I'm extremely happy with these khakis. Price and style are both on point. GAP jeans/khakis always run true to size.

The classic is finally back
Men used to wear pants, and ... used to be what men wore when jeans were for working and wool was for work. Then something happened - maybe it was just fashion's ever moving hand, maybe it was a social statement - but somebody sold us on the idea that khakis had to say something because apparently we had nothing to say for ourselves. The ... wore us. Not any more. Thank you GAP for bringing back classic khakis. Great fit. Well built. Great price. Few words.

Best Khakis ever!
I've worn Dockers, BR, Old Navy, J. Crew and older versions of GAP khakis. These are by far the best for me. They fit like your favorite sneaker right away, yet are quite versatile. I usually use khakis for business casual wear but I find myself wanting to wear these for daily use. To that end, I now own FIVE pairs! The rise is a bit lower than I'm accustomed to, but I think this is what contributes to their comfort. There is no waistband battling my waistline because these sit just above the hips. The length is perfect for me. I've worn them with button down shirts & ties w/jacket, sweaters, polos and tees, dress shoes, boots & Keds. All work very well.

only ... planet that fit
My teenage son is tall and thin. After years of altering the waists of his ... jeans, I have finally found a pair of khakis that comes in a 29 waist and 34 length!!! I think GAP has the only ones on the planet, and they look fantastic too! Please keep making this size so my son will not have to wear "highwaters" anymore! Great khakis.

I bought these vintage khakis online because I already have the other two colors and the local store did not carry this color. They fit great. As a side note, I used a 40% off coupon to purchase another (my fourth) pair of vintage khakis in a Savannah store on Sunday, 11-13-11. I was in a hurry and needed something to throw on (I was wearing sweats) and I did not get to try them on (the changing rooms were backed up). Unfortunately, the pair I just bought in store but did not try on did not fit nearly as good as the other three pairs I own. In fact, I believe they are mis sized.

Too Short
These are pretty good khakis particularly if one buys them on sale. I've been wearing these for a long time and can tell you that the length is never what it's supposed to be and might run as much as a full inch too short. That said, I now order the 32" and have them shortened to 30". Another thing is the material is a bit thinner then it was in 2010 but everything GAP sells is " cheaper" then it was before. With all that said, I like these khakis. Fit well and seem to hold up well. I'm still wearing ones I bought in 2010.

I miss the old EASY FIT KHAKIS
I bought 2 pairs of vintage chino hoping it is close to the fit of Gap's previous EASY FIT KHAKIS. I was disappointed. I hope and wish Gap would bring the EASY FIT KHAKIS back. Through the years I bought something like 30 pairs of them. I wear them to work and semiformal occasions. GAP If you're listening Please bring them back.

Bring back the Original ...
Gap has a hole in its casual pants lineup between these and their slim fit khakis. Those are way too tight for me, but these go too far in the opposite direction. The fit I'm looking for was only available in their more dressed up khakis, but I'm looking for actual casual pants, not business casual. Gap used to make a perfect casual pants called the Original ... they should bring them back.
