Great ...
These are comfortable and super flattering, and they actually stay put when I run in them. They also breathe well for exercising. I only wish they came in more colors!

I love these and will probably buy another pair for when they are in the wash. They hold everything in so you feel firmer and thinner. What more could most women want at the gym. I bought a small, snug but in the right way, just right for working out and very comfortable. I wear a size 4-6 usually for reference.

LOVE these at the gym!
I stumbled on these ... Gap Body and decided to try them out as I'm always looking for more exercise gear. I have now purchased 3 more pairs and tend to favor them over my Nike gear. These work for many different types of exercise. I wear them when I teach spinning and also when I weight train or do cardio. No issues with fit and they don't appear to stretch out and lose their shape. I'm 5'3" and love where they fall between my knee and ankle. I have pretty muscular quads and these ... thick enough/tight enough to give a bit of a slimming effect.

LOVE them!!
I was so worried I ordered the wrong size often times the sizing chart says to order one size I do and it is wrong. But this was right on and they fit like a glove. I have used them already to run in, spin in, and general exercise. I highly recommended them.

Great workout/running ...
These ... made to fit very tightly as they're workout ... use them to run in and they're great. You want them to fit very snug to give your body and muscles the support you need when exercising. I was very pleased with these ... they absorbed the sweat during my 5 mile run. I took a chance when I work them the first time for my 8k. Overall a great pair of capris!!

These are good, but not great. Not actually as great as my Sugoi as the other reviewer has said, and they are actually the same price. They are a back up pair of exercise ... me, but I'll stick with my Sugoi for long runs.

Nice Fabric & Cut, Needs a Drawstring @ Waist
I love the fabric & cut of these capris, but I felt like I was constantly pulling them up. Most active capris have a drawstring type waist - these capris REALLY need that - otherwise they are useless for exercising, yoga, etc.

Very uncomfortable
I wore these once before started to slip down my waist and became incredibly uncomfortable. I spent more than half of a 5k trying to pull them up! If you're buying these to exercise in (and really why else would you buy them), don't. You'll spend more time sweating over these ill fitting ... than the actual exercise.

GFast Leggings
I love these. I know have 4 pairs...and want 20 more. I wear them all the time. I wear them with sheatshirts for exercise walking and I wear them as leggings with a long sweater and boots to work. They didn't fall down, they are snug fit and super dark...no sheerness like I hate with cheapo leggings. There is a little zippered pocket on the back of waistband that should be eliminated. Does anyone really use it?

Size up!
I am so happy i read a lot of reviews before purchasing these, because they do run small. I am a size 2, a 4 once in a while and i had to take the MEDIUM. They fit like a glove, so size up!I wanted a pair of leggings to wear w/my black riding boots, i have no intention of using them for exercise, so i cannot speak to that use. With tall boots they look awesome! The weight of the fabric is just right and they almost suck you in a little. My favorite part of these ... waist band, it's nice and wide and helps cover my little "mommy pouch". Love when an elastic waist isn't a thin little elastic, these have substance.Order them, they're great!!!

I am 5'9'' 135 lbs and the M fits me like a glove. These are snug and comfortable and great for any activity. I love the opaque quality of the fabric, you don't get that with cotton leggings, you can see right through them as soon as you move. The flat seams and the way the crotch is made make them extra comfortable. These definitely compete with the higher end athletic apparel store that I shall not name. I have always been loyal to their quality and creativity, but their prices are just killer. Now that I have found comparable quality with half the prices, I am thrilled! My only complaint is the zipper pocket in back. I practice yoga and Pilates and it is not comfortable to do exercises on my back. I also like to wear these under dresses or long shirts with some boots!

Waist loses elasticity after wearing twice!
I would have given it five stars had it not been for the material and quality of the elastic waist. It started losing it's elasticity after having worn the leggings only twice! The loss of elasticity caused leggings to slide down a bit. To top it off, it is too low waisted, and during strenuous exercise, I had to keep pulling the ... up as they kept heading down south! I wear XS btw. Design and quality need a bit of improvement.

Nice fit, fabric, lines
Clever Gap. You've gone off and emulated another *very* upscale yoga apparel retailer (with a slightly unpronounceable fruity name), and almost done it better for a cheaper price! I'm 5'3 and always on the lookout for exercise capris that don't make me look like a midget swimming in excess fabric. These have just the perfect amount of compression (not enough to promote muffin top, but enough to hold things in), and a nice length (though hey, in my world of shortness, I'd probably make a version that was a couple inches shorter). For all you average to-taller ladies, though, these should hit about right. Anyway, kudos to Gap for coming out with an affordable, well made exercise line of pants/capris. I'll be buying more!

