stuffy" of a look. Was concerned that the leg fullness might be a problem, because my son is slim, but they aren't big at all. We like them! They ... nice too. I hang dry them after I ... them.

My husband is very picky about his pants. He loves these pants and asked me to purchase more in other colors. His body type is narrow but a little on the shorter side. As a buy online, return to-store kinda shopper, I was leery if these pants were going to make the grade. *They did* in a big, big way. Couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. Wonderful ... all around, and having just dropped a few pounds, I NEEDED some khakis to ... golly! I was running out of threads. GAP to the rescue! My only "groan" is the 'vintage' style only comes in 3 colors, and no black at all (otherwise this would be a five star rating from me). Really, really to bad! Ready to wear right out of the dryer for everyday or thrown on a sport coat to kick it up a notch. Can't go wrong (IMO).

Too big for us short and skinny guys
I'm 5'5" and quite skinny, so it's always a challenge finding things that ... used the size guide and there is no way these are 28" waist. The butt is way big and the crotch is way low. It's too bad because I like the color. I had heard GAP made sizes smaller but not on these pants. Definitely going to return them.

My recent Gap experience
I've been buying/wearing Gap clothing for over 30 years. My recent experience in your stores leave me wondering how Gap survives as a brand. The ... sections are tiny; [@] has more of a selection. There are 6-10 employees on the clock chatting and folding clothes, who could care less about the customers. I ordered these pants online, because my size was not in the store. I asked the online service rep if she could waive the shipping fee, as I was spending $80 in the store, in addition to $44 online. She said no. The pants arrived and were too big. I returned them to the store and basically paid $7 shipping, plus .56 cents tax to try on another pair that did not ... Perhaps I should try [@] next time.

My teenager is very tall and in between the conventional waist sizes - size 35 waist; 34 length. You can not find pants in a 35 waist in stores or online EXCEPT for the GAP! Perfect pants for church or dinner out. And my son LIKES them! That's a double winner for this mom! We bought black, navy AND khaki!

I got these or my 16 year old son for his Golf Uniform at school and they are the only pants I could find for him in a 29 inch waist and a 34 inch inseam. My son is tall and lean so these worked out perfectly.

I love these pants. Let's face it. I'm a small framed guy. I have a 28 inch waist, and 28 inseam. I usually wear 28x30, no big deal. They aren't too baggy on me, but I wanted something that really did "fit" me. I went online and found these gap classic khakis. I am not a huge fan of spending [$] for a pair of pants, but these are worth it. I own 3 pairs. pool, black, and khaki. Overall, they fit and go well with any outfit I wear to work. The waist is perfect, length is perfect. I wash them in the gentle cycle, tumble dry low, and they're done. No ironing, they come out perfect every time. I wear a lot of Volcom brand chinos too, which fit great, but these are my favorite and my go to khakis when I am going to work, or out on a date with my wife. They just fit me perfect and I hope gap doesn't stop making them.

My hub really likes these!
At last chinos for my 6'2" hub...who thought he was 32w34l...till those pants kept turning into flood lengths after about 3-4 washings and drying. Thank goodness, GAP has a TALL option! The 32w36l are initially long when they arrive in the mail. Never fear tho, after a few ... COLD water only, in the dryer...after about 3-4 ... lo and behold they are the perfect length, AND stay that way. These are the only work pants, he will wear now. He has about 8 pairs, and he has been able to donate the shorter ones, so someone else can get some good use out of them. * the only issue we run into sometimes is that certain popular colors go out of stock for MONTHS...please work on your supply chain, so OOS is not that long!*

Love These Khakis!!
I'm beside myself now that I've found the Tall section on Gap.com. I quickly picked up 2 pairs of 36" inseam Khakis and absolutely love them. They fit great and look great. At 6'5" it's been excruciating trying to find pants that fit properly, but I finally did. Fall into the Gap.

Sizing is a little off!
Okay, I'm a big guy 40x32 and I had to return these pants for the next size larger 42x32. The 42 waist was a better fit but not by much and still felt a little snug but comfortable. The deepth of the front pockets is less than usual for GAP pants. What I do like about these pants is the color and silhouette which gives the pants a nice fashionable drape to them, especially on this big guys frame. In my opinion and my experience, overall these pants are good, but expect to order the next size larger for a better fit.

