I like this sleep nursing ... it's very comfortable for sleep or around the house. I have not started using it as a nursing ... yet (36 weeks pregnant now) but it seems like it will be easy to pull it down for nursing. I bought some other sleep nursing bras elsewhere, the material on them is only slightly less thin but it seems harder to pull them down, they are less flexible. They were also a better price though, 2 for the less than price of one of these. But I don't regret this purchase. I like this ... (feels very comfy on) and I think it's supposed to be thin, it's not like I'd wear it out in public. My only advice is get it in the size you think you wear. Do not go by their recommended sizes. I was a 34B prepregnancy and still am, although my regular bras are getting a little tight. I tried a small on in a store that was selling it (as the chart says I am) but although it fit, I found the medium more comfortable. Plus everything I buy prepregnancy is in a medium (shirts, sports bras, dresses etc. so I am a medium, not a small so I ignored their sizing info and got a medium).

This ... wonderful for sleeping or being at home while nursing. The cotton is comfortable on the skin and it holds in ... pads well. My daughter is 5 months old and I had been wearing some other nylon/polyester sleep bras. They caused a lot of irritation on my back from always wearing them. This cotton ... breath of fresh air! Highly recommended.

comfortable, durable
This was the only ... wore for my entire maternity leave! It's just a plain jane ... so don't expect much. It's not THAT supportive either; I wouldn't have minded a little extra support - thicker fabric? padding? something - but it did the job sufficiently and made easy work of night feeds. It's been washed and dried a hundred times (not really) and is in great shape. Comfortable for what it does.

there are much better sleep bras
This ... seems to have "name" power only. It fits okay in the front but rides up a couple inches in the back, so I constantly tug it down. The support is very light while other light sleep bras offer significantly more suport. If ordering from GAP, I'd order the leading lady sleep ... instead. I have it also and is a much better fit although also a bit short. Purchase a Pea In a Pod sleep ... if you want the best use of your money and comfort.

Not What I Expected
I was really excited about this ... after reading reviews, plus Medela is a well known brand for breastfeeding. After using it for 8 weeks, i have to say this is my least favorite ... sleep ... price and brand, I was expecting something of high quality, and this is not what I got. First, the top is really short for my frame so it rides up the back, not sitting straight across my back; it also rides up in the front as well. The pull over style doesn't work as well as I'd like it to; it often moves back over during feedings. I can deal with all of these things since I'm just using it to sleep in, but I can't ignore the poor quality. The elastic has started to unravel, as well as the thread. I wash all my bras in lingerie bags on the gentle cycle, and I've never had a problem. Your better off using a low impact sports ... pulling it up than wasting your money on this ...

Small and rides up in back
Runs small and rides up in back... even before my milk came in. I have two of these bras and both of them fit the same way. Not a good purchase.

Not what I was hoping for
This Medela nursing sleep ... definitely not what I expected. I have owned sleep bras in the past and this does not even come close to replicating them. I am pretty sure a less expensive brand would give more support than this. The fabric is thin and the thin elastic under the breasts rides up the rib cage. I returned it right away and will look for another with more coverage that stays put.
