I love these socks! They really hold up to the wear and tear that boys put on their socks. These fit exactly as the size chart states and do not shrink.

LOVE these socks. Will continue buying them. Yes they do run a little small. My husband's entire family says that socks are socks no matter where you buy them so I had been doing all our ... shopping at [...]. Gap had a sale and on a whim I bought some here and was amazed at the difference in quality!!!! Socks are NOT all the same. The first thing I noticed when I put them on my little boy is the stretch. Gap socks stretch perfectly, not too much, not too little. [...] socks have practically no give and it makes it really hard to get them on my chubby footed toddler. The second thing I noticed was that the fabric used for Gap socks stays soft, wash after wash. [...]'s get pretty stiff and almost rough feeling, quickly. I will get these socks from now on. The only thing that I don't like is that it doesn't indicate a size anywhere on the ... someone who has already purchased 2 different sizes, it can be hard to tell which ones are what size.

Love these socks!
After reading reviews that these socks shrunk severely, I ordered size medium for my two boys. My 4-year old wears a size 13 shoe, my 6-year old a size 1 shoe. I washed these as I do all my whites, with bleach and hot water. I noticed a slight shrinking, but nothing more than what socks typically do when washed. These socks are very good quality, and the material stretches well, fitting my boys perfectly, even after washing. My boys love them, and say they are very comfy, so that's a win for this mom! Will definitely buy again.

Really nice socks but they run small
I love these socks because they are thick and soft, and they don't stretch out of shape. The fit is good too -- some other brands are too wide for my son's feet. I've been buying this ... my son ever since he outgrew the toddler triple roll socks. The only problem, as so many other reviewers have said, is that they run small. My son wears a size 12 toddler shoe, and he is wearing the size L ... socks do have a bit of stretch in them, but I think they will be uncomfortable if they shrink anymore.

A BIT SMALL!!!
We purchased these socks in size L for our 9 year old son. The fit guide recommended them for shoe sizes 3-6. My son is currently in a 2 1/2. We expected the socks to be a bit big with room to grow. However, they barely fit! He loves them as they are soft and feel smooth on his foot, but there is definitely no room to grow.

What''s with the Gap socks?!
I should have known not to buy socks at the Gap anymore! My daughter is currently in a size 2 shoe. I ordered these socks in a large (size 3-4 per the size chart). They immediately shrunk so much that the socks are much too small. This has happened to me so many times with girls' socks that I really should have known better.

Runs small
I'm very disappointed with these, After great luck with the Toddler sized Gap socks for my son, these were lame. the "gripper" on the bottom is useless, nothing like the sturdy rubber lettering on the smaller Toddler sized. My son has slipped many times with these socks after only a week. After washing them for the first time, they shrunk smaller than the socks I wanted to replace, they don't fit a Toddler size 11 shoe like the size chart shows. Also, they slip off constantly, not good for wearing without shoes. I wish I bought something else.

TOO small!!
So disappointed in these socks. I normally LOVE Gap socks and can't believe that my 8-year old, with a size 3 foot, can't possibly wear the size large. Really wish I'd listened to these reviews and not purchased two packs. I also don't see a size small in the men's section that might fit his size 3 foot so I'm guessing Gap just doesn't think 8-year old through preteen-boys wear socks?! Ridiculous.