Love these pants!
My husband wears khakis almost every day to work and we had a hard time finding ones that looked nice and fit well. He is lean but has larger thighs so pants were either too big at the waist / rear or too tight in the legs. We found these relaxed fit khakis two years ago and love them. They ... wear very well and are an overall flattering fit. It is also a very versitile pant because of the medium weight so it looks good with oxfords, polos, sweaters and even can carry a blazer. I think he has them in every color but prefers the traditional khaki colors. I definitely recommend these pants.

A Fit for My In Between Boys ... Sizes Son!
Purchased for my middle schooler who no longer fits in boys husky sizes but not quite tall enough for mens sizes. He is technically 34 waist, 26 length. The challenge is not the hem, I can always hem pants; but the rise. The rise is usually crazy long on him. However, after ... drying, these pants in a 28L aren't bad at all. As a plus they are better constructed than the boys' pants and seem nice and sturdy. They are pricier than boys' pants, but I'm hopeful to get a good year of wear out of them.

Took a while, but I found the right ...
While I haven't had these pants altered and haven't worn them yet, I do have to say that I had to exchange these pants for a smaller size because they ran way too big for me given my normal waist size. In fact, I went down 2 sizes to find one that would work for me. If it had been possible, I would have gone down 1 1/2 sizes to find the ideal ... me, but be mindful that you may have to go down a size (this may only be an issue for the larger sizes?). I may have an issue with the wide leg as I don't want the hem to look like it's covering my shoe. I'll have to see what I can do with that issue during alterations, but I refuse to taper a pant leg. It's not the 80's anymore! I bought these in pool, plywood, and tire. The tire color is much darker than the color depicted online, but I think it's still cool.

need more sizes
eventhough i've been wearing this style of Gap khakis for years, and have been very happy with the quality, there appears to be certain size combinations that are missing. in the world of ... fashion, there are the stores with clothes for the sculpted 6 foot tall man...there are stores with clothes for the big and tall man, however, there are no stores with clothes that properly fit the short stocky man, especially pants. you know, the size combinations where the waist size if larger than the inseam, more specifically, a waist size over 38 inches and an inseam less than 30 inches. I just purchased these pants for [$]...and then needed tailoring, shortening and tapering to mak the bottoms not look like bell bottoms, costing me me another $32. Why can't the gap and other retailers see this missing market and help the short, overwight guys out

I just got these, so out of the package they feel very soft, but have a dressier feel. I wear plain front, and guys if your waist is over 36, you should be wearing plain front too, Slimming...The pants ... great, I have larger hips so the extra room in the leg area is nice. I am 6'5" tall and 240Lbs. 38 waist 34 length hit me just right. Gap has changed up their materials from back in the day. How ever its not a bad change. The pants have a little more dressier feel, but can still pull off casual with no problem. If you are looking for that Abercrombie, Ralph Lauren Chino feel, these are not your pants. They are great pants none the less. The material is good enough for all seasons, but if you live in Northern areas, I would consider thermal under ware. I live in the south, so they work great for me in winter or summer.One other thing...if you are wearing plain front pants, they should not have a crease. Creases are meant to follow pleats.

Need more colors
This khaki fits very nicely, but the problem are the colors. The black is okay, but the khaki color one is too yellowish and the gray color one is too metal ly. The colors on the website do not match the colors you get. I would buy these khakis multiple times if Gap would offer more colors in these --- green and brown shades and improve the color of the khaki colored one to a little less yellowish to a more natural khaki color. I have big thighs but a 30 inch waist, so all the slim fits are a no no for me. Personally slim fits on guys look completely unnatural, so I always prefer the relaxed ... Please offer us more colors.

Good pants but small pockets
I'm a school teacher, so I carry a few things in my pockets. Nothing excessive, but I prefer to have deeper pockets than these pants have. The waist seems to run big. I had to return for a smaller size. They are very good pants in the length I needed.

