This bralette is great for under tee shirts and for around the house. Actually, I have an an average sized bust (36B) and enjoy wearing these every day, everywhere! They are that comfortable. I order an XL for extra comfort and so that it does not cut into my armpits. I have several of these in many colors, dating back to when they were offered in colors other than black, white and beige. They also add an extra bit of fit and support when worn under any jog ... love t hem....please do not discontinue, especially in the XL!

GREAT but more colors and organic would be the best
If a smooth clean look under close fit knits, like rib tees and tanks, is your style,... this is the best bra I have ever found..Used to be avail in great colors, so it could add a layer of color. Hopefully more color choices will return. One thing though, I always buy a large, even though I am a 34B, I don't like tight elastic or compression, and this bra in the large size gives me enough support and coverage. My daughter who is a solid 36 B, and buys all kinds of wired satiny padded ... also steals these from me ...so they work for a range of sizes

Need the XL size back!!
I have a few of these Pure Body Pullover Bralettes from years back in a sixe XL. I sure wish Gap would bring the XL size back? I love the two different strap option styles (racer back and straight). Mine are wearing out and the size Large is not big enough around my chest? I wear a size 36C in a regular ... XL fit perfectly but it's not available on line or in stores. Please try to bring the XL back and notify me if possible.

Only second to the Modal ...
I first bought two of these ... few years ago, but bought an xs, which was too tight around the chest. I am a small framed 34 C and just bought two more in a small. While the fit is better, it's still tighter than I'd like around the chest. I like these when I need a little more support or coverage, since it has two layers of fabric, but my everyday favorite ... Modal.

great to sleep in
I loved this bra so much, I came back to buy in multiples! After years of trying to find a comfy bra to sleep in, I tried this one and it's perfect; i threw away all my other lounge/sleep ... like that the material is t shirt-like but offers more support than a cami & has some cotton, and there's enough support & coverage so I don't feel like I'm "on display" when I answer the door or walk out to get my mail etc in my PJs. For sizing, it depends what you want to wear it for. I didn't want them tight since I only sleep in them, so I got size M which is loose enough that I don't feel squashed at all but tight enough that it doesn't ride up (i'm 34A-36A, probably closer to AA though). I imagine I could fit into a S also, which would be tighter and, I assume, give me more support so I could wear it in public or for very light sports, but I wouldn't want to sleep in a S. I will buy these ... forever... GAP, PLEASE DO NOT STOP MAKING THESE!!

I have been wearing these for 6 years. I wear a 34 A- cup size and do not like padded ... training bra look I find in my size. I get these in a small and they fit snug, perfect. They last a very long time, they do not loose their elasticity or come apart at all. I have replaced them a few times because I figure I should periodically. I love that the front has a double panel and that they are so comfortable. I have a small chest, however I do like support and coverage. These ... tops are perfect. I have them in black, white and tan.

Comfy
I was looking for a simple cotton bra to wear around the house and under loose tops, and so far I really like this bra. I am a 32 B, 5'6" and 102 lbs and the XS fit we'll, perhaps just a little tight. As I expected, this bra would smash me flat and not give any shape at all, but the support is good enough for me. I have only had these for a couple weeks so I am not sure how well they will hold up to lots of washings. I am afraid this bra will not provide enough support for larger than B cups.

more colors
There is no other bra on this site that I would buy.and this has been the only style bra I have worn for years. It's almost perfect, (organic cotton would make it perfect) comfy, natural looking on the bod and shows no lines under slim fit tees.My daughter who is partial to those poofy push up type ... has stolen these from me for years. They do run small but its pretty easy to buy a larger size, though an XL should be in the lineup. Well, that's the good, now the bad...wassup with the uber boring color ( non) selection ? This bra used to come is great seasonal colors and stripes too. And whats this talk of discontinuing? This bra has more great ratings than any other bra I have seen on gap body site. There is no shortage of cotton lycra in the world...what a mystery. Maybe a competitor will see all these reviews and make these..

Fit has been changed!
Like many others have remarked, I have been wearing this ... many years. It used to be that they carried them in the stores, but I can't seem to find them, so I ordered online. I must say that they have changed the fit, making it looser. I used to be a L as I am broad across my back. I had to return the last two I bought as they were much bigger and reorder the next size down. I was able to have GAP send out the the smaller ones for the same price I paid ( I had coupon) with no shipping which I appreciated. I will however have to return the other ones to a store.

Most comfortable low impact sports ... EVER!
I just needed a simple sports ... wear under yoga tops and leotards to make sure my breasts don't fall out when I downward dog. Oh, and that would fit a 32DD. I found a few that were ok, but none I really loved til I tried these. They're so comfortable! They don't pinch or squeeze anywhere, no strange bulges, and they keep everything in place without creating total pancake chest. The only reason I didn't order 12 instead of six is that the colors are kind of boring. Please, please....more colors!!!!

Wish they made this larger in length, not width
Let me start out saying that I love this ... I've been buying them for years in a size Medium ( I am a 32C normally). I had a child and I am larger due to nursing, so I bought a size large thinking it may fit my larger chest now. It is loose around me and seems to lack coverage for someone with larger chest in the length. I opened and wore it, then I figured out they don't work, so I am stuck with them. I tried to wash on hot to at least shrink the looseness, but it did not shrink in the wash at all. It seems they did not take cup size into consideration when making larger sizes.

Comfort, not painful
Every ... own whether it b dressy or a workout ... such as this is painful in 1 way or another (usually too tight under my "girls" & in the back) this ... sooo comfy. It isn't too tight but not too loose either, it has alot of give yet still supports the girls. I tried on one of their other ... similar to this & I thought "if I wear this ... eventually pass out" bcause it was so tight around my lungs, it was the same size as this one but just didn't fit as well as this ... since have ordered 4 more of these & use them every day...love them! By the way I usually wear a xxl in all my tops, sometimes xl bcause I have a tiny waist, & I have these in an xl & they r very comfy.

