American Apparel eat your heart out!
I just bought 7 of these badboys to replace my American Apparel v neck collection! I am 6 foot 1 and weigh 165lbs. In AA, i was wearing a size XL because their Large size was too tight and too short. Now that gap has this "deep" version- even though its only like a regular v neck version of the AA shirts, it comes in Large Tall; which is the PERFECT size/fit!! I am glad these aren't as deep as the AA's Deep version... Because those are just over the deep end.

Beautiful Shirts
These shirts are great! The material is extra soft and feels extremely comfortable. The "deep" V is not that deep actually if you were worried about that. And it isn't wide either, so it doesn't reveal too much of the chest. I love Gap's v necks, and I'll probably never wear another shirt again. I got plenty of colors to cycle through.

EVERY COLOR!
I'm post partum, so regular women's shirts are not working & just fit irregular, I bought this shirt in every color! They fit super! I bought all ... size XL, i'm a full chest size 46", these shirts are perfect V & arm length, more colors Gap?! lol

Perfect fit
I have a difficult time finding shirts for my husband. He is 6'4" 180 lbs and likes fitted clothes. The medium tall size fits perfect!

bought these for my tall, skinny son. he loves them. has always worn shirts wide due to his height (6' 6") and being so thin. found these. got him medium talls, and he is thrilled. he likes the deeper v also.

Love these T shirts
I am female and I love these because it is hard for me to find ... shirts that are loose enough to be comfortable and these work great. I am small 5-2 and 120 and I buy the small mens, they work great. Nice with cotton shorts a baseball cap and sneakers.

Great value and style!
I really like the style of the deep v necks and that there are several colors. The last one I got disappointed me since the color faded too quickly and it became unstitched in the collar area. I don't know if I really like the fact that my new shirts have colors that may rub off according to the label. The color of one shirt actually rubbed off onto a bag I was using. I hope that this time around the shirts last longer.

They''re okay
I LOVE V NECKS!!! I always have a hard time finding Vs cuz i like the neck to be pretty deep and i like thinner, softer fabric. I love how these shirts aren't very expensive, and they're pretty comfy and they come in many colors. I wish the sleeves were a little shorter and tighter, and the body length was a little longer, but overall, i like these shirts. I bought white, charcoal, and the azure blue one. The white one had stiff, thicker fabric, and felt like it was a lot bigger and more uncomfortable than the other two. I'll probably be buying a few more in the near future.

Simply Comfy Tee
I love these gap simple tees. I have three of them in different colors. They are a really nice material lose but modern fit. I just recently purchased these shirts so I haven't put them thru the wash yet, that will be the true test!

good idea; wrong detailing
your deep V ... shirts are great. so are the colors. why did you add the different colored piping to the brighter more summer colors? it ruined it for me. i kept the solid color ones but returned the "decorated" ones; i like their basic color, i just didin't like the frill.

White stiching kills an otherwise great shirt
I echo the other reviewer. I bought some of the deep V t's in the fall and loved them so I happily ordered these new summer colors. The on line images looked identical but much to my surprise the stiching is all in white. I don't think that it's a stylistic change, it really looks like someone messed up and forgot to tell the manufacturers to die the thread the same color as the shirts. They look absolutely awful. I'm returning them...what an annoyance. I expect better from the GAP (at the very least they should change the website photos).

Boyfriend Loves them
My boyfriend is a total tshirt and jeans kind of guy. I bought these shirts for a dressed up version of his "classic" look. He loves the softness and the fit looks great. Perfect for wearing to dinner or just lounging around the house.

So far after one wash the shirt is holding up. Gap cotton shirts are of good quality, but ask me in six months time. Yes, the fit is good and I would recommend a friend to buy it based on my experience.

comfortable and nice fit
My young adult sons and my husband iare 6'4" to 6'7" and weight 170-190. These shirts fit in Med. Tall and Large Tall. The sleeves are just long enough in the tall sizes. They are practical every day shirts that keep body temp at a comfortable level indoors, and they work great for layering in cooler outdoor weather. My guys wear them a lot and they look great.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
I always buy the mens small for myself. I prefer these to the womens tee shirts. The are more comfortable and I prefer the neckline. These shirts are my wardrobe "staple".Love them.

My husband Loved these shirts. They are super soft and comfy. He is always doing some kind of construction work and these were perfect for all the movement he does. Love Them,... Thank you GAP.

Great versatile ...
These shirts are great basics. My husband and two teenage sons all wear them. From wearing them by themselves, to layering- they all look great. The only down side is that the fabric is rather lightweight compared to similar T's Gap has done in previous years.

Just what my husband wanted! He loves to layer with these shirts. Sleeves are a bit long. Either the sleeves should be a little shorter or just have the cuffs a bit tighter. Also, wish there was a better color selection.

shirts were perfect

nice color
the rich olive is a great color for a shirt. if you wear a lot of black, gray and/or earth tones, this shirt might be for you. the reason for the "might" is because the fabric isn't made of very high quality cotton. it's passable, but i think the way they used to make their ... shirts a few years ago was a lot better. the fabric was soft but it wasn't stretchy like these are. they were a lot more durable. nowadays i mostly use gap shirts as pajama tops.

Not Bad
Good size, price and color. The collar on these shirts is cut very 'feminine'. The metro sexual thing doesn't work for all of us guys. But for lots of guys this shirt will look and feel great. The material is also very lightweight so again, don't expect it to be rugged and hold up well for anything active. Fine for clubbing or lounging around.
