Great pair of ...
I LOVE THESE ... 5T were just fitting my son, after a few washes, they length was a little too short & the waist was getting a little tight. My sister in-law told me about these original slim fit ... they are perfect! I love the adjustable waistband, the length is perfect and they're not too baggy in the legs. I would definately recommend these original slim fit ... kids who have grown out of 5T and not quite into original fit ...

Love the rich, saturated color of these ... Quality of the denim and thickness of fabric is excellent. They do run a little smaller than last years's version, but I did not want to check "too small" in the box above. Last year's version was my favorite, because the ... fit a little more like a boot cut ... These are slightly skinnier in the leg, and I hate skinny ... No ... man should be wearing skinny ... These worked great for me because my son's size 8 ... last year were getting too tight in the waist. I ordered the 10, and they ... great, even though he wears an 8 in Gap's classic khaki short. The length is long, but it is perfect for me because my ... tall. We buy these ... every year, so I hope Gap never gets rid of them. Again, my only improvement would be to make them look less skinny in the legs and more like a boot cut style.

Great ... but runs one size too large.
Great quality dark, denim ... My ... wear size 8 and 12 in Levi's 550 original fit, and I had to go down one size to a 7 and 11 in these ... length is long, which is great, as my children are tall. Overall, they are great ... just order one size down.

Slim ... review
... son had me frazzled this year. Super tall and skinny, how would I ever find ... Thanks to Gap and their wonderful customer service rep I was able to ... him. After a trip in our local store we found he wears a regular size 14 in the waist but we needed more length. So with a careful review of the size chart customer service concluded he needed a 16 or 18 slim. He ... 18 slim in straight ... 16 slim in original ... Hooray, he can now go to school looking cool and I stayed in ... budget!

Great Fit
I love to buy Gap ... my ... they have the slim in almost every size! My hard to fit ... can always get a great fit at the Gap and they come in all those great colors they love.

12 Slim Original Fit
I really like the color and look of the dark wash original fit ... Gap ... seem to fit my slim ... best. I would love something in an even slimmer size without the skinny ... look. The size 10 is too short, and it's still too big in the waist for my son, so the size 12 is even more generous in the waist. I have to adjust the waist strap to the slimmest fit, and he can still pull them down without unbuttoning the pants. However, the ... seems generally satisfied. I do wish Gap would not distress the knees of ... although these don't seem to have noticeably thinner material in the knee area. This is the first year my son did not wear through the knees of his Gap ...

... too big
I ordered these ... original wash and dark wash. I was surprised by the big difference in ... original ... son great but the dark wash is a good inch bigger in the waist and in the legs. I was surprised since the ... same cut. I'll have to return this pair.

Great color, but too skinny for me
I ordered these ... because of the hook closure for my 5 yr old son who is starting school this year and can't close his pants on his own yet. A friend of ours gave us a pair of shorts from the Gap and he LOVED being to close them on his own. I ordered two styles and liked these because of the nice dark color. But they ended up being a little to skinny for me. I'm totally not a skinny ... person so I returned them and got more of the other style that I ordered in the first place, original ... LOVE those! These are also marked as original ... but in ... opinion, they're not. They're about halfway between skinny and original. Which was far too skinny for me!

... totally wrong
These "original" ... really ... more like a skinny ... They were tight and short in the length. ... 8 year old immediately took them off and said he would never wear them and that they were uncomfortable. I already sent them back and exchanged them for the "loose" ... hoping that they would ... more like the "original" should and they do.

Love, love, love these ... my tall skinny 14 year old boys. Ordered a 16 slim and they fit perfectly. They prefer these original fit ... bootcut (straight leg.)

worth its wieght in gold
My boys tend to be rough on their ... most boys are. I have been a gap costumer for years. Through these trying financial times that we are all impacted by, I have tried to "save" money by buying less expensive brands. Only to find out, I am actually saving money, buying GAP quality ... Many other brands just dont last. It amazes me that I found blue ... hold up to my kids, because most other ... eventually fall apart after being washed several times, or my kids wear holes in them. Gap ... not only hold up, but look nice too. I am thankful for this product.

Still the best around!
These are still the most durable ... have found. I have 5 children which four of them are boys. So I need ... really hold up so that they will be in good condition for the hand me downs! The Gap ... so far are the only ... can pass down because the boys are always so hard on them. Especially in the knee area. I've tried so many other brands and it never fails I always come back to the Gap!

Love these ...
I have 2 boys, similar in build. The Gap ... husky size are fantastic! Very roomy in the legs with the adjustable waistband middle. Not only does the red adjustable waistband allow you to let out or pull in the waist, but the ENTIRE waist of the ... also moves in or out. The ... look good, are comfortable and let my boys move without feeling constricted.

I know that I can always count on the original fit slims to work for my hard to fit ... They are durable and at [$] they are a very competitive price. My son is almost 10 and relatively average height. I just bought him the 12 slims mostly for length. It is great that even the slims have an adjustable waist.

I purchased these ... my 2 boys. They are slender and I prefer to purchase the slim fit ... over any other type of ... like the way these ... fit my boys and they seem to like the comfort of them.

The Best ...
I have been buying these ... since my boys were little. I love that they come in slim. My boys are very skinny, and the slim cut works very well for them. The adjustable waist is a must when buying ... These wash well and hold up great. I will keep buying for years to come.

Jeans fit great!
These jeans fit great! My boys require a very slim fit, and these fit well with the adjustable waist, and nicely through the thigh. The length is perfect. My boys wear ... everyday and these last through their tough play days.

I bought a pair of original fit ... my older son at a Gap Outlet 5 years ago, simply because they were cheap. It was probably the best kid purchase I have ever made. Every year, I buy my ... several pairs. They fit them just right. Not too baggy, not too skinny. Perfect casual ... both of them.
