Comfy and stylish
They are so soft. It is nice to have comfy ... could wear to the gym, lounge on the couch and feel stylish walking down the street. I want to buy them for my friends.

yes, they do run big, but are just fabulous!
ok - they run big - i am usually a med (6-8) and had to get a small, but who cares! these are everything i want in a comfy lounge pant...non restricting waistband....i love the updated look of these 'jeannie ... - baggy tapered ankle - very stylish!...i am also short (5'3"), so everything is lonnnng...these can be tied at the ankle to adjust for us shorties! these can even be dressed up with a pair of wedges or platforms with a nice tank and jacket and worn to dinner - look like a fashionista! go for it!

Very comfy & stylish
These are not your average lounge type ... They are an interesting deviation from your terry / velour / sweatpant style. They are incredibly soft and comfortable...the legs are very long (and I am 5'9") but it's okay because you can cinch the ankles to your liking - which means you can also wear them in a "cropped" style by pulling up to your knees. Don't pass these up! Great around the-house ... I've also worn them out to a dance class.

Worth the money!
I saw these ... online, but I balked at the price. [$] seemed too steep for lounge ... However, my dad bought me two pairs for my birthday, and I soon learned the error of my ways. They are so soft and so comfortable and so very versatile. While they are meant to be lounge ... they also look really cute with ballet inspired pieces when I am out.

Comfortable yet refined
These are technically pajama ... More for lounging. But if you've got to run out for that quick errand, you won't look like a slob wearing these. They hang very nicely and you can fold the waist down to make it high waisted or low waisted, whichever looks better on you. they look so much better than sweat ...

LOVE THESE!!
I wear these ... all the time - I am a graduate student so they're perfect for studying (and if I had time to work out any more, they'd be great for a yoga class). They are great quality, not see through (so the annoying trend of seeing right through girls' "leggings" aren't an issue here) and very flattering. I love the style because it's different - i actually like these a lot more than I do the typical "yoga" pant. The ties at the ankle make them perfect for wearing with a boot (it's still cold in new england) or for converting into capri's. The waistband is similar to a standard yoga pant height/fit, so if your yoga ... tend to slip down then you'll probably find that happening with these as well. I'd love to get another pair - these are ridiculously comfortable and don't make you feel like a slob!

I want to LIVE in these ...
I waited my sweet time before actually buying these ... I'd obsessed over them online for a few months and then finally pulled the trigger. So glad I did! I literally put them on the moment the package arrived at my house 5 hours ago and I haven't taken them off. They're made out of a soft and silky modal fabric, perfect for snuggling, stretching and just plain lounging. The drawstring detail at the bottom is such a great detail--I tightened mine to give it a sweet, tapered genie in a bottle look. I'm 5'10" and size 18/20, and the XL fits perfectly, they don't ride up and make me look more svelte. These ... definitely not for wearing to formal events, but if you need to run to the store to get a gallon of milk in the middle of the night, you can hop out of bed in these and not skip a beat.

Comfortable ...
I recently purchased these ... wear on a long flight, I must say Im glad I did! They are great and are SO comfortable, perfect for traveling on flights or for lounging. They quality is very good and the material is so soft. The fit is also great, I love how the bottom ties at the ankles and they are not dragging on the ground. Would highly recommend these ...

Cute & Comfy
These are great, comfy lounged pant. I'm glad I read the other review before I purchased so I knew a) these pants run about a size large and b) the material is thin and slinky. Even with those things considered, I still really like the pants. Comfortable and flattering -- the folded waist looks cool. The ties at the bottom of the pants are a bit difficult to keep tied, but that is minor and fixed with a double or triple knot. I have not washed them yet, so I can't speak to how the fabric holds up. They definitely are long -- I'm very tall (5'10") and they fit me well. Typically yoga type lounge ... way too short for me. I gave them four stars because they are a bit pricey for lounge ...

Great casual ...
I really like both the cut and fit of the ... am 5'8" and 135# and they are fine with flats but would be too short with any type of heels. The four stars came from a rather thin fabric that is rather shiny and stretches out in the seat after daily use. Others have described being able to wear these going out, but unless the room is darkened they look like yoga ... They are great for lounge wear and perhaps errands but would have opted for a tall.

Yes, ... baggy. Yes, ... pretty darn shapeless. Yes, ... sort of long for the average pant. However, ... best ... I've ever purchased! I think the picture online represents them very well--they really are simple drawstring ... made out of the softest, comfiest material. I wear ... everywhere because I am shameless, but ... more suited for around the-house wear for the average, more classy person. I would fill my closet to the brim with ... if I could. One suggestion, gap--maybe a dark heather gray would be nice?

