Perfect Cotton Panties
I need cotton panties for girl reasons. Yes, those reasons. The brand I had been loyal to for years started ... corners in both construction and quality of fabric. So, I switched to these 2 years ago. Still love them and still buying them.

Just what I wanted...
These panties don't ride up, are comfortable in every way and last a long time. I have some that are several years old and they look about like my new ones. I rarely dry them in the dryer...maybe that helps them last.

Yes to GAP High Cut Underwear, No to VS High Cut
I Love the quality and the fit of the GAP high cut underwear. The cotton is soft, not cheap looking and they do not look like Granny panties. I used to only buy VS high cut underwear. No more VS as their quality is not what it use to be, they fall apart real quick and I love the GAP fit and quality much better. Thanks GAP!!

Great Fit!
The Scalloped trim high cut underwear that I recently purchased fit very well. I love these underwear!! The size fits my true size.. They are very comfortable and fit nicely.

Read all the reviews before ordering. I am a skeptic but after reading the reviews thought I would try them. I have ordered VS high leg briefs for years but they changed the cut and they don't stay in place. These are fantastic! They are comfortable, stay in place and not over priced. I will throw away my VS high leg briefs and use these only. I even tried Soma's (over priced but ok). I am a convert. I LOVE THESE!!

Comfort in a new fit
I have tried some of the other fits (hiphugger, boyshort) and they didn't quite fit me well. But THESE are amazing! I hope they get more prints to select from because I want to buy more! I am 5' 7" with a slight frame and many panties just seem to not fit my bottom or hips. These are cotton, come in solids and prints and are just so pretty. They have a soft thin leg elastic and soft waist band with a silky fabric tag (it never bugs me). They are machine washable but I tend to wash all my under garments by hand. They sit about 1.5" to just about 2"s below my navel. Give full coverage on my bottom and the leg openings are just about at my hip bone. I don't feel like I'm wearing matronly panties or anything - I feel pretty and comfortable in well fitting panties with a great cut to them. And if you are picky about prints being aligned on panties (which I am, I got some in stripes) they do a splendid job of ... these just right with prints.

Unflattering
I found the front of these unflattering the way it's cut. I'm a size 4 with an athletic build and larger thighs, also somewhat of a pot belly. I ordered a small and it fit well size wise, just the appearance wasn't particularly flattering. I would be glad if they made this in more of a hipster style.

100% Cotton and comfortable
I am hypersensitive to nylon and tags. Granted, I cut the tags off and wear them inside out (which isn't noticeable except for the waistband at the back). These are 100% cotton. Used to wear the Victoria's Secret 100% cotton hi leg briefs until they started adding nylon or lycra then I couldn't wear them any more. I ordered a ton more after my first order of 20. They last long, sit well, don't ride up. Wish they made more colors, but I'll live.

Perfect VS replacement
Thank you to everyone who previously compared these panties to the Victoras Secret highcut briefs. I have worn VS for upteen years and then they suddenly changed to lycra and who knows what else. Just wrong. THESE GAP highcut briefs are the exact replacement. Thank you GAP for actually making Cotton underwear that fits. Could use some more patterns and colors but right now I don't care, I am just happy to find my perfect underwear again.Thanks!

great underwear
This underwear high cut are great! plus they are 100% cotton wich is the reason I purchase this underwear plus I love the high cut style is great. comfortable and durable. They wash well and do not loose color or shape. Highly recomended.

Underwear fits, but slow order frustrating
The high cut panties fit fine. Quality seems to be there. My disappointment is that I placed the order on December 28 and half the order came up with a ship date of 4/22. The part of my order that was available was broken into multiple shipments, sometimes just one pair would arrive at a time. Granted I'm not paying for shipping, but seems inefficient. And since 1/2 may order was pending, a charge would hit my bank account every week as a hold to make sure the money was there in the event it shipped. Customer service was SUPER nice in helping me cancel the balance of the order. I'll try reordering later, but GAP really needs to address the lead time. I would rather have gotten a message that its temporarily out of stock try back in April, then what I experienced.

XL does not cover rear NOT 100% cotton! NYLON ALERT!
BEWARE! THESE ARE NOT 100% COTTON! What were they thinking?I order the size XL in nude. This is NOT nude nor beige. It's a hideous dull coffee color. And it's way too baggy in the rear and yet it does not cover the butt cheeks at the bottom. What da ...? I own size XL in Hi Cut in 100% cotton of the standard cheap dept store brand but I wanted beige! Well those cover everything just right.. This one is even baggy yet too small in the crotch! The crotch is too baggy yet the ... too revealing on the sides. What the waaat were they thinking? To make matters worse the waistband is NOT cotton, it's nylon! Disgrace! These are awful in every way. Wish The Gap would give me a refund on these! They look NOTHiNG like in the pic and just don't fit right.