Awesome capris!
These are so flattering and comfortable! I want to buy 5 pairs and wear them every day! I just wish they came in a dark blue for some variety as i'm not so big on grey and I have the black. I am 5'5" and weigh 150 (more than most of the women posting here) but am very athletic, just carry a bit more in my rear and legs and these are super flattering. The size medium works perfectly for me. They really help play up my small waist. I do yoga, boot camp, weights and cardio machines and these work perfectly for everything, along with running after my 2 year old at the park! Great find!!

These pants are slimming and surprisingly comfy!!!
I love these capris!!! I purchased 2 pairs of these pants on sale making them very reasonable for workout apparel. I am trying to get back in shape after my third baby and I purchased the XS optimistically. I'm 5' 6" and 150lbs, working toward losing that last 15 lbs. I much prefer the smaller fit because they make my figure appear more slimmed down and toned than what I really am (they also pull up far enough at the waist so there's no muffin top). They are my go to running pants because I feel well put together while running with the thicker but comfy fabric holding any potential jiggle at bay. The bonus, my husband adores these pants on me. He reminds me of the way we were back in college the way he can't take his eyes off me and is always complimenting me in these pants!!!

Great workout pants
I love ... workout pants. I own the Gflex capri (this is my second pair), Gfast capri (also bought a second pair), and the Gflex sexy boot (hope to get a second pair soon!). The fabric is great: thick, durable, and tight. They keep their shape and don't get stretched out after one wear. I wore my Gflex sexy boot pants at night for like 4 days in a row and they were still just as snug (in a good way!). I just wore my Gflex capri to the gym this morning for strength training and they are great. They are slimming and hold you in and don't get stretched out or in the way of your workout. Same applies to all three I've listed. Note: I wouldn't put them in the dryer on anything higher than low. They'll shrink just a smidge but when pants are as form fitting as these just a smidge smaller can make you feel like you need to adjust them a little bit when you put them on. Highly recommend!

Misleading
These should be great pants but what ruins it is the bottom is so flared it looks ridiculous, kind of like bell bottoms. What's misleading is that online Gap says these pants (gflex) are less flared than the gbalance, but in the pictures the gflex looks more flared... before ordering I called and the rep couldn't be sure, he just said go with the description... nevertheless I ordered both gflex and gbalance to assess myself. Like I said, in some ways these are great pants (fabric is good, waist is smooth as opposed to gbalance fold over that you see the fold over bunches through your shirt you wear, esp not good if you wear tighter workout shirts) but the bottoms ruin it.

Fit?
This pants did not fit as I expected. The sizing seems to have changed since I last purchsed similar Gap body ... would not recomment these ... based on the fit.

itchy and stiff
for an item meant for exercise and an active lifestyle, i expected a material that was comfortable and enjoyable to wear - especially for this price. the moment i pulled these on, my skin was so irritated. very rough and even itchy feel. moreover, stiff and too thick. not a material that will move well with me. on a lesser note, the flare was a bit more than i liked. returned immediately.

VERY poor quality
I wore these pants once to pilates and they fell apart. I had not even washed them yet. A big hole developed along the seam. The seam didn't split, the fabric tore away from the stitching. Because of the heavy stitching, there is really no way to fix the hole and keep the pants looking normal. I also bought a pair of the gbalance pants, which are made from a different material, and I have had no problems with them.

Very nice exercise ...
I really love the gFlex ... my Zumba and yoga classes. I own several pairs in different colors. The black ones I just purchased are actually a little long for ankle length. Since Gap exercise ... don't come in petite length I get the ankle length (I'm 5' 1"), but there is an inconsistency in actual length from one color to the next. I definitely love these ... exercising but I would recommend you try them on to see what works for you. The material is not too heavy or too lightweight. I would say they are true to size. I'm 114 lbs and I take a size small and they fit just the way I like them. They hold you in, no muffin top, but they are not super compressive or restrictive.

Awesome ...
I think honestly i have found the best exercise ... have ever put on! they feel comfortable and they look great on :) They can be used as casual ... well,i tried both regular and long in length and i am 5.8 with long legs and size long was little bit too long for me so i got Medium and i fits perfect :) I will be getting another pair in the future that´s for sure i love them!