Nice Pants but Too Big
Very nice pants, but waist was not sized properly. I need a short inseam and can only get that at a few places. I ordered the same sized pants from someplace else and they fit very well. I was suprised the Gap pants weren't even close. I'd say they were at least an inch too big in the waist. The legs were very loose as well and I have big legs for my size. Perhaps I will try one waist size down and not get the relaxed fit even though the other pants from the other place were relaxed as well.

Sizing runs really big
I usually wear a 33-30 in Gap. I had previously bought a pair of these pants in a 33-30 from the store and they were a bit big, but I thought they might shrink a little. They didn't shrink at all. The 33-30 pants are so big. So, I ordered a 32-30 online. This pair of pants is also big! I don't know if Gap has changed their sizing or if the relaxed fit just runs really big. I love the color and material though.

disappointed about colors.
i have been using gap since 2002. but this year, i am not happy with my last two orders. color did not match what showed on the web site. Chino carmel- big big patchy spots, anyone can easily notice, i can not wear it to go out. Now about Chino plywood different color from what showed on the web site.

Really big
I've been looking to get some new pants to replace some older ones. I tried both the Tailored Relaxed ... Relaxed ... Both should have ... same, but the Relaxed ... were huge and (oddly) the Tailored Relaxed ... ones were tight in the seat and crotch and had a narrower leg.

Great Khakis for an Updated Look!
To start, this review is for size 40x32 Slim ... Tailored Khakis. You may have seen a similar review of mine on the Slim ... Classic Khaki page, but I cannot say enough about how well these two styles of pants ... can see, I’m not a slim guy and I don’t pretend to be one BUT I do not want to dress like an older man or someone who doesn’t care about what they look like. These khakis are a great update to the typical, over sized khakis that many ... wear today – these are not your dad’s Dockers and are a much needed update to any man’s wardrobe. Similar to the Slim ... Classic Khakis, if you are purchasing these pants, be sure to buy your true waist size (not ones that are tight around the waist). From the waist, the pants are ... slender and hip hugging but not tight and the same ... goes into the thighs. I have bigger thighs and these pants ... like a glove. From the thighs down, the knees are a bit tailored to bring in the boxiness of typical khakis and the bottom of the leg is about the same size as the knee. The Tailored Khaki style is a little smoother and a tad bit dressier than the Classic Style but both are great! With other khakis that’s I’ve owned in the past, they have been very loose, very boxy, and do nothing to help my image (other than cover it up). These pants are absolutely great and rival more upscale khaki brands such as Bonobos or AG Jeans (and this is the honest truth). I’m a big critic when it comes to pants because I want a nice ... pant, and if you’re a bigger guy you know it’s hard to find pants that are updated and fashionable above a size 36 or 38 – Gap has done it with these pants and I will be buying a couple more pair.

Really like these pants
have to wear Khaki's for work. I'm skinny and tall, and most dress pants are way to big in the leg and rear, and do not come with the small waist size and longer leg length. These ... well as my jeans - great length, ... up well.

Iron Super Fast!
I bought the tan khakhis in the store previously and I was pretty impressed. So I decided to order the black ones as well. They are heavy but comfortable and iron very fast. The color hasn't faded one bit after the first ... went with the slim ... because I was ordering 1 size longer from the previous straight ... perfect. I didn't want the new one to be too big. And my guess was correct. The slim ... better in the bigger size. I wear these at work in a floor sales job.

Nice pants!
I shop gap.com because they offer big & tall that has style and not just the most basic drab items and colors. I usually wear 36 length but ordered these in 34 because of the slim leg opening. They sit just right at the top of my shoes. I am worried they will shrink but will probably just dry clean or ... hang. I considered sending them back but my wife says they're just right, and after wearing I have to agree. These khakis are sharp and tailored looking but versatile enough to dress up or down. Now my baggy old D*ckers are going away!

Great Pant
These pants are a great addition to the Gap's line up of khakis. This tailored slim ... exactly what I have been looking for. Most khakis I try on are either to big in the rear or thigh. I'm only 130 pds with very slim legs so when I found these pants I had to have every color. Great for work or an adult night on the town! They are truly slim ... not skinny!