This is an absolutely awesome ... wish Gap would bring it back in regular (non racer back)!! But the racerback is awesome, too. Got it in every single color that was available. I am a 42C and the XL fits me great. I do not use it as a "sports" ... but rather to wear under my lounge clothes at home or running errands. The support is excellent for that, but would not use it as a sports ...

Surprising based on other reviews
I thought I'd add my review in case there are any ladies out there with breast implants who are considering this ... Before my silicone implant augmentation 10 months ago, I wore AA ... (I'm small, around 110 pounds). Now, I wear a 32D. Its hard to find ... band is small enough and the cup size isn't squashing the ladies down. I wanted a comfortable ... lounging and sleeping because I'm just not used to the weight of my breasts without any support. This ... looked perfect and comfortable, so after reading the other reviews about it running smaller I ordered a medium. Turns out the medium was way too big in the cupsize and didnt offer the support I wanted. I had to exchange it for a small, finding the band around my chest fit much better and the amount of material on the cups offered more support than the medium. The only thing that kind of bothered me at first was that the straps are quite short - which I have read in other reviews. However, they do give a little so its not something you really notice anymore after wearing it a few minutes. I plan on ordering more.

Works good for a basic everyday
I'm a 34C, and have a small ish frame. This is a decent ... big bust, though it could be slightly larger to fit better. Overall it's pretty supportive, especially taking into consideration the skinnier straps, which are part of the look I'd rather go for than a chunky strapped ... everyday use, not working out).

Changed but still best I have found to date
I have many generations of the racer back pullover ... however, my last 2 purchases have seemed like a stiffer material. Though I prefer previous generations for material and fit, I have continued to purchase as I have not found another to compare. The fit is as expected. Support for a smaller bust size.

lounge ...
it is very soft and stretchy and comfy, but definitely not supportive. when i unwrapped it i said out loud "are you kidding?!" because it looked tiny, but it does stretch to ... quite well. normally i wear a 36C, currently pregnant and am a 36-38D, and the XL fits well. i'm 5'11 and normally have trouble finding ... long enough straps for my torso, but no problem with that here.

Exactly as expected from just a fabric sports ...
I was looking for something comfortable that would hold everything in place as I did my strength training. The size is as expected. I knew it would be slightly snug on me, but with my small band size, but larger cup size, going with such a sports ... expected to fit this way, which I'm 100% fine with. I find it very comfortable. The price was good (on sale), too. I definitely wouldn't have paid more for it. It is very soft and comfortable.

Nice fit but not for strenuous exercise
Nice snug fit, as a ... type should be, however this is not meant to support high impact exercise. It fits well beneath racerback tops/workout wear; great blush color. I'm a 36B and ordered the L.

Just what I was looking for
I read all the reviews of this racerback pullover ... befor buying. I am 128 pounds, a 34c, and I do have broad shoulders. I went up one size. Instead of medium I ordered large. The large fits well but it is slightly roomy in the ... Not enough for me to return. The straps are snug in large and I'd be afraid the straps would dig in to the point I couldn't deal with it in a medium. I think it's a terrific feel and fit overall. It would be nice if the straps were a bit more comfortable but they are very stretchy and may loosen up. It is perfect for under the racerback dress I wanted it for and would be cozy around the house provided the straps loosen. I think it provides great light support. Not workout support at my size but fine for regular wear. The double layer front helps insure no high beams. I appreciate this feature. I'd say it fits almost exactly as it appears on the model on me. It may be a little higher up over my chest but not by much. I don't find it overly high as some stated. If u were looking to wear it under something low cut though it would show some. It would be cool to have another racerback option that was lower cut in the front in addition to this one.

The only sports ... wear!
This sports ... awesome because it doesn't even feel like I have it on. It's very cozy and keeps things tucked in nicely. I'm a 34 b/c and I find that it fits me perfectly! I do both high impact and low impact in activities at the gym in this ... I've never had a problem with it. I also wash it all the time and it's still in great condition. Get this!!!!!!!!!!

Love this ...
I'm a dancer and wear this ... class all the time. It definitely provides more support than just medium impact -- I feel perfectly secure jumping, going upside down, etc. The colors are brilliant (I have pink and yellow and am about to get the orange!) and the ... lined with a breathable mesh that I love. I am a 34A or 32B and the XS fits like a glove. (I wear a small in the Pure Body Pullover ... if that helps explain the sizing).

I am impressed with the breathability of this ... definitely wicked the sweat away from my body while feeling nonrestrictive and comfortable. I am on the small side of a 36C and the medium was almost too big. I am curious to try on the small, but the medium does fit well enough to keep it and use it. I wear it while doing my P90X and Jillian dvd's and feel it has enough support...this includes plyometrics (lots of jumping).

Pretty good ...
I'm very small so I don't need much support. This ... pretty good fit, much better than the running ... I've been trying on from the major athletic brands. The price is half of what those other ... cost so I thought I'd give it try. I think it's a great ... running (I'm a 32A) although I haven't tested it on a long run yet. Enough support for a flat ish gal like me. (I got an XS.)

medium impact?
i am currently a "growing" size 36C and bought this ... some light jogging. I feel like a medium impact sports ... should've given me a little more support. I am marginally overweight and bought the medium, the fit was fine, but maybe in retrospect it should have been tighter, but I'm a C cup why would i buy a small to work out in???

For A/B cups only
I'm a 32C, so I was hoping I could get away with this ... since I'm petite. Size small band fit, but 'cup' size was way too small; Size medium band waaayyy too loose and rode up, no support whatsoever even though the cup coverage was better.
