Best ... around
I can't believe how comfy these ... am 5 months prego and none of the ... I've tried were great, until I met these ... One word sums them up, LOVE. I could wear them all day every day. Wish there were more colors (hint, hint to GAP) because I litterally would wear them every day if there were other colors. I love the dark wash on the denim and they have just enough stretch to be perfect. The demi panel hugs my expanding waist line. And the skinny is just the right amount of skinny. My husband even commented how good they looked!

If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester and want some comfortable and stylish denim for a fraction of the price, definitely pick up a pair of these always skinny. I tried this on in the SF flagship store and they were perfect - not too skintight on me and just enough length to wear with flats or heels. I am 5'7 and am 26 weeks pregnant and this is my second child so these will last throughout my pregnancy and after until my body is back to normal. You can also roll up the bottom and wear fun heels to play up the denim cut. I've gone through 7 for all mankind, citizen, joes, and old navy maternity ... must say out of all of them Gap remains my holy grail and staple i turn to.

Best Maternity ... Ever
I haven't taken these off since they arrived. I am 5'3" and they hit perfectly at the tops of my feet. No need to get them shortened. So comfy and the stretch helps them maintain their shape. Most maternity ... have to go right in the wash after wearing because they get too loose. Don't bother with designer denim as they haven't figured out how to make a comfortable panel. My J Brand ... haven't come out of my closet since these arrived.

Better than my pre preg skinny ...
I knew going into my pregnancy that I didn't want to be forced into some awful, embarrassing maternity wardrobe just because it is "part of the experience." I spent a good few weeks internet "window" shopping, looking for a maternity style that matched my pre pregnancy style. Enter GAP ... My shipment arrived today and I am over the-moon! I love skinny ... really wanted a pair to couple with boots and sweaters this winter. I have to say that I like these skinny ... over my pre pregnancy skinny ... They fit perfectly through the leg and I won't have to fold and gather at the bottom to get into boots. The color isn't as I expected, but it's nothing so off that I won't wear them. Hard to describe but I think the picture indicates a darker denim than they actually are. As of today I am 18 weeks and walking the fine line where buttoning my pre preg ... slightly too tight and uncomfortable after a few hours. I'm 5'8" and 127 now and the size 1's fit perfectly. They are not saggy in the bottom or crotch and look like normal ... worn. Not only am I relieved that they're super cute and nothing like the dreaded maternity pants of the past, but I am pleasantly surprised at the level of comfort that come with wearing them. I can't say if I think they'll still work for me come 30 weeks or so, but as for right now I LOVE them and don't feel so bad about having to be in maternity pants. Expensive....but definitely worth the money.

These ... incredible! I feel like they fit true to size. I ordered a size 8 and am 5'7 145 lb. The length was perfect. The color is a great dark denim that goes well with anything! Love to wear mine with boots! My only complaint is I feel like they do stretch out a tad towards the end of the day. But definitely an AWESOME maternity ...

LOVE THESE PANTS!!!
I love these ... normally do not wear ... during pregnancy as they never seem to be comfortable, but Gap has changed my mind. I ordered my pre pregnancy size in skinny ... 6 regular, and these fit great. The panel is a little big, but that's good so I have room to grow :) The legs are very comfortable and the denim is nice and thin and sooo comfortable!! I love these ... look forward to wearing these through out my entire pregnancy :) Would definitely recommend. I also ordered some of the boot cut ... my normal size, 4 long, and they also are very comfortable. Gap's ... nice, thinner denim, and they are ridiculously comfortable :)

I am a fan of the skinny GAP non maternity ... wear those in a 4 petite and 6 petite when I'm not pregnant. I can also wear the ankle length, but I find the petites fit better in the crotch area. I'm 5'3" and 125 lbs prepregnancy, so I have to go with the ankle or petite. I am THRILLED to have found skinny maternity ... come in shorter lengths. I was surprised to have fit in the size 2 ankle maternity. I guess they are trying to make pregnant women feel better about their growing bodies. So keep in mind to order a size down from non maternity GAP skinnies. I am also glad to have found ... look designer but aren't $150 and up! These ... actually cuter than my Paige Premium Denim Laurel Canyon Maternity ... were [$]. Thanks GAP!

Must have staple for fall!!!
Really, I didn't know what to expect. These ... look pretty tight on the model, but I figured what the heck, I will try them. I'm so glad I did!! I'm heading into my 3rd trimester and I can tell by the fit that these will last me the entire pregnancy. I'm 5'6" and the length is great for me, with the denim slightly bunching at the ankle, just as shown. The material is definately a plus! It has enough stretch to it to make it comfortable, but still looks like a ... great with boots and flats this fall!!! Don't bother with designer ... can get these at such a nice price point.

keeping them but not the correct color
These are not the same color that are in the store. The store is more of a dark denim color (the color I wanted) whereas the ones [...] online are a very dark navy rinse. They are a "long" but really they could be another 2 inches - most "long" pants I order drag the floor in flats which make them good for boots/heels.