It is extremely difficult to find pants for my tall and lean boys but these ... bill perfectly! ... well and ... up great! Look great and ... even better!

Taylored ... pants
They are really nice. I bought them for my husband. It great he wil have to alter the length but its fine. I just wish it wasn't so tight. Please add other lengths to your online orders. Like 26, 27 would be great esp for kids that are husky and need the shorter lengths. You are on the right track. Your company is the only one that makes nice slacks for mens with the length at 28. Please consider other lengths.

Great, versatile pants for the Tall man!
This is my 3rd pair of Slim ... Tailored Khakis. I am 6ft 8 and have a pretty large frame. I have serious issues finding clothing that not only ... but looks somewhat fashionable, as I work at a younger company in NYC. These pants are amazing. The waist is perfect: not too loose, nor too tight. It also has a fairly fashionable rise. Not too low, but not so high that the pants are crawling up your stomach. The legs are really nicely tapered. They look good as casual pants with regular, casual type shoes, but you can throw on a long sleeve, button down shirt and a tie and they dress up really well, also.I can't recommend these enough. I have bought them in every color I'd buy them in more colors, if they were available. Also, it would be great if they made some nice jeans in this ... I'd buy them in a heartbeat.

Acceptable
The waist is at least an incn and a half to big and for the high price I would have expected it to be right. Costs too much to mail them back and then I do not know if the next ones will be any better.

These slacks would be very handsome if I could even remotely get into them. I'm 6' tall, 165 lbs, manage okay with 31 waist slim ... jeans and some khakis but not these. I recommend you order an inch larger than usual and hope for the best.

Great Work/Casual Pants
I purchased the Taliored Khaki - Slim ... version of these before, and though I like the leg on those, they were just too tight in the crotch to be sitting down at a desk all day. This Relaxed ... version remedies that without the legs being too baggy. If you're tall and slender (I wear 32W 36L) and, shall we say... somewhat 'endowed' in the back, this is a good ... I'm purchasing a khaki pair today to go with the black ones I already have.

Perfect
My son is tall and thin. Although these were the only pants available in his 28 x 32 frame, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice they looked. Good ... well and look great for work or casual.

Relaxed ... work
The relaxed ... very good for tall athletic people. I am 6'5 and 235 pounds and no other branded khakis ... well as these. Gap needs to add stone colored to their mix like they did years ago. Worth extra money if added.

Good quality, but sizes are not accurate
I am 6 feet tall and wear a 34 waist, and the pants in my closet are labeled 33 or 34. But they measure 33 to 36, so a belt is mandatory on the 35s and 36s. The way I measure pants' waist size is to lay the pants on a table, fasten the waist button or hook, then use a yardstick to measure the taut inside diameter of the waistband. If it measures 17.5 inches, then the pants are waist size 35. Pants which measure 17 inches are size 34, and those ... me perfectly. The three Gap pants I have are all labeled 33-34 but measure 35 to 36--have to wear a belt whether I want to or not. Lands End and LLBean are accurate--if they are labeled 34, they measure 34. If you are trying them on in a Gap store, no problem. But for mail order, it is a drag to have inaccurate sizing. Otherwise, Gap quality is as good or better than any others. I like them.

So close to being perfect!!
Let me start with the big problem - these RUN SHORT! And this is consistent from pant to pant. Most are 1" or more shorter than advertised. Unfortunately for me, I need 36" length so it's not like I can just order the next size up. Now the good part - these pants are excellent in every other way. Very nice ... great feeling fabric. Love them. If I could get them in my length, I'd own a ton of them.

Great fitting pair of dress/work/casual pants
I own two pair of these paints, one in khaki, one in navy blue. I bought them both times because they are one of the only pairs of dress/work/casual pants I can find that fit well without being too tight/skinny for work. I am moderately tall and slim at 6'1" 165, size 31/34 pants. Most pants like this are too baggy in the seat or too wide in the leg. Or if I buy slim/skinny fit they are too tight at the bottom of the leg. These pants look like they were tailored for me and are the best fitting and most comfortable pants I have yet to find. Sharp, clean lines and can be worn dressy or nicer casual. And if you find them on sale they are very affordable.