True Love
When I first pulled these out of the package, I thought they would be too small. I was wrong! Once I put them on, they fit like a glove without being too tight or too loose. They didn't stretch out after wear and exercise and were really, really comfortable.

Great slimming ...
I've already gotten comments that I look slim and athletic when I wore these ... People asking my if I'm a runner. I haven't exercised in 5 months but these ... make me look like I have. These ... brings your tummy in without the muffin top effect. A little disappointed that it started pilling in the crotch area but everything else about it was great. Will buy more! I'm 5'11" 170 lbs and the medium long fits me well.

This ... awesome! I got them while black friday shopping for my teenage daughter at the GAP! I am a larger women, 5'9" . Tried on the XL long and they fit perfect. Beautiful stretch and wore them to work today (I work in a professional setting) with a long sleeve thin top and a lightweight vest with small heals, and got many compliments on the ... advised my " butt looks real nice" in these ... my female co workers) Will definately purchase another 3 right away, however they are out of stock today :( Great pants...am very happy to have been shopping with my daughter there!

very sexy
These are great workout ... They don't move around a lot if you do step or group exercise classes. They fit tight, but make your legs look long and lean. Excellent fabric.

I absolutely love love love these ... just started an epic workout plan and these are really great to exercise in. Im 5'9" and prefer long ... so I bought the long, and the length is perfect. I usually wear a 16 in GAP jeans and got an XL in these ... They fit well and are very flattering, love 'em.

So comfortable
I bought this because I needed something new to exercise in and I'm glad I purchased it. it's super comfortable, so soft, it hugs your curves and is not tight on your skin..it's actually breathable and moves with you when you exercise and wicks the sweat away so you don't feel wet and uncomfortable. It also holds everything in place so when you go for a jog nothing jiggles. Overall these are the best sweats I've ever owned and a huge plus...it accentuates my curves and makes my butt look great!! I just wish this came in petite because I'm short and have to roll them up.

Love these exercise ...
I really love these exercise ... - great quality at a great price. I got them on sale and with a % off discount too. I wear them for yoga, cardio walking, and to my Zumba classes. I got my regular size (small) in the ankle length which fit perfectly. I'm 5'1" and 115 lbs and they are just the right length with my sneakers on. I got the gray color (nine iron) because the price was such a good deal that I could not resist. I've got many pairs of black GapBody exercise ... love them all. Gap - it would be nice if you made an exercise ... navy blue as a nice alternative to black. I like gray but some reviewers don't find it flattering.

WOO HOO!!!! ... tall girls
love these ... fabric is nice quality, color is great- you can tell it will hold up to washing. i got the grey ... long. 5'11, long legs. hips at widest are 37.5 inches, which puts me in a small, but the med long fit really well (no long small on clearance). i do wish they were a little lower rise. pet peeve is tall clothes with super long crotch lengths, maybe they work for women with longer torsos...oh well, can't win them all. but these ... awesome, totally recommend. yea gap!!!!

amazing fit and great price
stop buying $100 active pants at [@] cause these pants are very comparable at 1/3 of the price. My daughter even said my butt looked amazing (which it typically does not). I'm short so pant is much longer than in the picture which is a bummer for me. but they are super comfy and great for my workouts. i would not go up a size! i wear a size 6 gap jean (5'3" 125 lbs) and i bought a Small.

Love these
I like these because they fit well and it's nice that the length isn't important because they're cropped. The longer length is usually a few inches too long for me. I have lululemon pants and I'd said they're pretty comparable as far as quality. I haven't had issues with pilling after washing them like one of the other reviews. Lululemon's wash instruction say specifically NOT to wash towels with their clothes to avoid pilling so that may have been the cause. They stay in place for me and I love the adjustable waist.

Hip minimizing
I've had trouble finding workout pants that don't make my hips look hideous, and am thrilled to have found these. I'm 5'7" / 154 lbs. and I seem to have the most luck with a slightly flared capri ... These are surprisingly flattering. Having a flattering cut is so important- getting to the gym can be hard enough without dreading the way your clothes make you look and feel. Bought two pairs today, may go back for more- will have to see how they perform and last. Again, thrilled so far!