BEST ... SIMPLE, CLASSIC GAP STYLE I LOVE!
I was looking for a simple, cotton ... pant that was not yoga wear and was relaxed through hips for a more draped look. ... even better, they have a slightly more fitted look, but still drape the hips perfectly. I have a pelvic pain condition and I also needed them to not be too tight in the crotch area, but not hang down too far either. ... accomplish this beautifully. Get them!!! I bought 2 black & one gray. I put the extra black away to save if ... ever wear out because I've never found a better ... pant. I hope they continue to make ... exactly the same every year and I'd also like to see them in Navy. I wear them around the house, to the doctors, I wore them to a casual family gathering with a t shirt & denim jacket. And, they are also comfortable enough to sleep in. The length is a little long, I am 5' 2". However, they seem to almost roll up on their own and then when I washed them, ... were perfect. Not too short or too long. I highly recommend.

I would love ... heathered charcoal, heathered navy, heathered brown etc... I don't think the sizing runs large as others have stated since they're meant to be comfy lounge ... Perfection!

Size Down
These are AWESOME lounge ... ordered the XL and L to see what would fit better. I tried the L on first and I am a girl who has a big butt and thighs and a small waist but wide hips. They did not cut into my hip fat either! There is no "wedding cake effect" with these ... unless you get them 5 sizes too small. I'm about 5' 9' and in the store a size 16 and 18 jean will fit me depending on the cut. I am always a girl who is true to her XL shirt and other XL bottoms since I have gained a little weight. The L was still baggy and kind of long but with exercise shoes, they are perfect. I am thinking of buying a Medium to see if it would be an even more perfect fit. These lounge ... do not show lumps or bumps for me and I do have a few. I can wear these to the grocery store, to go pick up my son from school, etc. I even wore them to the airport to greet my daughter home from Iraq on her leave! She was like, "Mom, lookin good!" So they are slimming as well. I bought 2 pair of each color. The XL in this style of lounge pant fits like a [...] XXL.

So comfortable
I got a size Small and am 5'6" 135 pounds. ... maybe a little big, but ... so I love them a little loose. Perfect for lounging around the house on a Sunday. I will be buying another pair.

Simple Draw String ...
My sister loves ... lounge around in, plus walk the dog. They are all she wears when she changes from her work clothes. No other lounge ... compare for comfort and softness. They wash well also and last forever.

You can size down!
These ... REALLY comfortable! Keep in mind that the fit is VERY relaxed. I ordered a small which normally fits me just right in Gap lounge ... but I have a lot more room in these than the typical size small Gap ... definitely could have gotten an XS and still been comfy. But again, it's no big deal since they're lounge ... aren't supposed to be fitted.

A wardrobe staple
Love having new gray Simple drawstring ... wear day or night. This color works well as doesn't show cat hair/lint/etc like the black version! This pant is the most flattering ... have ever worn and the most comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that a a string at waist unraveled after a couple of wearings on two of the new ones I purchased. This is a first, as I have worn ... several years. Other than that small detail..am very happy with ...

Very comfy ... Love them. Have in black and grey. Very loose around the house lounging ... Look nice enough to wear in public when running errands though. ... do run longer, which I like, since whenever I wash my ... shrink in length.

Love ...
I order a pair of ... every year. ... so comfortable! I wear them around the house all the time but also feel OK wearing them to the grocery store or running errands. I am 5"9 and 163 and order a large. ... fit well (a bit loose in the waist but I cinch the drawstring). ... bit long but I like this as I feel it gives them a more stylish look... almost like a boot cut pant. That said, my complaint about ... don't hold up well. There is a reason I have to buy a new pair every year. A gray and black pair I have from 3-4 years ago have faded BIG time and have shrunk. ... pretty much unwearable. The pair I bought last year lost it's drawstring within a few weeks and ... can't be worn without a drawstring (in public... I still wear them around the house as ... However, ... so comfortable and versatile I will accept buying a new pair every year. Not a bad price for a pair of ... wear VERY often over the winter.

Great wardrobe staple
I own and love the pants version of this skirt too. I'm 5'8" 160lbs and carry most of that weight in hips, thighs and rear. Usually a foldover just adds bulk to that region but I guess because this material is nice and thin the foldover is just a nice accent to an otherwise plain and basic wear with-anything anywhere skirt.

Not for Women with Hips or Thighs
I wanted to love this skirt - it is amazingly soft and comfy...but way too tight. I am a size 6, and have bigger thighs and hips. This skirt clings to those areas, giving my lower half a very ugly shape. I wish it were looser - and it wouldn't help sizing up because of the way it's cut. Gap is not exactly known for catering to women with curves (or moms), and this skirt is no exception.

Very pleased with skirt
I looked at this skirt several times, but ws put off by some of the previous reviews discussing the waist. The waist works for me because it is like a yoga pant with fold down waist. When you fold the waist down it is very flattering and covers the tummy. The skirt does skim the body closely, so if you have large hips, it may not work for you. The look can be casual or dressy. Have not washed the skirt.. hope I'll still be pleased.

Nice skirt
I've been looking for a black skirt for a long time and finally found this one. I really like it because it's versatile, simple, and I like the feel of the fabric, which is very soft. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fabric is a bit more sheer than I would like, the length is slightly shorter than I'd like and the waist is a little loose. I purchased a size Small, although I'm almost 5'10" and usually wear a size Medium in skirts or pants. I'm not especially fond of the foldover waist, but it's fine as long as I wear a long top over it.
