great alternative to skinny ...
love the shape and feel of these ... Can be dressed up with a evening top or casual sweater and versatile for work and evening. For those women like me not comfortable with skinny jeans yet, this is a great alternative and fits nicely inside boots without creating bulk around the ankles. Being short (5 ft), the regular size actually looks like regular ... rocks paired with high heeled platforms!

i'm about 5'2"/5'3" and got these pants mainly for work in a size 2 regular inseam and they hit above my ankles so I wore then in the summer with flats. super cute! For the winter, I ordered the 2 Long and they're a little too long, but I folded the hem up and in and they're the perfect length for flats or I can unfold them and wear them with the hem kinda scrunched with heels when I go out at night... I'm not curvy, but I have some thighs and calves. I already have a pair of the Modern Boot leg, but I wanted a pair with legs that are skinnier than the boot for days that I feel like being stylish. Their Super Skinny suctions to my body too much for my comfort. This is perfect....the ... fit is kind of in between their Modern Boot ... fit and their Supper Skinny fit--just what I was looking for. The fabric is pretty comfortable, but can attract lint, and the rise is just as I had expected.

I am completely in love with Gap's premium ... First the Perfect Trouser, then the Straight ... now these... they fit a bit tightly, but there is a lot of stretch in them. I can see how I wear them in any season: with boots this winter and then with flats or heels at work in the summer. The ... have pockets right on the hip, but since they come sewn shut, i'm leaving them that way (i have wider hips and side pockets don't do anything for my figure, as i suspect that they don't for a lot of women...). LOVE THESE PANTS!!
After seeing the word 'slim' I thought to myself these pants will never work on my body type. But the sale price intrigued me so I tried them anyway. I am 5'5 and have short legs so I opted for a larger petite size. When I put them on them fit me like a glove. They were form fitting but not uncomfortably so like ... skinny jeans. The black really slimmed me. I could dress it up with heels, or wear them with sneakers to run some errands. I will definitely be wearing them everyday on my trip to Paris. I went ahead and bought 5 more pairs....

great pants
I had been looking for some slim fitting pants for work, that aren't skin tight like leggings. These are great. Little ... back at the waist but otherwise great. 5'7" and 135 lbs size 6 is the right fit.

Just what I had hoped for!
I had been looking around for a cute pair of black, skinny crops for work. When I saw that ... coming out with some I was excited to give them a try, but knew that there was a good possibility that the pants would be too tight on me and I might not like them. I'm 5'7" and 145lbs, so can't always pull of skinnies. I was really happy with these pants as soon as I tried them on. They have just enough stretch that they are super comfortable and flattering, but also enough structure to look like work pants and not leggings. I fit in the 8, but went with the 10 because I work with kids and didn't want them to be too form fitting. I'm going to go back to try on other styles of their new line of black pants.

super flattering but size up
Just wrote a review on the lightweight cord ... have the same thing to say about this pant in terms of sizing. I am a pretty consistent 0-2 in ... pants and I usually buy Ankle length if available, but this was the first time I have ordered anything petite online and petite sizes definitely run slightly smaller than their regular counterparts. So 2P was super tight on me while the 4P fit perfectly. With my short legs (I am 5'3"), the petite length is perfect; I am sure the regular length would have been too long. Other than trying to get the sizing just right, I really do like the pants a lot. I like them better than the ultra luxe ones, as these are more slim fitting and flattering (the luxe ones seem baggier and looked weird on my short legs, and the back pocket flaps just stuck out); I think these are perfect for work and super versatile. Interested to see how the stretchy material will hold up though...

... u have done it with these ... - the cut is fab and flatters women with curves. It is also not too slim where the fabric hits below the knee so the look is really streamlined instead of "chicken ... my terms. I have tried many ... jeans and this one so far has the best fit. Wore it to work with a pair of Mary Jane pumps and wore it for the weekend as well. I would like to see more colors in these ... please ... I'm giving 5 stars for fit/ cut, 4 stars cos dust bits seem to stick to the fabric (I bought black).

Didn''t work for me, alas
These look like a great pant. But they run pretty small, and sizing up for me meant too much bulk in places where I don't want it. I think these might be better for less curvy women. Quality is nice, which is why I gave these 3 stars.

Real Women Have Curves
These ... not for "real women"... In better quality clothes I wear a 10-12. Gap's sizing is usually a bit small for me, but I figured if I ordered a 14 I would be fine. NOT a CHANCE. curvy women, if your self esteem needs a bruising, buy these ...

A size is a size is a size...?
Sizing has become so inconsistent at ... had high hopes for these ... but they were too tight so are going back. The lables "curvy" "slim" straight" "really straight" "always straight" just aren't very descriptive of the fit. ... just aren't cut well for regular women with regular bodies who want ... fit and are comfortable. Buying ... has become a game of chance.
