love it
was concerned at first that maybe it was the wrong size and was a 44 not a 46 because it was the same size as my older belts but after a few wears it seemed to "loosen up" and fits perfectly now.

Great leather ... good price! Harness leather, one piece (not laminated layers like most belts today). Unfortunatley I heeded the previous reviews and bought one size up, and it's a little too long for my taste.

Excellent quality belts
I bought these belts (in brown and black) for my boyfriend. They are very nice quality cow leather and made in the US (San Francisco). I highly recommend them.

Great Simple ... But Not Sized Correctly
I am a 33 waist, so I ordered the ... 34 and the entire length of the ... still didn't wrap around my waist. I have always purchased belts based upon my waist size because they are cut to a length longer than the waist size in order to fit correctly. I went to store and exchanged for a 38. So to save the hassle, order about 4 sizes larger than normal when purchasing this ...

Decent
I've owned this ... off for about 20 years. Seriously. It's been around a along time at the GAP. It might change ever so-slightly in width, but it's basically always been the same ... It's decent. It isn't a $500.00 ... even a $150.00 ... It's [$] full price and I paid [$] on sale. That's about right for the quality of the leather. I buy it in brown and black to wear with jeans. I like its clean, simple look. It's definitely stiff at the outset, but it eventually relaxes over time. Incidentally, belts always should be purchased 2" longer than your waist size. That's a standard rule for belts everywhere. If you're a 32" waist, you buy a 34" ... Standard rule. Everywhere. Always. Google it, if you think I'm nuts.
