I like it!
This skirt does run a little small. I'm normally a 4 in Gap maternity pants but the 6 fit perfectly. Goes perfectly with my non maternity suit jacket.

Best Piece in my Closet Right Now
This skirt is the best maternity piece I've bought so far. It stays up, is comfortable and I believe it will fit me for my entire pregnancy (21 weeks now). I work in a business formal office environment and I've managed to pair this with numerous jackets from my pre pregnancy suiting wardrobe. The fabric looks like something I would have bought pre pregnancy and is not thin or cheap. It lays well and doesn't wrinkle the way I've found so many other (much more expensive) maternity skirts to do. I did take the other reviewers advice and order one size up and its perfect. GAP PLEASE make this in another color ASAP! I'll buy all of them!

Great skirt for work and more
I just cleared the 12 week mark and celebrated by wearing my first maternity skirt to work. It is SO much more comfortable than trying to wear my regular clothes. The fabric is great and it doesn't look "maternity" at all. I'm a size 4 in normal life, but with the amount of pasta I've been eating, I'm easily a 6. I ordered a size 8 skirt and it fits perfectly. I think I'll be able to wear it my entire pregnancy. I would highly recommend this item!

Cute skirt
This was my first maternity clothing purchase and I'm pleasantly surprised. It looks just like my regular pencil skirt and doesn't look like what I thought a "maternity skirt" would look like. Highly recommended.

Cute skirt for early pregnancy
I like the look of this skirt, it's great for work since I have to ... up. Unfortunately at 24 weeks pregnant with twins the band is starting to be too tight even when I wear it as low as I can. I will be putting it away until post pregnancy but think I will wear it then, since it doesn't have a panel it doesn't look like a maternity item.

Perfect work skirt
I love this skirt. It's one of the only maternity skirts i've seen that looks like a normal pencil skirt. I'm 26 weeks along and it fits great (true to size). I personally am not a fan of the full panel so I like that it doesn't have it but i can see that the elastic might get too tight to wear toward the very end of the pregnancy. Probably the best piece of maternity clothes i've bought so far--I only wish it came in other colors so i could have a few!

Good, but definitely go 1 or 2 sizes UP
After reading other people's reviews and based on some GAP maternity pants I already had, I decided to go with a 6. Fits just like my other maternity size 4's. Ordered another grey skirt, size 4, at the same time, and feel like they fit about the same. While the sizing is off, it's still a great skirt (if you go up a size or two). I've worn it several times in the past couple of weeks. Pre pregnancy, I'm a size 2.

Too Small
I wear a 4/27 in Gap maternity pants - even though I was a 6 pre pregnancy. I ordered the 6 in this skirt b/c it said to order your pre pregnancy size, and it is too small - the pockets flap out. I held it up to a skirt that I ordered in the same order, also a 6, and the pencil skirt is very noticeably smaller than the jean skirt (which is also demi panel). Otherwise I really like it. I am exchanging for an 8 (I do think it is strange that I wear a 4/27 in maternity pants and an 8 in this skirt, but am truly a 6 pre pregnancy... whats that all about?)

Not quite right
I was hoping that this would be a great skirt for work, but the fit is off. The waist band is very uncomfortable- its too tight. I have other maternity pants from Gap with this waist band and I love them, but this one isn't working. If I wear it up higher, it hurts. If I push it down lower, the skirt bunches up and pushes my belly up in a weird and unattractive way. Not a winner.

Very Disappointed
I'm typically pleased with Gap clothes for myself and family, but I have not been too happy with the maternity clothes this season. This is my second pregnancy, and I needed a skirt to wear to work and other occasions. I typically am a 0, and found the skirt to be true to size. However, the cut is not flattering - the pockets on the side don't allow the skirt to fall nicely. Further, the material looks cheap, and the skirt was not lined. I prefer my work skirts to be lined, especially if the material is thin. All around, this did not appear to be as well made as I expected...not the quality of our other durable Gap clothes. This was returned immediately.

Too Tight & too Small!
The skirt itself was cute and looked as it did on the website... but I am 5'7" and 6.5 months pregnant... this was way too tight in the butt especially and would not fit you throughout the pregnancy. I was very disappointed, as most maternity clothes from Gap have fit well.