Tummy tucker
Finally, a pair of pants whose waist band doesn't roll down with every forward fold I make. I have a little post baby paunch, and it seems with all the other exercise pants I have, whenever I bend over at the waist, the band would roll under and I would have to straighten it when I'm upright again. With the adjustable rise, I can place the waist band a little higher than most pants to prevent that. The foldover also acts as a tummy tuck panel. Love those features and will be getting another pair.

No worries for any work out here!
These pants are extremely comfy and flattering at the same time. They fit true to size and also offer a nice, flexible stretchy fabric. But fear not- these pants keep their shape and will not become saggy like most sweat pants. When I exercise, I like to have clothing that won't interfere with any movement I am doing, and these work perfectly. I wear these for all my exercising, mainly yoga, speed walking, and bicycling. The fold over waist is also a nice feature for adjusting the amount of midriff you want to show during your work out. Buyers of these pants will not be disappointed.

Amazing
These are amazing pants and a great price! I'm 5'7, bout 140 lbs, with an athletic build, so I decided to get a L for a not skin tight fit. Perfection. Makes my butt look great too! My husband loves these pants, can't belive they're only [$]! I'd get more in different colors :)

Marathon worthy!
I ran my 6th half marathon on Saturday and I wore these for the race. They were great! The only thing I don't like about them is they were longer than I expected and it was a warmer day so I would've liked if they were shorter just because it would've been cooler. They didn't chafe or anything! I also do Crossfit and I know they will be fine for that kind of work out and also yoga. Very versatile pants.

Average active ...
Overall, these work out pants fit as expected. I am 5'4' tall and the length hit at about mid to upper calf. I usually like them to be lower calf, which is why I gave them a 4 instead of a 5.

Nice pants, but a little long for capris
I have a pair of these Gbalance pants in the longer length, and they're great, so I thought I'd get a pair of the capris for summer. They fit exactly the same, but the length of the "capris" is quite long, almost full pant length -- I'm 5'7'', so I can only imagine how long they are on women smaller than I am. Overall, a good ... I'll still wear them to the gym, even though I look a little silly.

Fold over waist ruins it, otherwise good pants
I gave it only 3 stars b/c while the fold over waist allows you to adjust the rise which is great, the problem is it's ultimately not worth it b/c it bunches no matter how much you smooth it, just by virtue of there being extra fabric. So you see it through your shirt, esp not good if you wear tighter workout shirts. The fabric and look of these pants are great, bottom is just a little flared not too much (even though the description says "flared"), but the waist issue is not flattering at all, and I'm tiny w/ an extra small waist!

Fit?
These pants did not fit at all. I have been looking for a capri length of foldover pants for yoga. I have a pair of long Gap body foldover pants that I really like. These pants do not compare in any way to the long Gap body foldover pants. I would not recommend these pants

Love ... exercise ...
Got ... gBalance ... great price on sale. I already owned them in black and I love them, so I picked up the charcoal heather for a steal. They are true to size. I'm 5' 1" and 114 lbs so I got the small ankle length and they ... perfectly. I like them a little long. They are very comfy and a good lightweight material. They are great for my power walking, yoga, and Zumba classes. ... wash and dry well too. I always hang dry because I don't want to shrink the length. I definitely recommend giving ... try. When you are petite it is not easy to find exercise ... various lengths. I've had to pay to hem some in the past and that's just too pricey for me.

I love ... my everyday go to staple as a stay at home mom of 4. ... great for around the house, exercise, and stylish enough to wear out to run errands. ... seem to wash really well so far, too. I would definitely recommend, especially at the sale price!

Fabulous buy - great ...

Comfy!
I'm four months pregnant and usually a 8/10L in Gap. I was hoping that, with the fold over waist, I could wear ... my baby bump. Gap didn't have the "maternity version" in a Medium Long ... Anyway,they are super comfortable and will definitely work through most of my pregnancy. I like the cotton/spandex blend for walking, stretching, and lounging. For more rigorous exercise, I prefer a different fabric that is less likely to show sweat. ... definitely snug in the rear, but I prefer that because it actually looks smoother than if ... were looser.