Great basic piece
I ordered these for my husband in khaki and black, and he really likes them. He's tall and slim and the strait fit is really flattering on him - not too loose and billowy like some bootcut styles. I believe they are very true to size. The modern strait leg is a nice update on a wardrobe basic, and they're perfect for the office. So far they've worn and washed great and didn't even need ironing when they came out of the dryer. As with most Gap products they were only a good value because I took advantage of a significant promotional discount.

INCREDIBLE Pants, but size not consistent
Alright, I am 6'8"- 235lbs and the cut on these pants are EXACTLY what i've always been looking for. I love the lower rise because that's where my pants sit on my waist. I love the material and the way they are cut and fall on my hips is absolutely perfect!! MY ONLY complaint, which i've seen others describe the same problem in reviews, is the inconsistency in sizing. I originally bought three pairs of pants (Black, Khaki, Heather Tailored - all Straight Fit) 38x36. The only one that fit really good were the Black pair. The Khaki and Heather were both too big. It was dissapointing but at the same time I was so happy with the black ones that I didn't fret for too long :). I might try reordering the Khaki's in a 36x36.LOVE THESE PANTS.

The perfect khakis
I'm not always a big fan of Gap's pants but these are really great. I wear khakis a lot more often than I wear jeans and with these pants I've found something that fits like jeans, is as soft as khaki, has been flattering at a range of sizes as I've lost weight, and is, as advertised, versatile for work and casual. If you're looking for something just loose and roomy for the weekends you might want to try something else on the site but I wear these whenever I get the chance.

Great for tall thin Teens
It is very difficult to find pants that fit my son who is 6 feet tall and has a 30 inch waist. These pants fit him well, are not too baggy in the seat and do not make him look like he is wearing his father's pants.

Brought my 50 year old husband into the right decade!
My husband was still stuck in the baggy, multi pleated khakis that added 10 lbs to his look. He is 6' 4" and 195 lbs and the 36" x 34" worked great and combined with a couple of the Tall slim fit Gap button down shirts, he now looks like a modern guy!

Perfect Fit
I have had other "tailored" pants but none have fit like these. I am 6 feet tall and fill out the seat of my pants. Generically I am a 34/32 but it varies on the fit. Some too tight in the waist, crotch or butt. Some too short or long. These fit me perfectly. . They are as nice as any dress pant in a department store and fit better.

Tall and slender
Was sooo happy to have found somewhere I could purchase pants for my tall and slender son. Seems not everyone carries size 32X36 so I will definitely recommend this to others. Pants ordered came faster than expected and fit him perfectly

A+ School Uniform Chino
My tall and slim son will be required to wear khaki chinos as part of his high school uniform this fall. He is a fan of skinny jeans, but skinny chinos are considered inappropriate. He refers to most khakis as "dad pants" as most cuts fit too generously (sloppy) on his teenage frame. After reading the many positive reviews of these pants, I ordered his dress pant size and they fit perfectly! Although they are cut wider than skinnies, they have a neat, trim, and professional appearance. He is so happy to have pants that truly fit, look "cool", and satisfy his school dress code. Great pants
I needed to upgrade my work pants and found these online. I am 6'5" with long legs so I was happy to see the tall sizes, so I ordered a pair to try out. The tailored fit looks great and the fabric is nice and polished for work. It's nice that these pants are not extra baggy or super slim fit, but just right. The only complaint I'd have is that the zipper is slightly short, as others have stated. But that didn't stop me from ordering two more pair in the other colors that are offered. If the Gap would do more colors, I'd order those as well.

Nice but snug in the waist
I purchased these for my dad hoping to give him a pair of slacks that were more youthful. He normally runs in between a 34"-36" waist, so I ordered the 36". Wow! They were very tight in the waist area. I am afraid if I buy the next size up 38", they will be just too big. These are a purchase that should be made in a store where you are able to try them on. Sorry dad!