I like these ...
I think these are good skinny ... money. The denim is soft and they are comfortable. I am normally a size 4 but I know they run big so I got a 2 and they fit great through the legs. I am 21 weeks and I do feel that they are tight on my belly. I will only be able to wear these for another 2 months and then I would go up a size. I do prefer a full belly panel in the third trimester though. They do stretch out quite a bit but not too bad that I can't wear them a few times before washing and drying. I got a regular length- I am 5'6" and 124 pounds and the length is fine with flats.

going back
ordered the ankle thinking they would be fine since I would just be tucking into boots. I'm a shorter gal @ 5'3 but the ankle fit is ridiculous... they sat literally at my ankle bone..I looked ridiculous. The color was great, love dark denim, and the fit was very comfortable, but I just can't compromise for the lenght. If they had my size in a regular I would exchange but they don't so they have to go back.

Advice to first timers: Don't try to survive for "a few months" on cheap Old Navy ... feel fat and dumpy enough during pregnancy without ON's help. GAP maternity ... worth every penny if for no other reason than the fact that you feel cute in them--not to mention the fact that they're much higher quality, better fit, much comfier denim, etc. And don't kid yourself--you'll be wearing them for months AFTER you deliver as well. They're worth the investment. Best maternity ... I've ever put on! Thank you GAP!

I needed to get some maternity ... finally getting uncomfortable in my old ones. I didn't like the look and feel of the maternity clothes at the mall, and decided to try to blindly order from gap.com. Thank goodness I did! These are great ... got my pre pregnancy size and they fit perfectly! I love how they are real denim material and they fit and look like normal ... definitely suggest getting these ...

Nice ...
Oh so comfortable! I love the fabric of these ... Maternity clothes seems to be made out of weird materials, but these are not. The panel fabric is super soft and the denim is dressy to casual with a great comfortable fit. These were totally worth the money- I plan on being pregnant again, so I will hopefully get my money's worth.

SO Comfortable!
I'm only 8 weeks, but when Gap was running the denim sale I figured I'd go ahead and purchase since I'd need them eventually anyways. OMG they're amazing. I'm already wearing them - you totally can't tell they're maternity ... but they feel SO comfortable...perfect for the constant bloat we early preggo's suffer with. :) I will say that they run kind of big - thanks to previous reviews I ordered a size 4 (a size down from my normal 6) and they're perfect (5'9, 138 lbs). If I wore heels, I'd have needed longs. But for flats, the regular is perfect. They are MUCH darker than the photo shows (for me this was a good thing, but you should be aware). The flare is bigger than you'd think, too.. but again, I considered this to be a good thing.

Great ...
I'm not typically a fan of Gap denim - I find it to be stiff and not fit very well, but these demi panel maternity ... came very highly recommended. They fit perfectly. I was a fitted 6 pre pregnancy. I ordered a 6 for dressier ... 8 for a more comfy fit and they both cover those needs perfectly. I am 5'2" (130 pre pregnancy) and in my 2nd trimester. They do stretch a bit with wear, but with being pregnant I actually appreciate that a little bit! The ankle length is (size 8) is perfect for flip flops and flats and the regular length (size 6) was a bit long even for heels, but my mother in-law was able to hem them for me.

Great ...
I don't usually write reviews but I have been so dependent on everyone else's when looking at maternity clothing I feel inclined to contribute! I am 5'7'' and my pre pregancy size is an 8. I ordered these ... 8 Reg and they fit great. The pants are a LITTLE long for flats but if you are the kind of girl that wears heels a lot they are perfect. I am just into my 2nd trimester and starting to grow out of my regular clothing. These ... really comfortable and the denim is soft. They make your legs and butt look great too ;-) The band is comfortable right now, but it seems to me that it will become constrictive in the later weeks of pregnancy. Overall, great ... would highly recommend them.

Great ... - some features not perfect
Overall - I love these ... my second pregnancy, and I loved my demi panel Old Navy ... last time, but they just didn't stay up very well (always tugging up on waist band). These don't fall down at all, and they just look nice - not like maternity ... They run a little big and long, but that was okay since I could try them on in the store, and I am usually between a long and regular. They are a bit tight where the demi panel meets the denim fabric. This only bothers me when I am sitting down, and I can usually adjust them when I first sit to avoid discomfort. But it is so worth it not to have them slip out of place/down when I am walking around. They are a very soft/thinner denim - not the more dense denim. They have a nice stitch design on the pockets.

Pretty Good Pants
Pros: these pants are so soft! the denim feels very nice- almost luxurious. I thought the cut of them was very sexy. The color is nice too. They were a nice fit immediately. Cons: However, after a bit of wear, they began to bag in the bum. I already ordered one size down from the size I wear prematernity, but now I'm wondering if I should have ordered 2 sizes smaller since they stretch out so quickly. Though I ordered the longs and I feel like they are just barely long enough and the size smaller might have been even shorter- I haven't washed them yet, but I'm hoping they don't shrink up in length at all! The demi panel sits a bit higher than I thought it would but that seems to help me keep them up as I grow bigger and bigger in my 3rd trimester!

Good for early pregnancy
These are really comfortable during the early months of pregnancy. The ... darker than in the photo but do have some wiskering on the front and back. They have some stretch and are a lighter weight soft denim. They are true to the fit of the regular sexy boot cut ... demi panel is nice for 1st and 2nd trimesters but I think they would be uncomfortable later.

They''re alright.
These ... comfortable. I'm 6'0 and they're the perfect length. However, they stretch out quickly and look a little frumpy after wearing a couple hours. I was also disappointed they we're made out of such thin denim.