I picked ... up because ... have more cotton in them than most, although I would prefer all cotton.The waist is a little large and bulky so I chose a small (134 pounds,5"6") but preferred the overall look of the medium as it was less clingy and tight looking. the waist, however wouldn't stay up in a medium, and mine isn't a teeny waist! ... great to excercise in but I find them a little thin and prone to pilling for everyday wear. Also I would like the legs to be just a tad less flared so that ... could be worn under jeans to exercise class. ... nice and long.

not bad
For reference (before I start talking about size/length), I'm 5"1' and 100 -105 pounds. The xs ankle length where about an inch too long and one of the ... legs was notably longer than the other. Hopefully, that's just a fluke. I haven't worn and washed them yet (getting them shortened first), but ... look cute on, feel comfortable, and seem like they'll hold up well. Except for the length, the sizing is great. I'm happy with ... but find that the gFlex and gFast ... own are both more flattering and better made than ... Maybe if my other Gap exercise ... didn't set the bar so high, I'd give this pair 4 stars :)

Cute Exercise or Errand ... Glad I chose Ankle Length
... just what I was looking for- great quality and relaxed fit without looking frumpy. I've worn them for yoga and could easily run to the store without looking a mess, and the quality is on par with more expensive brands. I am normally a medium/size 8, and I found ... ran true to size with room for my curvy shape. After reading various reviews on all of the gap body ... ordered an ankle length. At 5'5", the ankle length is perfect for wearing with sneakers or being bare foot. My original order was for 2 pairs and I'll likely add another pair or 2 to my wardrobe.

LOVE These ...
These ... look better in person than they do in the pictures. I had almost given up on finding a flattering pair of ... running and working out at the gym. I went to the gap to return the gFlex yoga ... (which were horribly unflattering on me) I'd gotten as a gift, and the sales woman recommended these as ... don't cling at the thighs (my biggest complaint with most active wear). I am active and fit, but ... cling to my thighs just don't flatter my body type (tall and lean but not very muscular, no matter how much I work out). If you are muscular and look good in leggings and other clingy ... these ... may not do you any favors, but they are the most flattering pair of workout ... I've ever found. They cling in all the right places on me (low waist and hips/butt) and flow over the thigh area. The fabric is perfect- thick enough not to show off panty lines and such, but not so thick that they'll be hot to exercise in. I'm 5'9 and 125 pounds and the S tall fit really well- slightly loose in the waist but the drawstring takes care of that without leaving any lumps. The tall size is slightly long for me in bare feet so I don't think I can wear them for yoga unless I were to hem them slightly, but they are perfect with running shoes on. I highly recommend these ... couldn't be happier with them. Side note: I tried the capri version on, but they looked sort of dumpy on me so I didn't purchase those.

Love ...
This is my 3rd pair of relaxed fit yoga ... have never been comfortable in regular yoga ... do not like tight fitting legs. I feel they show too many bumps and bulges. I love ... because, not only are they comfortable, they are much more stylish than a pair of sweatpants. I wear them out with a cute shirt and flip flops or nice athletic shoes. I also use them for exercising. I can't wait to buy my next pair!

MADE FOR CURVY WOMEN, Not for shapeless skinny girls!
I LOVE THESE ... own several pairs of them. I even cut a couple pairs off to knee length for summer to replace shorts. I mainly wear them for dance and Pilates, and for running errands, casual lunches/dinners, as a replacement for jeans or sweatpants on casual days, car travel, house cleaning. They look much more sophisticated than sweats or fitted workout ... Let's face it, all the skin tight workout ... market are aimed at teens and 20 somethings who have not filled out their natural, womanly curves yet! For those of us who have, and are not over weight, THIS ... BLESSING!

Perfect Casual ...
Fantastic ... love these ... lounge in, walk my dog or to just run errands in!! They are very well fit & flatter my larger thighs. Most yoga type ... just too tight for many women & unflattering. These really are perfect! They drape really well by being fitted at the waist & hips as they should be, but then relax at the thigh. They wash very well & retain their color too! I have purchased 3 pair because I'm afraid they will be discontinued but I certainly hope not because I'm sure I'll eventually want more.

If only my legs were 6 inches longer
I love everything about them, except they were way too long. I have a pair of body foldover waist ... last fall that are regular length and are not this long. I'm only 5'4" so I really need a petite or a ankle/short inseam. I bought a pair of the bodyfit foldover waist ... line, not the stretch ones, and was able to get an ankle length, and they are great, but the feel of ... wonderful, they are fantastic quality, supportive fabric, wide trouser leg. Perfect if you have looong legs...otherwise they will have to be tailored. Where I live, tailors aren't easy to come by, so I had to just return them. Hopefully GAP will add a petite or short inseam version soon for women like me!!!
